It is possible that the +HP% WvW bonuses for your server have changed. I know almost nothing of how the WvW bonuses work, but I’ve read that the bonuses do reset or get wiped at certain dates or times. This might account for the sudden drop in maximum health.
These are my server WvW bonuses right now -attached image-

Very glad to!
Though that is really, really odd that removing the dye left them as a color that isn’t unlocked. I wonder if they were visible as that color only to you and everyone else would be seeing the yucky brown color that items are normally left with after using the dye remover… Oh well. Problem solved at least.
Happy gaming!
Deleting the Local.dat file will likely reset the size and position of your windowed GW2 game as this file stores your game settings (graphics, stored login data, etc.)
If you want to delete this file (or rename it to keep it as a back up):

This issue with Sharpened Edges has been previously reported and responded to by a dev. It is only a text issue of the percent not being displayed properly and the trait still functions.

The particle effect on Guardian elite book skill that makes a huge blast of light happen is also overwhelming. My first encounter with it was late at night doing a AC run with a friend who main’s a Guard and who basically lit my whole room up with that flash-bang grenade of a skill animation. I literally had after images for a couple mins after that.
~~
Another effect that I find annoying and often obscuring of my view is my Ranger’s warhorn #4 skill, Hunter’s Call.OMG dem birds!
While I love the skill in a “Alfred Hitchkitten tribute” kind of way, I HATE IT when I’ve targeted a boss or other large creature and my entire screen is taken over by what look like Pterodactyl-sized hawks eating my target’s head.
I don’t know if that’s just a graphics glitch on my end or if GW2 decides somewhere in its odd programming that regular sized hawks just ain’t enough some days.
Those birds scale to the size of the enemy they are called to attack. Use it on a rat and they’re real small birds; use it on an Ettin and they’re normalish sized; use it on something the size of the Shadow Behemoth…yep, pterodactyls.
Apparently the forums are broken and I actually have to post in this thread to be able to read it.
Sorry for off-topic, but yes, that is a bug on the forums.
I believe it is a bug with cookies for viewing the most recent post in the thread. The problem is that when a page reaches the maximum number of comments it will force the person to view the next page that does not exist and does not have any comments on it yet instead of the bottom comment of the existing, full page.
Due to the cookies returning you to the last point of the thread you left at, which is the blank Page #2 of a thread with only a full page 1, one must manually edit the URL and remove the “#post000000” portion and also manually change the “/page/2” portion to the previous page number.
Basically, the last comment of the existing full page is being associated and linked to as being on the next, blank page until a new comment is actually created on the second page…then it gets fixed.
:\
On topic:
I only wish that the Personal Story, Daily Tasks, Living Story Chapter and Area Events would remember their collapsed/expanded states! I have to re-collapse and re-expand all of these items any time I do anything in the game and I end up doing this 40-70 times an hour. Seriously, it’s the most obnoxious thing that I deal with when I play. It actually discourages me from doing dynamic events (which I love) and instead actively try to avoid even getting near one so as to not complete or fail the event. Even still, if I happen to kill a single enemy anywhere near a dynamic event and go on my way, 30 minutes later when someone does come by and finish the event then I get the credit for participating in it…though I’m nowhere near it anymore and I wasn’t even aware of participating in it…which leads to this phantom credit award and the collapsing of my dailies I’m trying to do, the expanding of my personal story box, the expanding of the living world chapter, the expanding of the zone event status box.
It’s just too much to constantly have to deal with this silly, silly annoyance no matter how hard I actually work to steer clear of anything that could trigger this expand/collapse situation. And when I am working on my dailies, even completing one of the daily tasks actually causes my list of daily tasks to collapse! I then have to re-expand my dailies to remove the daily I just completed and then re-collapse the other elements…again.
If anything were to make me leave this game for a while it would be this constant nuisance that absolutely ruins the fun I have while playing…and it almost has many, many times.

Do you have your game set to be Run As Administrator?
In addition to ‘Running As Administrator’ helping with many issues other than just the TP, most TP-specific issues are primarily related to some temporary GW2 files where removing them will allow them to be recreated and the TP to function properly again.
The quickest way to clear the GW2 Cache is to:
I don’t disbelieve Gaile’s statement and I know that I have total faith and trust in her and her statements and actions, but I do wonder at the quality of the people being assigned to look at these in-game reports.
I’ve been reporting a certain character several times a week for at least 6-8 months and I still see them frequently and they have not been forced to change their name. Their name, without stating what it is, is basically a collection of pornographic images placed in a binding and sold at liquor stores and gas stations…but a name for this material of an even more derogatory nature.
How can a name such as I describe still be permitted as a character name in this game when there are such tight restrictions on permissible names? I see people having to rename characters so often for even slightly offensive content in the names, and I understand the need for those forced changes.
However, do I actually have to file a Support Ticket against this person to get their name changed? Shouldn’t an in-game report several times a week for 6-8 months (and that’s just from me, who knows how many others reported it also) be enough to get this name looked at even once as its derogatory and offensive nature is obvious even at first glance?
This example makes me consider no longer even bothering to report any kind of objectionable names since actions are not even taken on this obviously offensive and derogatory character name.

Red Elements On Leather Coat
Description:
The “Leather” coat has red elements all over it. Most of the bright red elements are around the edges of many areas of the coat (buckles, collar, seams of leather flaps), though the forearms also have a large red section on the inside middle of them. Despite my screenshot only featuring my Sylvari, this issue persists across all medium armor classes and across all species with this chest armor. It also remains apparent on characters from different game installations, on different computers with different hardware, and across all graphics settings.
Also: There is a seam at the wrists where the sleeves of the coat meet the hands that leaves them to appear as if they are dislocated or floating slightly in some idle body movements (and other actions).

Khisanth was referring to the Auto-Attack option for skills, which is the most likely cause of the situation you described.
You also did not previously state what class you are, what skill it is, or that the skill was a ground-targeted skill, so there is no need to get upset with those who are trying to help you out.
Auto-Attack
The small lock above your #7 skill, combined with the auto-attack ‘refresh’ arrows being grayed out, means that auto-attack does not work with that skill since that skill requires ground targeting to deploy.

An update:
Birthday Booster tool-tip still states that it gives a boost to Karma gained, yet does not grant additional Karma when earning Karma from qualifying methods.
Still unsure of whether the bug is that the boost to Karma is listed on the booster info and shouldn’t be, or if the bug is that the booster doesn’t give the increase to Karma gained as it should.
Southsun Cove – Double Zone Name
Zone: Southsun Cove
Issue:
Southsun Cove – No Zone Completion Stats On Hover
Zone: Southsun Cove
Issue: Hovering on the Southsun Cove zone name on the Full Map does not display zone completion information (POIs, Vistas, etc). This issue persists regardless of what level of visual zoom the map is viewed at, as well as persisting regardless of what ‘level’ of Tyria is selected.
Regarding Sharpened Edges, it has been previously reported and responded to by a dev. It is only a text issue of the percent not being displayed properly and the trait still functions.
Pulled from the Tracker: Reported Bugs and Their Status [collaborative effort by players] sticky thread.
Regarding Skirmishing 15-point Master unlock “Furious grip”:
I thought it might have been a down-leveling issue as to why it was having less of a duration, but I tested it out in both a down-leveled zone and in a level 80 zone. In both cases of testing I found a 5 second duration as you reported, though my tool-tip states 10 seconds and not 9 seconds.

I’ll add it to the Tracker later on after some technical difficulties with it are resolved.

Try to use the Dye Remover (remove dye) tool on all slots of the item, save the changes, and then go back in and re-dye to your liking and see if your changes save then.
Additionally, there are others requesting this staff skin in the Blood and Madness forum as well.
then what is it you would call it that your doing? i swear some people just dont get it
Politely requesting that you follow the forum rules and post your topics in their appropriate sub-forums is not verbally insulting, harassing or otherwise. You clearly know that you are reporting non-game bugs in the game bugs forum and you’ve intentionally advanced the issue to a personal and verbal attack on me in-thread and via private message; all of which have been reported. I will not be responding to you again.

Would you please be so kind as to stop making non-game bug report threads in the Game Bugs Forum and post them where they belong. Thank you.

Several others have had this issue with the 5xxx series Radeon cards.
If you are still experiencing this issue of subsample armor textures on your character, please look over my response here and the related threads I linked there as well where I have helped others to resolve the issue.

I’m glad to hear that! You are very welcome.

Miniatures are considered collectibles and hitting the “Deposit All Collectibles” button in your inventory options will also deposit them to your bank unless you store the mini inside of an invisible bag.
Is this the cause of your minis getting deposited?

Happy gaming!

“Use Sharpening Stone when you strike a foe below the health threshold.”
Issue: Hovering on the trait does not pop up the linked skill tool-tip for Sharpening Stone like all other traits have been made to do that reference a skill.

::please, please, please let this turn out to be the release of the largos as the new playable race in an upcoming LS update::
“The largos are an aquatic race of assassins from the deep oceans of the far north and the Unending Ocean.”
“The ocean depths of their origin have unknown ‘horrors’ which caused them to leave.”
“The Unending Ocean, also known as the Great Sea and the Clashing Seas, is the giant body of water that separates the continents of Tyria and Elona from the continent of Cantha. Over a thousand years ago, the Margonites ruled these waters until they lost their humanity. Until about 50 years ago, the krait lived on the ocean floor before they were pushed out by an “underwater dragon”."
My pulse is actually racing right now from my excitement just from the thought of this as being a possibility.
Also of interest:
“The Inquest have captured a dragon minion and are preparing a water-themed area called “Zone Blue” in the “Infinite Coil Reactor” for it to be stored."

Sourde Noire, the nugatory act of clicking +1 on your post cannot fully stress the level at which I concur with the veridicality of your assemblage of perspicuous assessments.
Occasionally there are additional updates that are between 20 and 50mb. These patches are normally for bug fixes and adjustments to the major patch update.
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/info/updates
The additional updates are added onto the primary update thread in the form of comments that include the bug fixes and changes. Each major update tends to have between 3 and 6 patches added to the major update over the course of the two weeks before the next major update. Each of these small patches usually require a small download of changed files, or at least a new Gw2.exe file that is about 22-23mb.
Is this what you are referring to? Or are you stating that you have to download 20ish MB every single time you run your game? If the latter, then you may want to:

Bugged Dynamic Event: Catch rabbits and return them to Arlo
Server/World: Eredon Terrace
Issue: Excessive rabbits spawning
Description:
20+ rabbits spawn when the DE launches instead of 5-6 that normally spawn. The problem is that these 20+ rabbits start to eat the watermelons and plow through them in under 30 seconds and the event fails even with 3-5 people trying to grab the rabbits.
Costumes have just now (like 10 seconds ago) been added to the Gem Store.
Witch’s Outfit
Mad King’s Outfit
Bloody Prince’s Outfit
Executioner’s Outfit
They each cost 700 Gems and are all Town’s Clothes.

I agree with the OP, it should count toward the Daily Feast daily task as it requires 25 Food to complete and Roasted Meaty Sandwich is listed as a Food consumable.
That should be enough, but if you still encounter issues:
Check the game for errors and repair it
You basically just stand next to him with your inventory open and with him targeted.
When he becomes hostile and can be attacked just spam consume your candy corn until you vomit on him.
It can easily take 30+ candy before you vomit though, so be sure you have plenty.
He should then make a response of “Ew, disgusting! Who would do such a thing?” or something like that and you should then get the achievement.
I don’t know if you still get the achievement if he is not targeted when you vomit on him. You should be sure to click-target him while he is green so he will already be your target when he turns red and you go to vomit on him.
