You can. You just need to make a human. Falconer’s armor is basically a medium leather set with steel plates on the shoulder, chest, elbows, shins, thighs, and face. it’s not the best armor set in my opinion but the parts do go well with other sets.

That is only One set, which doesn’t fit my personality from any angle.
One set. We need like 10 from release, up to 15 in this past 2 years.

Well, the opposite at me. I don’t care about explorations, I care about Power, Money, Politics… and Family.

I can just agree with the need of plated leather armors.
Or at least GW1’s Medium type armors (Assassin, Ranger, etc)
In early alpha pics, a promo thief used Heavy armor. Was nice.
With being able to use those skins as well, we all could look 10 times better.

As a Ranger, you may know that you’ll be targeted first, so then, you just can have no enough defense… one will catch you, that’s sure. The only solution right now is to just get out of their focus and forget about you… until you strike.

There always will be “Chess-Builds”, aka “Rock-Paper-Scissors”, it depends on the Player to reduce failing rate. And sometimes you have to run for your life… that happens.
What I see in WvW is that Ranger users are actually more smart and helpful, sometimes they even survive (with luck) longer than everyone else running on lazy “OP” builds.
When you get downed, who runs to revive you first? Ofc rangers! We know well how bad it is.

Our weakness seems to make us better Players.
And they can not nerf Players itself :P

The story could bear a lot of politics IMO.
When I was in the garden party, It just felt like I’m in the Red Keep’s Jaehaera’s Gardens, with “The Spider” ’s spies everywhere. LoL.

If people QQ after making Rangers even more close to a Competitive state, that would be the shame of the community…

Most of Rangers aren’t using Power builds, but BM, Conditions and Bunker instead.
So not using LB even.

We “Power Rangers” may have bigger amount right here, but it is because of our complainations, which seems to be heard right now. Admit it

With the upcomming LB buffs, I plan to drop QZ and get something useful to grab necks of foes – The DPS may would seem really insane with Rapid Fire w/QZ, but that still requires an ultility skill slot, which could be used more wisely, and don’t forget about QZ’s healing debuff, which is a really fair sacrifice after the patch, as it is now.

And yet we will been stunlocked under 100b’s 30-45k overkills and 2hit downed by thieves, taking mesmer damages in dodge or whatever annoys us mostly. Those are the real reason to QQ for, not our changes…

Guild Wars 1 Assassin Armors. All of them. Closely to the original concept, just HQ, just as good as Krytan armor been made.

I’ve played 7 years of GW1, and the main reason I’ve been keeping log in was the look of my character. And the people I used to speak with.

There is an Elven armor post before, but I’ve checked the Hobbit pictures and came up with this below. It is the closest match but personally, I don’t like it. Because of the helms available in the game. Proper Dye will make decent improvement here.

You’re right, things are being OverSized and OverDesigned.
Don’t worry. A big chunk of oversized weapon will hide your ugly armor, or vica-versa, meanwhile overdesigned things will drop your Community-Hub FPS by 50.

(Some tweak on automatic model-size adjusting would be nice)

There is a tough point in the design; How can be players admired to worth being a Commander or not? The current methood is really simple:
It is your 100g bet on yourself.

There is a key problem with this way, and it’s the type of currency. The Gold.
As prooven many times, money itself simply can’t make the decision.
>> You see rich people who act stupid and poor ones who make significant performance.

The idea of earning it as an Achievement is really worth thinking!
Now that AN plans to put it on 300g/color seems very ridiculous.
(I’ve came up with this before, just forgot to mention as OP)

Where is the trick? Let’s hope they just forgot to mention it will be like the new Traits; Unlock with gold or complete it’s challange.
With reasonable ones, I’m sure we would agree.

P.s.: I do respect PvE Commanders as well, there gone the Karma’s reward.
Without them, it would be mutch harder to defeat Tequatl or the 3 Wurms.

Let me say, I do “how I want”, with the exception of Rangers are yet weak (but I still manage through), and WvW is rushfarmed, that isn’t “how I want”.

Simply, I do not do anything I don’t want, even if it slows me down and cuts off whole contents (like very repetitive Fractials, PvP and WvW), but hey, I’m full of Ascended.

Myself is a proof of their right – from an angle – and even Ranger’s useability. Even if have to put x10 times more effort on the table to achieve that. If it, let be it.

\\ For Devs:
There is or will be RAGE very shortly.

I would like to highlight things we’ve been discussed and learned in the last ~2 years about this ability. These are things should been kept serious and shouldn’t been forgotten;

Rule 1: No Gold. Abilities like this shouldn’t connected to e-Wealth. Having lots of gold does not prooves anything – due to that, it isn’t logical to make it depending on.
>> Solution: There are only 2 kind of “currencies” that can partly guarantee a player worth the commander ability. For WvW, I wouldn’t pick Badge of Honors, since those RNG based and unbalanced between EOTM & regular WvW. Instead;

• WvW Rank: Ahead of an amount (like ~300), a player spent enough time and effort to learn how things work.
• Karma: I believe, PvE commanders can get Karma to exchange it for, let’s say, a Million.

Rule 2: Free/Unlock Upgrades. Meanwhile some may say Commander ability should have it’s own leveling system up to X, or just free to select different colors of badges in time of need, one things is very sure; There shouldn’t be another 100-300g pieces for those.
I’m also sure AN does not meant to harm our strong efforts to make our raids/commandings working, so why to put a goldsink onto that?
>> Solutions:

• Unlock all badges to whoever has the commander ability. It’s about to enjoy the game, not to farm it out for social needs that doesn’t seem to be supported in the current design.
• Or sell the unlocks with relatively cheap price. ~500 Badge? Acceptable.
• Maybe really leveling it, let’s say, connected to Rank system (+point for it every ~100 rank) or something.

Rule 3: Support Community Efforts. It is YOUR key of success to make the product confortable for the users!

Personally, I like the Whisperer’s on this setup more, but it’s your call.

What I would consider is a fair offer.
Most of us bought pre-purchase and pre-orders double the price they sell these times, and those weren’t even giving those minimal kind items that you’ll get now at half price.
Upgrading would cost 2000 Gem, jeez.

So, what about to give some real care to those who was loyal, supporting from the beginning?

My big love is the foldable weapon types.
Even if it’s a compact sheating on a Longbow, a Longbow that folds to Shortbow or a Greatsword that folds onto a combat bow.
Yep, some cool animation would be better than skins that no armor really match for (ley!), or just have fat particle effects that annoys me (Corrupted skins for example).

It’s a problem with ROF, which will be improved by Read of the Wind “When It’s Ready!”.
However, the bad autoaiming will still fail your attempt for Point Blank Shot when a Thief/Warrior sticks in your face… Swap to melee.

Since the original LA wasn’t designed for the amount of people used it (and AFK’d), it would be a bad decision to reconstruct it. We clearly need a better design in the future.

The current map offers 3 main society hub, just like I’ve signed the need before,
furthermore, the NPCs are well spread. All they need now is a reconstruction of environment, where GW2 lore can bring it’s beauty.

I’ve never seen LA as a complete, finished city. In my immagination, it were mutch mutch more interesting. Let’s hope the improvement will be more like Venice – than a pile of rock and a couple of ships sticked on it.

Realistic ones mostly. The fantasy style in GW2 went way wild… overdesigned.

Underrated? No.
We just don’t get buffs, no help, no resurrect, aaaand it’s like we’re not there at all.
I’m only getting helped by random Rangers and friends of mine when I’m not a commander.

Our damage is low, no real bursts, no good conditions, no mutch interrupt, no stuns, autoaiming is just bad and our pet dies, there goes our damage…

The upcomming patch will help a little, but it’s still far from a competitive espectation.

AN’s Game Monetization Manager aims us to spend our half income in hope we get something with RNG. I don’t belive in this, neither most of you.
RNGods were never favored me…

We should buy BL Keys every week/month, and if a special thing drops (let’s count in Precursors and all the TP Value stuff), we’re lucky and inspired to continue this habit, maybe even more.
I would make it a fair gamble, where you surely get ~75% of your cash “back” in any form.

Many of us live in less welthy countries, EU has huge differences, I think even NA does.
Prices should been synced for region. Make that happen.
