recharge all utilitys of one kind (cantrip, glyph, arcan, etc)
the utility type is prioritized from left to right , as in , skill 7 8 and 9 , ur skill 7 (on defaut) for example is cantrip, ur skill 8 is glyph, ur skill 9 is cantrip again, all cantrips r recharged
cause its most on left

so i did post smth similar in the proffession balance forums, but it had barely some views and went into the third page, probably posted it in a bad time.. anyway, i will get to the point right away
to make conjures and one trait viable :
change conjure earth shield into a stunbreak
make conjures instant cast, or at least the earth shield only
increase the duration of haste of the ‘one with air’ trait to 3 – 4 sec so its actually usable at all, i do like the idea behind it but the duration is way too short

i played this build in high end pvp! it was awesome! 5 thiefs were atking me, and guess what! i managed to portal away! portal gives us an insane amount of mobility!
rly , this build is .. awesome, needs to be stickied, i didnt even need a vid to understand ur build, i saw it all, i imagined it, imagined how it is to be played, this. this guys. this is the one build we were all waiting for.
this build made mesmer viable in high tier pvp again!

Apparently, the First Page of the guild menu now scales the roster portion, depending on the number of people in the guild. In large guilds, you get the full height of the panel; in small guilds, you only get a few lines.
I find this frustrating because I frequently use this panel to check who is running WvW teams before swapping to my WvW guild (click guild, sort by rank, see who is where). Now, I’d have to rep the guild before I could effectively use the panel for that purpose
On the one hand, it’s not the biggest issue in the game. On the other hand, it was working fine yesterday, so I’m not sure what needed to be fixed today that might have caused this.
ehm, the guild got 500 (nearly) ppl in guild as u can see, scroll thing seems to be small, but scrolling slightly skips 100 ppl, ppl with a broken mouse wheel thingy wouldnt be able to do kitten w guild atm
well they made a new important charackter to kill it in 3 weeks or smth.. hmmm…
so the guild window ingame is kind of bugged, the represent / leave / stand down stuff r sooo far above, it only shows 4 members at a time, and u need to scroll to see more than 4

indeed, i always wanted to add 2 conjures to my build , but due to none beeing rly a stunbreak nor instant cast it always felt lackluster loosing stunbreaks or teleport
frost aura is pretty good, u must be using it wrong, use it when u need to kite enemys, the constant chill aplication (even ranged) is crazy.
its my favourite aura..
So if you want to wear the adventurer’s goggles and mask together, you cannot just put both on your face? You need a helmet padding and strap too…

the air trait , make the haste (the 100% runspeed increase trait) for 3-kitten its worth using, 1 s is rly nothing

it feels awesome, i mained a mesmer for few months, and there was like no build diversity at all (not viable ones), shatter mes was the most fun spec, tried everything possible , but due to needing 6 in illusion and 4 in dueling for sure, it just wasnt much fun anymore, i am someone who loves playing around w builds and theorycrafting
as an ele u got a lot of possibilitys, u can think of anything,try something out , see if it works, and in most cases it works
u got 20 different spells, and on ur weapons only! then u can summon a greatsword wich 1. looks awesome 2. gives u 5 different skills 3. due to all other elites beeing underwhelming u dont feel guilty using it!
meanwhile other proffessions only got 10 weapon skills + max 5 proffession skills
u get bored of dagger ? try scepter! (altho i have yet to see a condi scepter build, dagger just works better for condi)
i enjoy when playing s/d ele to see my enemys going down in 1 sc or less, screaming in caps ’ WTF’
anyway , ele is a rly awesome and good choice cause : u r the best proffession for pve content if well played (l2dodge!), pretty solid in pvp, pretty awesome roamer (altho i would like to see rtl beeing buffed to have 30-35 sec cd)

the trait would be game braking, phace retreat is fine as it is, dont make it op pls, veil cd reduction is too massive,chaos storm torment adding could be a nerf cause it will proc daze less often

Either air elemental for the stuns and ranged attacks (they hit more often than the melee attacks) or ice elemental for the combo field.
their atks r too random and the stun is rly underwhelming if not 1v1, and too random again
i still dont see much use for glyph, we r in need for a better elite (especially condi based)
tell me in wich situations u would use glphy elemental over an elite that actually helps us in fight (if we would get one)
All the time. It greatly depends on wheter we’re winning the fight or losing it. If we’re losing, I call on an earth elemental to take the pressure off. If I need burst damage, I get the fire elemental. If I need dps on a boss with a strong melee attack, I get out the Air elemental. If I think I can get some mileage out of chill, I use ice elemental.
The glyph is my staple elite and I use it for a lot of different things. I wouldn’t even trade it for Supply Crate if I got the chance.

The weapon stats isnt exactly going to bring down your entire build, you can easily pick something “close enough”.
What’s actually missing from Legendaries is the ability to choose sigils just like you choose stats.
i do think the 10% condi duration is huge tho and would love having it, combined with food and 2 weapons that would be 60% extra duration, then 30% from traits if i would go all into fire, meaning 90% condi duration:0

its crazy how much perplexity combined with full dire gear can carry even bad players
You’re comparing apples to oranges here. Rush is on a Warrior, and RtL is on an Elementalist. ANet felt that the Elementalist’s versatility in X/D coupled with its low cooldown escape was too much, so they nerfed RtL, but apparently don’t feel that way about a Warrior for whatever reason. They’re different classes, and different classes do not need equality in all similar skills to be balanced next to each other.
I don’t think Rush is too strong personally. I think the bigger culprit is Savage Leap myself.

Well, don’t forget, these buffs are affected by boon duration… So it can still be almost 8 seconds if Arcana and boon duration food…
superspeed and quickness are effects, untouched by boon duration btw
it is very lame you spend over 2000g on legendary weapon and then you have to craft ascended one and transmute it ?!
i pretty much collected the matts with casual gaming, mystic forged my storm with the exotic/rare scepters i would get by drops
so it wasnt much of a pain for me and never felt like 2000 g
but still i would have liked beeing able to change to giver stats ;(
Nomad’s was either an oversight, or they wanted to wait an episode or two before adding it, when nomad gear was perhaps a bit more common.
Giver’s won’t be on that list until you can craft giver’s ascended. So, probably never.

Elements Within: 120 seconds recharge
Gain boons and stats based on your current attunement.
Fire: +300 power, extends every conditions by 10 seconds in 240 radius of you target and gain 10 stack Might and Fury for 10 seconds.
Air: +300 precision, +30% crit damage and gain Quickness and Superspeed for 10 seconds.
Earth: +300 toughness, +300 condition damage and gain Stability and Protection for 10 sec.
Water: +300 healing power, extends every boon you have by 10 seconds and removes a condition from 5 man around you (240 radius) every second.(I"m not happy with the Fire one :P What do you guys think?)

right now i felt like trying out a condition build w scepter (yep might sounds weird)
and i noticed : ooOOOooo givers stats are missing as well! quaggan sad.
