Also you can use any crafting station to access your bank.
Soul Bound means only the Player you are on can use the items.
It will say soulbound on the item when you hold the mouse cursor over the item.

That seems to be a bug. I have tailor leather and armor smiths. But tailor doesn’t have the runes.

Looks like the previous time people logged in was the 26th. Maybe the logins from the 26th didn’t post until the 27th?

Either way, it’s messed up and not very accurate as I’ve had up to 3 days go by without showing logins, even though I’ve gotten influence from activities on those days.

Yes that is the whole point. It is random as to what influence you get. For a large guild it may not matter a lot. For small guilds it get frustrating.
But thanks for your input. It in a small way is nice that I know we are not crazy. LoL

Okay I had not logged on for well over 24 hours. I got 40 influence for 5 of my players logging in. Also no one logged in on the 27th at all. But shows 70 influence for the 27th. So there is something really messed up here.

The picture you have there doesn’t show the 27th. It ends on the 22nd. Maybe you got the 21st and 27th confused? The 21st has 70 influence for logins and shows guildies doing activities and working on guild queues.

My gameplay experience is not the same as yours. Just seems like you made a post to complain and bash.

Meanwhile no one in my guild complains of massive lag or disconnects.

You really can’t read, can you?

Maybe you need a Clue here. Lag comes from many places.
1) Your ISP.
2) Any router between your ISP and the GW2 Servers.
3) Maybe the Game.
So run a tracert then lets look and see just where the Bottle neck is.

To put it in simple terms. The Internet is like a big water pipeline. Is there is any sort of issues that blocks the flow you get LAG.

Things Change sorry but I have played a lot of games where they offered Promo items for New Accounts and the long time players didn’t get those items.
Many older players cried and whined.
So in the end they took those promos off the table and no one got them again.
As someone else said if you buy a product and a better version comes out it is bad luck.
I don’t think any one is owed any thing here.

The people were in the Military and on deployment.

I had issues but because I hadn’t used my GW1 account for well over 3 years. I had merged it here but had forgotten a name of one of my Players. I got it all sorted out though.

NO paid X-Pac. I will never understand why people want to spend money for at best 30 days of Playing new Content. Remember they stop to work on a X-Pac all other updates stop until they get the X-Pac done.

Please provide tracert data. That’s the only way we can pinpoint the issue.

I’m not experiencing any lag and I have what most would consider a low-end PC.

This. It is easy to Blame the game when 95% of the time it is a issue in between.

We have this issue with our guild some days will get credit for 6 logging on and some days 12. It is never the same. We have put a ticket in but got not real result. No matter what timing we do it varies.
And we always wait a bit more than the 24 hour time frame. So that is not the issue there are 3 of us in the guild we all live in the same house.

Like they all said it can take up to 72 hours. Most time is less than 24. You do know yesterday was Sunday? I would say first look at Support tickets started about 8 am PST. It is not a instant thing. I wish it was but things take time.

Click the M for map it shows how much you have completed for that map and the over all maps. Make sure you click the eye in the lower left corner of the main map check all the boxes. That shows every thing on the maps.

Always use PayPal they have a good resolution system. I got charged by another company for some thing I didn’t want as part of the order PayPal got me a Full refund on my money. For me they are safer than giving my card number to any company.

So some want to pay out for content that may take 30-60 days to get through. Sorry but you must have bumped you heads. Like I stated above I have played games that had expansions they were not cheap. The content was crappy and the total play time to run all of the stuff was 30 days. Plus they had Subscription content in the EXP. that if you didn’t Sub you had to pay to Play. Problem with GW2 it is to easy to level and not do most of the content. Fix that and there will be plenty of stuff to do.

This page contains information about a discontinued Guild Wars 2 component that can no longer be acquired via conventional means.
The only way to obtain this content is through the Trading Post or through content that is no longer available.

I’m pointing out that there already is a Wizard’kitten in the game. Copying and pasting (somewhat misleading) text from my link is certainly more useless than the link itself. It’s not available via Trading Post either. The OP will have to hope that Anet makes it available again this Wintersday or by other means.

Sad for you I copied and Pasted exactly what the WIKI says. Now I do hope they can bring some thing like this back.

It is my account Lovi was referring to. An automated ticket request is not contact information, it takes much searching to find their phone number or email addresses. Who was quoting other companies? Nobody but you… so why bring it up? Leaving people no other way to resolve their issues other then a ticket request is not a good customer service experience. It leaves people feeling like their business is unappreciated and their issues unimportant, especially when it takes over 24 hours to get more then an automated response.

First you post this then try to make it like you don’t expect instant service. Sorry this is the real world. If you needed to post this little tantrum it shows me a lot.

Where did I state i wanted instant service? Where did I throw a tantrum? I stated facts and responded civilly to peoples comments. I was stating that lack of communication via cs and the lack of contact information on their site are bad business decisions to make. If you don’t like my point of view, I’m sorry. However I do have a right to it without being told I’m throwing tantrums or expecting instant service when I’m not.

Read your Post. If this was a Paid for service as in a subscription then maybe you could have a fault with CS. But since it is not paid you really were off base here.
Now I am happy you got your Issues worked out. But there was no lack of CS to you that every one else doesn’t go through. I am sad you think you are special here. I may not agree with what CS says all the time but getting tickets responded to has not been any problem.

Well GW 2 plays for me on a $250.00 Lap Top from Walmart. I don’t get the greatest FPS around 20 but also running at 1920 × 1080 on a 23 inch monitor.

Unplug it and try a different port if you can. Also try cleaning any dust from it. They tend to get gummed up. I keep Canned air all the time for my Mouse and Key board.

Then maybe you shouldn’t Blame customer support but Blame your self. Really I find it very sad that people expect instant service. But I guess you would go to a fast food place and expect your food ready and on the table before you even order it.

I have done the Copy Message since the old days. Just like when Home PC’s first came out and we wrote our own code. Every few lines you wrote you saved.

I have played games where they use Players as Mods for Chat and other rules. It doesn’t work well at all. There is a lot of Favoritism and generates more issues. Player Mods have the excuse that they can interpret the rules as the see fit.

If i went to everquest, or world of warcraft, this issue would be addressed right away. I understand they are humans, and i understand it is the weekended. But seriously, they need to get a better system. This is the most aggravating issue i ever had to go through with a game. I am VERY, VERY, Disappointed. They need a Customer Service Phone Number, rather then just a simple ticket system. I surly hope it is answered before three days.

Not to be rude but complaining will not help. Things take time I don’t like to wait either. But I can about tell you what the issues is. Credit card had issues and they suspended the account to make sure there wasn’t any Fraud issues. It was done to protect her and them selves. Just seems to me to be Common sense.
