I’ve solo’ed all of the level 80 maps and there is a big difference between the Orr maps and Frostgorge Sound (only non Orr level 80 map). The re-spawns and event spawns on the Orr maps are crazy. Some events on the Orr maps can’t be done if there are not enough players on the map. Why re-spawn events on a timer if there are few or no players in that area?
Think Dynamic spawning of events and number of enemies based on the number of players not just set on a timer.

You should get some Karma when you rez someone, reward players who help others!

I believe I’d done all of the maps, so where are the others? I would hate to jump to each and every map just to verify I’ve completed it.
Any utility to tell which maps aren’t complete?
Do I have to due WvW, PvP, or dungeons to get the rest?
Why do level 80 characters do the level up animation when the can no longer level up?
this is an mmo, not a single player game.
Small groups can’t even complete some of the events. What happens when the population drops, what then?
How do you complete Orr events if their are not enough players on the map? It took me a week to finish Malcor’s Leap because there were not enough players to do an event. Even if your in a Guild, others may not want to due a specific event on a specific map so you can complete it!
Maps, events, re-spawns need to scale to the number of players, there would be no need for Henchmen. One has to wonder how players will do Orr events if the number of players drops? Just because your in a Guild doesn’t guarantee you can find enough players to do a specific event.
I just finished Malchor’s Leap last night, what a pain. Had to wait over a week to find a night when there was enough players to complete the Cathedral events. What’s will this be like six months from now for new players? The number of enemies and re-spawn rates need to scale to the number of players on the map and doing events. Make them solo friendly!
You can put Karma items in the Forge, I didn’t know this! Any limit on the type of Karma items?
Other than crafting, there is nothing to do in cities.
- Ability to sit down with another player to eat/drink, play a skill game.
- Clothing shop for city clothes with clothing preview.
- Gambling games (limited to few copper/silver).
- Weekly Lottery, (drop a few coins for a chance at a prize money or chest).
- Drop in a pub, have a few drinks and hear about a secret location for (mining/farming/chests) daily/weekly.
- More skill challenges.
- Challenge another player to a duel (Achievement – Dueling)
We all know why there’s a level cap of 80, it’s so they can sell us an expansion to the next level cap down the road. This is OK with me, I would rather buy an expansion pack every 12-16 months vs. paying $15+ a month.

Try different maps, I run a level 80 thief solo with Explorer armor and Luck of the Traveler add-ons and find for some reason some maps are better than others!
Is there a way to move gold/silver between player characters?
When you get to level 80, buy the best armor, and weapons you can find (something like Explorer Armor, all with + 3 magic find), then add luck of the traveler add-ons. The magic + find gear will then pay for itself. Then grind the level 80 maps for items to sell and crafting material, the gold will start rolling in.
Is there any extra benefit to having all armor the same type (Duelist, Explorer, etc.)?
Yesterday I was at 80% complete, today I’m back at 79%, what got added?

There needs to be some sort of utility/report that will list what area/maps are not 100% complete. I’ve jumped around some maps and now have a hard time figuring out which maps I’ve completed and which ones are not. Who wants to spend time and silver/gold jumping from map to map to find ones that are not 100% complete?
The re-spawn rates (number of creatures and time of re-spawn) need to dynamic, linked to the number of players in the area, this way events, maps, skills challenges, etc. are friendly to both solo and groups of players.
It’s not just jumping, the game becomes unresponsive during combat too! I’ve died three times now because combat stopped, no combat keys worked (1,2,3, etc.). Game is unplayable after this patch!

if you don’t enjoy playing with others, why play an MMO? Pick something like skyrim instead, there you have all the fun of a big pretty explorable world without the need to group

I soloed a level 80 character and completed 80% of the maps but, now I’m finding more and more non-solo friendly content.
- Forced grouping for last of the Personal story missions
- Fractals & monthly achievements can’t be done solo.
- Non solo maps (Lost Shores crap)
- Faster and faster re-spawns, that make solo impossible, my character can no longer even recharge skills between re-spawns in places due to character nerfs.
As long as I can complete all of the maps and ability to get all crafting material solo, I’d be a happy camper but sadly, it seems that this is no longer the case.
How about
- Solo monthly achievements?
- Re-spawn times and numbers based on the number of players in an area (Solo friendly).
- Make all maps Solo friendly.
Nope, just lets you re-do everything with the normal options.

This is the only map, you can’t solo! The respawns are just way way too fast!!

Salvage for crafting or sell for silver/gold, what’s your goal? Right now I want gold more than more stuff, so I’m selling everything I get. When selling be sure to check prices on the trading post before you sell something to a merchant.
