Just curious how does power affect traps? Isnt it better if i take rabid instead? Also do traps crit? Just asking bout the sinister suggestion
Lol pets are really good, only thing we need is more freedom in using them as well as versatility. And a few tweaks on the AI.
In all honesty i wish we had three pets.
A good ranger also shows how good he handles his pet. Sevans and Shadowpass are my idols.
IGN: Buton
Need an invite.
Finally
Been playing this game for some time, running dungeons daily. Number of meta rangers joined my party: 3.
1k hours, and only 3 rangers I came across knew how to play their class.
Figure it out yourself!
That is just because people know Ranger isn’t really a great class in the first place so people that tend to know how to play the game gravitate towards other classes (I haven’t played much in the last year so I am not speaking from current balance, as I haven’t played it).
Ranger isn’t really a great class? you offend me.
Its the mindless spaming of AA LB and press RF when not on CD, lol. No weapon swaps, its just dumb, i think this gives rangers the “rangers suck” cliche, a lot of builds are underused.
300+ views and only 3 feedback? Cmon people. BUMP
@Ross
Great point, just the clarification i needed. So I’m swapping it to energy.
How bout the weapon sets?
Torch is pretty good with PU.
Pistol?
GS?
I suggest anyone to play it, because this my first time using PU and I think I die a lot often. haha
Okay, Here’s my take on the PU builds/whine threads.
Since I am so inlove with the concept of interrupts I decided to make a build centered around it and at the same time trait it with PU to give people another perspective on this trait.
Cons:
No DE. Mainly A phantasm build.
Extremely Squishy (all zerk)
Stun is RNG.
No Boon Strip.
Pros:
High Damage.
Stuns.
Survivabilty Via the PU trait.
Okay. Here goes.
So basically a mashup between Mind Crush and Pyro’s Overpowered Phantasm build.
You deal majority of your damage with Phantasm, making them stronger with interrupts.
Rune:
Rune of The mesmer. For str and prec stats + that 33% daze duration
Sigils:
Battle for might
Impact for More damage when stunned or knockdown (10%) – Im not really sure if this affects phants but It would seem it does.
Amy.
Zerk or Assassin.
If taking assassin Im getting Desperate Decoy for that extra stealth or Blade Training.
if Zerk Im taking phantasmal fury or Blade training
Traits:
Empowered illusions – For phantasms
Halting Strike – Additional Damage for Interrupts
Confounding Suggestions – Stun
Illusionary Defense – Defense
Bountiful Interruption – Boons
PU – Defense
Phant Fury, Blade Training, or Desperate Decoy.
Now, I am a great GS fan, I love the phantasm but It has no synergy with CS, so is staff a better choice.
Same goes for SW OH, I am a pistol fan, but sword has that daze and quick attacking phant.
I am also torn in getting torch, the stealth is amazing (with PU too) but the phantasm is kitten.
So what you guys think?
PS: this build is not effective as Pyro Phantasm build because it does not utilize two CD traits to maximize phantasm uptime.
and not as effective as CS because it lacks DE and Boon Strip
I just made the build to have some fun and get a new playstyle aside from the norms
Also, When I play I usually do not run any cleanse, feel free to swap anything for a cleanse
http://en.gw2skills.net/editor/?fhAQNAscWlknpRtlpxGNcrNipRY6+4aSnEMUqWA-TJhIABpeKAA4JAcUZAY2fAA
Okay for Ross’ suggestion. I’ll give this a shot.
Strengths
>My creativity in designing unique builds.
>I play Shatter Mes and Lockdown Mes really well. (I think i do better on shatter tho)
>I also play condition builds well enough but not as better as power builds.
>I am really good at timing interrupts (Used to be)
>I can say before I only dreamed of downing Chaos A and others, but now I am proud to say I can play at the same level or maybe even better now (peace Aeo! )
>If friendship is a strength then this would be my main forte. I am really friendly IRL and IG so anyone who needs help learning mes don’t hesitate to pm or add me
Weaknesses
>I usually do very good against people I do not know, But as long as I know who I am facing and know how good they are, My hands get jittery/tingly (Looking at you Rylock)
>For some reason my worst matchup is against other mesmers.
>I have keen eye for smaller characters, I seem to have trouble against larger models (should be the opposite but I don’t know why)
>I am a pvp addict, I cannot stop queing over and over again. (OMFG team ques I am sorry! )
Anyone of you guys know Doiid from the old RedGuard guild?
He is nr.1 imho
Special credit to Osi, main reason i play mesmer since the beginning, even if he doesnt play shatter sometimes (why Osi why >.<)I know,I was in the followup guild to RedGuard(scnd) and I asked him for a few tips, mainly for wvw zerging. He explained me the wisdom behind how to fully maximized mesmer to be helpfull for a zerging group.
To the topic,I played with Osicat many times back while he was in Gandara with the guild Judge.Impressive lad,he defiantly got me hooked up with the mesmer class even more!
Besides that,Im taking notes from every mesmer players who active helping here in the forums such as:Chaos-the most dominant,Rytlock-his tormentor?,Pyro the enlightened,Vashury the annhilitor xD and many more.A wise man learns from everyone.
I think Doiid is BlackDevil?
@SandRox
I would rate chaos A a 10/10
and Rytlock an 11/10
:)
The thing is, I don’t know my strengths and weaknesses are. I just play to win. It would be a grand idea if someone would to evaluate me. To improve my craft and to know where i am lacking at.
Please anyone?

I hate to inform you guys, but sadly that is just a troll. I even talked to seven myself, if you don’t believe that is him, his youtube has the same name. Unfortunately that is just one of those things that happens.
Well that’s a shame.
Wait wait wait. Is Seven A member of OMFG?
I saw Twisted Fate on the roster and his mesmer is named Seven Mirror.
And the his replies here on the thread implies that he knows rytlock (which is a good friend of his)
So which one is it?
Haha Bob so silly.
Yeah CurunenThanks for the support!
Pls dont be offended on what Im about to ask, But why do you charge now? I mean like I know you have the right to every decision, but why?
… A good ranger will cancel his RF channel and PBS you when they get interrupted while channeling.
What? Can they cancel after an interrupt? How long recharge they have then on RF? I thought that if I interrupted they got the full recharge.
I always use mantra ’rupt to shut em down
Sorry my bad. They cancel RF when they see reflect up. Also, Interrupt is good with RF IF You manage to interrupt at the beginning of the cast, interrupting it almost at the end is a waste of Interrupts/MoD, because you still ate a lot of damage first hand. UNLESS you have CI so you could still root em onto place and burst em down.
Everytime I play sPvP I’ll be having a good time and a longbow ranger will inevitably show up raining arrows into my face. I just can’t find a way to counterplay it(and I’ve tried).
I usually use the GS/Staff shatter build(the old 4/4/0/0/6) in pvp.
Does anyone have any ideas how to counter it? (I know it’s been around for a while but I was playing pve until recently so it didn’t affect me.)
Okay, First off I gonna tell you what to do with different ranger builds.
The typical LB/GS pew pew ranger will be running Signet of Stone (d-damage immunity) Lightning Reflexes/Quickening Zephyr/And Signet of the Hunt(25% movspeed and a 150% next attack active/Signet of Renewal (Stun breaker/Condi Clear)
As a shatter mesmer the key here is to force them to use their Signet of stone because with it, it will just nullify your bursts.
When I do it, I start of with GS AA, Phantasm, Mirror Blade up close and f3+f2 combo + Mind Stab (+Halting Strike trait pushes this to 70% if you manage to interrupt 2 skills in the process), This will typically wipe away 50-60% of their HP and burn their signet of stone. After that, you can now start to prepare your mind wrack combo.
Now for the other variant, Same Utilities as above but uses SW/Dagger weaponset instead of GS.
-Same process as above and force them to use their signet, But now remember, do not burst them with your mind wrack combo if they are in SW/D weaponset, this weaponset has 3 evades and will nullify your bursts, so don,t forget that/
When you are using SW/X bait them with the leap and immob but do not blurred or shatter, they will typically hit Lightning reflexes which is also an evade and removes Immob, wait like a couple of seconds before detonating your bursts.
The mesmer community will say reflects, or interrupts, but this will only work on bad rangers most of the time, A good ranger will cancel his RF channel and PBS you when they get interrupted while channeling. Also good rangers Have their AA auto cast off, so they can stop attacking you while reflect is up.
Decoy/Prestige works best to close the gap.
For the Utilities, I suggest bringing Mantra Cleanse. Their bursts will start after the wolf fear or entangle/Drakehound/Spider(Spider has 2 immobs which they can chain) immob when fighting on point. Use your cleanse to break free from the CC and re-engage.
^This happens for good rangers, the ones you see spam RF and AA are most often Rangers, they don’t even/swap late when you burst them on melee. If a ranger is sniping you stealth and take cover and do not attempt to re-engage because they will just snipe you to death.
Hope this helps
I dont think you just got outplayed chaos, you didnt had the pressure he had.
staff gives you defense, not much of an offense, and using focus would give you almost useless phantasm against him, while he had izerker and fast range attack weapon. It was like you were always on defense mode while he was on the attack.if you would have changed to even sw/sw instead of sw/f you would have prolly done better. But not using staff on lockdown build is pretty much a shot in the knee, yes GS is good spiking and good pressure, but staff gives you lot more defense, which is not so good in duels, but in conquest mode it is gold.
I will disagree with you entirely here. You will know as soon as you fight rylock, I even get rylock to fraking 500 hp and he still manages to kill me haha. Must be the charr (<—- Sticker’s Excuses)
@Chaos
Upload our vids man if we ever have one! I think I never saw a vid with you that you uploaded. Upload that guardian kitten!

Yes, i know a lot of these stuff already,. I’m asking like what if the competition is now with really skilled players, how can I pull of shatters really well?
The blink shatter works for unsuspecting foes, without them seeing you first, if they manage did see you first they can count, and dodge or block the incoming shatter.
Any new tips on surprising foes or landing shatters really well?
I like using my Gs5 blink push, I think not all people are expecting that.
The issue is that we need more ways to root opponents to land shatters. Since iLeap/Swap isn’t always reliable and very predictable, you could try playing a stun/shatter build. So you run the typical 4/4/0/0/6 but with sw/p and signet of domination. Now you have iLeap/Swap and two stuns at your disposal with which to more frequently land shatter combos. I understand pistol #5 and signet of dom are rather slow, but with two stuns, you’ll be able to overcome most builds which typically take one stun break.
I tried a build like this awhile back, but it was too support focused. Having both of those stuns at my disposal really helped land the shatters when I needed them though, helping me control the fight in that sense. I just needed more damage. I might try something like this again with that different perspective.
Hmm interesting, but what do you replace over Signet of Domination then?

Any advice on how to improve my craft? I’ve been playing a playstyle with sort of a mix between vash and supcutie, but some games i still feel like im not doing it properly.
After 2k+ pvp matches, i feel like the leap blurred wrack combo is too predictable since its been here for ages. Either the engie blocks it, or any class just dodges the leap.
So yeah, any advice from you veterans/skilled peeps out there? I seriously need inspiration lol.

Phantasm generally means a build that uses clone and phantasm up time to generate its damage, or a build that neglects shatters.
Clones don’t do damage. Any decent mesmer whatever build he uses does not neglect shatters.
Clones used to do +damage beta days.
clones apply conditions, last i checked bleeding still did damage
also sharper images only applies off of clones and phantasms.
but hey lets only take the first part of my post and run with that.
Conditions yes, But having clones deal conditions does not make it a phantasm build.

Forums are great but I will point out and correct that Mesmers have only two.build types.
Shatter and phantasm
Shatter covers the meta PvP power shatter and the weaker cousin of condition shatters .
Pu and some of the other passive more bunker builds fall under phantasms.
Lockdown is a middle ground between the two but can easily lean one way or another.
We also only have about 3 or 4 base builds with minor variations on them to grab different perks or support different players.
These builds are shatter, pu, and lockdown. I’m sure I’m forgetting one but I’m at work and can’t search for it.
Find those and go from there
Wat? This is completely false.
1st. Phantasam is a part of our class mechanic, every weapon set has a phantasm. Even shatter uses our phantasms for fodder.
You only say a build is a phantasm build if it is phantasm centered, no DE, Phantasmal strength and Empowering illusions and other phantasm strengthening traits. and uses phantasms as a source of the majority of damage that you do.
Pu Condi is not a Phantasm build because you do not trait for phantasm traits, you rely doing damage via sharper images and clone death traits. and conditions from clones
So do you mean condi bunker is a phantasm build? /wat
2nd. We have a lot of builds
Signet Build
Shatter
Interrupt/Lockdown
Glamour
Mantra support/Nuker
PU
Clone Death
All of these is unique on their own way. Do not get me started with these builds being viable or not. Some of them might not be the meta but I assure you they are viable depending on the user.
Please Stop spreading misinformation.
As a power ranger you’re going to have some problems. Most Mesmer practically hardcounter power rangers if they’re not caught off guard since a heavy stealth shatter will bring you to near death in an instant. The only way you’re going to win that fight is with practice and experience.
Don’t listen to chaos :p join OMFG and ill teach you how to beat mesmers, as a ranger too! Power ranger esp when played right will rekt mesmers, even with reflect. Micro managing yer pet and soft cc,s is the key
Don’t listen to the first 4 words Sticker says. Listen to Chaos and join OMFG and we’ll teach you how to kill any kind of mesmer.
My ranger says hi don.

Well, since I seem to be unable to quote anyone. You’re free to disagree with me Stickers, but I still think torch is a horrible idea for shatter and I am speaking from the PvE perspective. I played for a year as strictly PvE before beginning to dabble in WvW, but even then I was only dealing with the PvE aspect of that. Anvil was ranked 24 out of 24 servers. No one was on to fight. I rarely encountered roamers. If I did see another player they were usually in a zerg, which I could evade if my back wasn’t to them.
Personally, I would never use it in WvW or PvP either. It seems like a waste when I use a weapon I like better and am more adept with.
I see. But honestly the one thing that is krap about torch is the phantasm, and that part i totally agree with you. I only use 5 for the fodder. But 4 is really invaluable for surviving and bursting. But focus is superior for the mobility.
And focus is waaay better if someone is capable of doing the pull warden leap blurred wrack combo.
Since the thread is getting whack, i might aswell derail it myself. I was trying to make a unique support build, can we make a support centered PU build? This might change peoples opinion about PU.
PS i noticed the people who bash PU are terribad in game, i suggest get better before being an elitist jerk. Thank you.
Join OMFG and we’ll help you get your skills on tip top shape or maybe even better.
Please don’t take this like I’m arguing, these are legitimate thoughts/questions:
1) I normally run full zerk on shatter but this was more for looking into the potential to have a tankier edge to help survive burst a little better without sacrificing too much damage. Your input was greatly appreciated in that respect.
2) Again with the tankier approach I chose speed runes to keep my health higher without losing mobility, Though I do see how traveler would work so I’ll probably switch that. Again thanks for the input there.
3) (this is really my question) Why would I want IP if I’m running with a staff/gs combo? Being at range means I’ll be shattering from far away and the alternative trait allows me to get aoe with my halting strikes giving more damage overall. I could be mistaken and if I am please inform me so I can improve this build.
1.) I respect your creativity, IMO play what you want, if you could do good with your build then go for it, although it wont be as effective as with IP
2.) Traveler is great but it does not give you a lot of vit.
3.) Not Running IP will:
a.) You lose 1 more clone (yourself) in shattering, 2k less damage from MW, Confusion stack + Damage on CoF,
b.) you lose an on demand interrupt (w/o clones) with Diversion
c.) you lose an on demand 1 sec invuln (very useful in close to death situations)
Torch is not really the best weapon to use with Shatter Mesmer. Most tend to use focus/sword/pistol for the offhand weapon. There are a few that use GS/Staff as a combination for their weapons. Suggested armors are either Berserker or Assassin. So, overall, you are on the right track. =) As for utilities, that is typically dependent upon the player. Suggested skills, for pvp/wvw purposes are: blink, decoy, mirror images, mass invis/moa and ether feast for healing. For PvE you can use whatever suits your fancy. I typically like having blink, feedback/decoy, mirror images.
Sorry Vin, I gotta disagree with you. I use torch for my shatter mesmer in pvp. Works Wonders. But this is coming from an spvp standpoint. I do not see why it won’t be as great in WvW tho.
Eh. I destroy on Shatter condi faster then I ever could with PU condi. Since the patch I’m yet to lose a 1 v 1 with shatter condi against even the best players. Only chance of going down is 1 v 2 or more, 1 v 1 is a no-contest, they signed their death warrant. But it does have its limit and cant sustain on the same number of people as PU condi. But it can win 1 v 3 if you play at the top of your game, but its a lot of pressure to handle.
I would like to test your unbeaten statement with the build. Add me Ingame.
(edited by StickerHappy.8052)
Are we seriously having this boring, passive, conversation again? Again playing full zerk does not make you more skillful than someone playing PU.
Being aggressive is subjective too. is Playing full zerk shatter mesmer only aggressive? I bet someone who does not play defense goes to the downstate a lot.
That video was stylish and full of swag. Good stuff!
I only saw about 6 minutes in, but that was pretty tight gameplay and we use very similar builds. I do think you’d benefit more from generosity sigil being on your sword/focus set since only staff Auto and c-storm can proc it.
Also, you shatter more than I do, but I think you’re shattering warden too soon and not getting as much dps as you could from it, and have ya tried Phantasmal Fury? Works really well with staff and focus plants.
One other thing .. I always felt chaos storm should be used right before swapping to sword set rather than when swap is still on cooldown. C-storm into I leap> blurred > shatter is brutal on groups.
That was great though, keep it up!
Im waiting for your vids too chaos. Upload our team que lol.
Wow! This was a ton of fun to watch. Also, you move really creatively with your weapon set. For some reason, the swap->curtain pull combo has never occurred to me. Swapping to staff immediately after (and throwing in a dodge roll) would give you more distance and clones. That could make for a nice chain diversion. THEN, you pull out the Warlock, cackle cackle cackle!
Really good vid. Can’t wait for some more.
I’m waiting for your vids tea
Sticker, that is an extremely complex build to play for someone who is new to PvP. It means you need to have really good map and positional awareness, illusion management, reflexes and mechanical skill just to be effective. You also have to be pretty knowledgeable about your boon management.
I think you should suggest something more structured, akin to Windwalker’s, while this current build concept develops
Is that so? yeah i think i noticed when we were running that 5 man team, Hmm, i guess ill revise and tweak the build.
Yeah.
This isn’t going to end well.
It is fun tho.
Hey StickerHappy,
I’ve been away from the game for a while, but recently came back to try an old build that I posted months and months ago (with some tweaks).
It’s a Phantasm/Mantra build, with a focus on sustained fights, rather than burst which you are used to as a shatter Mesmer, I’m sure.
It’s done the trick for me, but I was wondering what others would think about it.
Let me know what you think!
I’ll try this one too, out of curiosity, why cele amy? if your thinking about the Healing Power for Restorative Mantras, Even with 0 healing power it will still heal for about approximately 2.6k.
This is what I’ve been playing.
http://gw2skills.net/editor/?fhAQRAsd7clknpRtlpxGNcrNCvBZyFUAUnjk8xSGgbB-TJRHwAFOJAs2fAwTA4YZAA
Wow focus for maim, i haven’t tried it this way. I’ll give it a shot, also Ross, are you playing on NA? I always see you here in the forums for a long time now, Are you an OMFG member? Care to honor me with a duel?
Have you tried something like Shatterlock with CI instead of CS yet? My attempts to make it work in wvw usually failed due to lack of condition remove. Maybe it does work in pvp, where most mesmers seem to be crazy enough to run without any remove all the time…
http://gw2skills.net/editor/?fhAQNAscRlknpMtNqxGNcrNCvhY6IFag6cFPWqAA-TpBFwACOEAOOBA12fYxDAoaZAAHBAA
This I could try too, But to be honest again, I have a hard time playing without DE, even in a non shatter build. DE is like a neccessity to me (Or maybe just a placebo?)
I challenge you to create a build that uses Imbued Diversion and have it make sense!
…
seriously, i tried last week and i want someone else to feel my pain T~T
I could try. but I will be frank with you, Imbued on its current GM state is too weak, if it did reduce addtional 10-20% CD on it, it would be viable.
How about a field supporter using various utility skills to give your partner an advantage? This can be complimented by Mantra healing+Rune of Water, since it’ll proc on mantra charges every 10 seconds.
http://gw2skills.net/editor/?fhAQNAW8dl0npVtlqxMNUrNytRY6txrTv+mWqAA-TJxHAB1+EAQqMgP7PAwFBAA
It’s only theoretical, but if you used focus to act as a reflecting wall, you’ll have 5 fields to put down at your convenience, and a little burst healing. In such a way you can create a more advantageous battle field for your partner while you try to stay at safer distances.
You can also replace Mantra heal for longer lasting glamours, and chaotic dampening for BI. If you want to, you can switch Cleric stats for Magi stats and change out a sigil for a Sigil of Fire. This allows for interesting combos such as using the Fire Blast to give your team Chaos Armor. You can probably also use Valkyrie instead of Cleric since it isn’t focused on healing so much. For that same reason, you can abandon healing completely and go for survivability, perhaps Ice Runes for that Ice Nova or Mercy Runes for speedy revives.
I would change the amulet, even without Healing power, Restorative Mantras will still heal for 2.6k. I think i’ll try mercy.
I don’t think bountiful disillusionment is the best choice in it’s current state – so weak.
A note on shattered conditions. It’s decent if you’re an on point bunker or using it selfishly. Once you leave the point, your group support diminishes greatly. I honestly don’t think it’s very reliable to use by itself for condition management in a support focused build for a couple reasons:
- Condition isn’t cleansed until illusion begins it’s shatter animation. This means you have to wait as it trudges to it’s target (who could be moving). Could be 10 seconds before you/your ally receives the cleanse when you need it now.
- You don’t have reliable on demand cleanse ability. If you take DE, it’s better cause you can dodge > shatter to cleanse, but even then still not fool proof if you’re out of endurance or you don’t have a target within 600 range. IP is the only ultimate fix for this. No illusions required and you don’t even have to be within 600 range to cleanse (tested only on myself but assume it works on ally next to you).
To provide good condition support, I think you have to solve that on demand issue. Mantra of resolve seems to fit the bill for this, but obviously not as strong as the trait on point due to limited charges. So how about a compromise?
With mesmer support I think you almost need to choose between three different focuses. Are you going to support with 1) traits, 2) utilities or 3) boon share? I don’t think you can do all at once very well. You can pull off trying two in one build but it’s challenging to get the most out of.
So for trait support, you could maybe run something like x/6/x/6/x with harmonious mantras, DE and everything you currently have in inspiration. It all works together well with plenty of vigor to keep endurance full for you/allies, decent healing with mantras, plus massive condition removal on point and for your roamers. Obviously with this you wouldn’t run the signet as boon share isn’t the focus.
For boon support, I think 6 in chaos is mandatory as you have. Signet mastery might be good. I’d run chaotic dampening and BI together (I do that in my utility wizard build and it’s great). Everything else is about the boons, so choose traits that provide them (vigorous revalation, etc) and if you have enough points to spend from there, move into another focus area.
Just some ideas, hope it helps.
Wouldn’t Be Harmonious Mantras and Restorative Mantras Counterproductive? Since you have 1 more charge extra before you can charge it again?
I think the best answer is to get good first before going ranked?
I come across a lot of pre made teams but it does not bother me because i know I can stand my own ground, yes there are a lot of better players than you but it happens, you win some, you lose some.
We were all noobs before right? Have patience.
- capping close with 2 ppl at start of the game
- capping close and staying there
- fighting off point despite not being pressured
- leave cap to chase some1 and then getting decapped
- leave cap to chase some1 before fully capped
- getting steamrolled in 1v1 despite being turret engi or d/d ele
- horrible judgement calls on rezzing/stomping
- stay in the fight til everything was stomped
- generally poor understanding of rotation conceptThere’s a couple of more “noob moves” besides those for sure. Sometimes even experienced players make one of these mistakes, so you can’t always tell. Regardless, everytime I see people do this, I’m pretty sure they are either very inexperienced players, or intermediates in kitten mode.
aye this basically sums it up.
regarding this, sometimes it is a gamble though.
“horrible judgement calls on rezzing/stomping”for example,
running into various AOE trying to stomp or revive is bad
- shoot from outside the AOE range to bleed the downed opponent.downed ally being bombarded by lots of AOE is usually a lost cause unless
- guardian pops a shield bubble that absorbs projectiles while reviving
- thief pops a shadow refuge on top of that.
(still a bit risky thief pops a shadow refuge without extra protection)
- high armor tactics warrior with mercy runes with stability
- the warrior stuns every nearby melee DPS enemy with earthshaker first before attempting to revivestill a gamble anyway, because stability can be very easily removed as well.
but at least with stability, the odds of success is increased slightly.attempting to revive confirmed lost cause is also errr wasting time and effort?
for example,
attempting to revive ally that is being stomped by
- shruken engineer
- mist form elementalist
- anyone else with stability, and unable to remove the stability first before interrupting.
I dont get why ressing your teammate is a lost cause when being stomped with those above? What does ressing have to do if they are invuln?
Bad troll is bad. Nobody can be this stupid.
OP is dead on Honestly #RealTalk
My shatter and Lockdown Mesmer Music.
was it korean knight haha, definitely sounds like him. I play fresh air S/F ele and he always says that i’m a “D/D ele noob” then I always say “I’m playing S/F….” then he goes on to say, “Ele – noob”. He really just makes me laugh, don’t let him get to you and don’t listen to anything he says.
-Shnicky
Are you referring to Kitt? ( Korean Knight), havent seen him whine or complain.
Tealots I’m coming to test your Mesmer gangsta at 10pm EST!
… Estimated.
You’ll be surprised how good tealot is now! mwahahaha.!
…and how short his temper has become. I’m nervous.
You’ll do great! even if chaos is a protege and a PITA do duel with. haha
Bump. Updated, Changed the build almost entirely
True on the VS thing, but the vigor synergizes with DE for more clones. Here’s an idea, though it will require some give for the take: Take out of the 2 points from Inspiration and Illusions each, losing your condi-cleanse on shatter. Instead, you can switch out Signet of Inspiration for Disenchanter, a constant boon-condition removal which can be shattered too. You can put these points in Dueling for DE and Mantra CD.
Alternatively, you can take the points out of Inspiration to add 2 to Illusions and get Phantasmal Haste, adding to the Disenchanter’s effectiveness.
Or, a more off-bar alternative could be traiting for retaliation. The set up would be 0/2/6/4/2, keeping all your traits minus cleansing and changing MoM for Confusing Cry, and adding Retaliatory Block. This would give you a large amount of retal to share. The weakness is no cleansing.
Yes true on the vigor,. but again the Vigor is not for me, its for the group. I’m rehashing my build right now. give me a sec.
