We talking about ANET servers lags and ANET bandwidth lags, not about the users ones.
I have perfect computer (60+ FPS at max WvW settings in the hugest zergs) and 30 mbitsec bandwidth, so stop trying to say this is my problem!
God, yesterday in the SOLO Living Story dungeon I have 1-2 sec freezes every 20 sec! WTF?

There is not represented all EU medium servers, such as Seafarers rest for example.
If try to transfer in the game to the SFR it will shows zero cost for it.
So, where is truth? Is SFR and another not listed in the news EU servers free to transfer or not?

- Changed WvW match cycle to 7 days -> upgrading became more useful
- Removed Orbs -> They brought unbalance to the match and was constantly hacked
- Fixed numerous places where you could glitch -> no need to even explain why this was good
- Boon AoE limit -> Made turtling not so effective
- AoE limit -> On the other hand made turtling more effective, but AoE was too strong on occasions
These changes made a significant change to WvW. Were the changes good or bad, thats what you have to decide. Theres still more I probally forgot, but hey, you wanted somekind of a list
This is all bugfixes or minor tunings.
Can’t say about any of this like “big update”.
Biggest hope?
They will really(!) fix culling.

They will recalculate old WvW achievments so we will not be forced to farm WXP from the zero

The addition of the WvW progression system doesn’t impact regular character leveling at all. Characters will still get regular XP in the usual way and they’ll also get WXP so characters below level 80 can be leveled simultaneously while they advance their world rank.
So, old WvW-players will not receive any rewards for their old achievments? And their WXP lvl will be ZERO like as any newbies who just came to WvW?

As much as I’m excited to see new items for badges, i’m a little concerned about the appearance options.
Will there be ways of getting the identical skins outside of WvW? It would be unfortunate to have an influx of people in WvW who don’t want to be playing WvW and taking up spots from those who do while spamming the jump puzzles
The new WvW will be killing PvE noobs in the JP while they try to get their badges for new skins. There will be empty maps and full JP’s

There is far better ways to receive a tons of badges – killing PUG-zergs while you are in the organized raid ^^

Make Race Change Kit for 2000 gems.
It will allow you to change only your race.
After this:
All cultural armors and armor with that skins will be unable to wear until it will have your old race armor skins. To will be able wear it again you will need to change their skins with transmutation stones to the allowed to your new race.
You will be able to make new starting choice of the biography. It will affect your already done story also.
Your story will be at the same progress stage, order choice included.
All quests made before the change will marked completed but you will not recieve extra reward for it.
All racial skills will be changed to the new racial skills. All skill points what you have spent to learn old racial skills will be turned back, and new racial skills will be given unlearned.

1. Buy more powerful hardware for servers
2. rent more wide internet-channel to servers
3. fix server software to allow it to handle big numbers more easy
We have our own community of skilled players. What a reason to separate by small groups?

Now only skilled players can utilize it, by following your suggestion every starter could 1 hit kill a player if they get lucky and they understand that with this they have chances to kill even skilled players, but have no chances to kill someone using for example trap build.

Edit: I would also like to point out that the make-over kits are actually cosmetic only changes, and as such do not present the same issues presented by Race Change, because as I pointed out a race change is more than just a cosmetic change.

Some more reasons to make race change option:
* all Sylvary cultural armors looks really identically and the same ugly.
* only sylvary engineers have toolbelt Block skill
* only Humans have very cool healing skill - nearly the best for Elems

Since you can’t preview other racial armors I can kind of understand not realizing the Human set was one you’d want (though there are several armor galleries on the web I skim through before rolling a character).

I agree the medium asura sets pretty much universally suck, I’ll give you that (although, the Prowler crafted set and the HoTW set aren’t too bad, and the Heritage (HoM reward) set isn’t too bad either, though that too looks a lot better on a Human or Sylvari.)
Now I know ALL sets in the game, so you can stop this pathetic try to study me – I didn’t ask for that.
Let me explain. If you use a Race Change item, and switch from Norn to Charr, what happens to your personal story? It no longer makes any sense, but if they simply reset the personal story that lets you get all of the story rewards again (BL keys and such), plus it lets you pick a different Order, which would mean you could go through the story, pick the Priory, buy a bunch of Priory skins, reset, go through again and pick the Vigil, allowing you to buy a second order’s skins.
Why is that an issue? Because currently the only way to get more than one Order’s skins on the same character requires getting a second character into the second order, buying the second set through them, and then using 12 Fine ‘mutation stones to transfer the skins to the first character (this is part of why you never gain access to 3 order’s sets later in the story)
So simply resetting the story would potentially cost Anet money.

3rd: I can exping any another character to buy skins from one order and move it to another and already did this many times. I will not explain how – think you know it if you sure you are experienced player

This could be used to unlock entire “play-throughs” of the story (and their related achievements) for however much a race change item cost.

Not changing anything has complications as well, just not exploitable ones. Because what happens when there’s new story type content? If you changed from Norn to Charr, but none of the story stuff was changed the game will still basically see you as a Norn, though you’d have access to Charr cultural armor.
