The warrior is the only class that has heavy armor, high HP, high DPS, can jump in a fight very fast and run away very fast. So it didn’t make any sense to want more mobility.
What they really should do is adding AR information on the party icon so troll can’t stealth join the party and let everyone down.
No, this encourages players to discriminate based on the AR level, and even if you are good enough of a player, you would be kicked out istantly, cutting off communication in party.
Even if you are “good”, there are times you can’t avoid agony and if you don’t have resist, you will die.
You think we haven’t been complaining about the price, the drop rates or the tickets/scraps for the last 2 years? If they haven’t changed anything by now, they’ll never do it.
Don’t know why anybody would spend that much gold on MF. The drop rates in this game are abysmal. So you’re getting 0.03% chance of dropping something good instead of 0.01%. Big whoop…
An example could be a dungeon that needs a tank, or a healer, or WHATEVER.
There is no tank. There is no healer. Because there is no trinity.
The zerk meta is in direct correlation to GW2 not having the trinity. All that matters is damage.
No game is perfect, however, you leave out the fact that in every game other than this one, the developers always had a quick hand at eliminating much of the elitist nature by removing the design problems that caused them in the first place. That has not happened here and thus the topic will continue to not only be posted until a dev notices it’s an issue but also to inform the other players who might be new and don’t know it exists yet.
So you want what… to eliminate warriors? To buff rangers so that they do as much dps as warriors? What exactly?
You feel like you are being abused by people who offer a taxi for tips? Get in the taxi and do not pay them if you think it’s wrong. If you do that enough, then people will stop taxi’ing.
If ANET finds a way to “nerf” this, then you definitely will not see many more taxi’s into organized pavilion’s.
Actually that would be called scamming and is a bannable offense.
Joining a taxi group without paying is not a scam. For it to be a scam there would have to be rules of some sort.
Just join the group, join the server and leave the group. When is the guy going to force you to pay? At no point can he forbid you access to his server. It’s not like a dungeon where he can kick you from the instance.
I have 11 lvl 80 characters. I can tell you that leveling now is way faster than at the beginning. Just go to EotM. You don’t need all the traits and skills while leveling there. Just spam 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 F 1 1 1 1 1…
Crafting has always been a bad way to make money in GW2.
The bags you are referring to are sold below the cost of crafting because people first craft smaller bags, then they get more money and craft bigger bags and then just want to get rid of their smaller ones.
Once one character on your account has completed an episode in their story journal, every character on your account will have access to a set of challenging achievements. At any time once unlocked, you can return and attempt to replay that episode in order to complete the achievements. The achievements will be much more difficult to complete than those traditionally found in Season 1, and are intended to be challenging achievements for skilled players to overcome.
I really hope this means “harder” and not “grindier”.

This time there is no LA to copy paste it over (LA has to be identical in form to what it was before it got destroyed in order to work/have sense)…so they completely threw it out the window.

Also, in terms of in-game logic: If your city is destroyed and you’ve just started building it up again, you probably don’t have the money and the manpower (and probably not the will) to do a festival.

Self worth doesn’t come from having something OTHERS do not. It comes from being HAPPY with what you ARE and what you have, REGARDLESS of everyone else. That’s a lesson KIDS usually don’t know, but that adults understand WELL.
If I have something I enjoy… It DOESN’T matter if everyone ELSE has it or not. If I DON’T have something I have EARNED… It doesn’t matter if everyone ELSE has it or not.

You do REALIZE, I hope, that this DELAY is likely because ArenaNet sees WvW as such a LOW priority that they hadn’t even CODED the trader yet, and decided to use the chest FAILURE as an excuse to postpone it, RIGHT?

And it’s not about self worth, it’s about fairness. If you were a mature adult you would understand that. It’s about supporting your comrades who didn’t get the reward.
They’re not punishing people who already got their rewards. They’re trying to avoid creating a rift between people who did and those who didn’t. How would you feel if you didn’t get your ticket but people around you were flaunting their shining new skins?
Now I do agree that ArenaNet is just super bad with these. Some people still haven’t gotten their rewards from season 1 and it is unacceptable.
My advice for ArenaNet: if you don’t know how to do it properly, then don’t do it at all.
Learn to play your warrior. If you have problems surviving it’s because you’re not taking advantage of its mobility. You’re supposed to rush in, burst, get away from your target and repeat.
There’s the item that allow you to access the bank at any time which is quite expensive for a reason : it’s very RNG based, you get it in black lion chest, that means gems, that means loads of IG money or real life money, and it’s very rare.
Now you want something that will devalue that completely. Think about the odds it happens. I’d set them to about 0%. They have bank slots and items to deal with that, they won’t put a bag that will allow anyone to do it “just like that”.

I’m lucky to be the officer in charge of missions in my guild. When I try to activate a mission and it tells me that I can’t do it because only an officer of the guild can do it, then I know I’m bugging and I can just disconnect and reconnect and it fixes the bug.
Gold, siver, bronze medals….league and test trophies…..they give them to the best teams or athletes and the other contenders get another chance next time, hopefully getting better over time. That’s how it works the world over.
- In the real world teams are not allowed to play during the night while the other team is sleeping.
- In the real world teams have the same amount of players and replacement players.
- In the real world, if one player is cheating, the whole team is penalized.
- In the real world two teams can’t join forces to beat a third one.
- The game mode is designed based on imitation warfare, where none of those things are true.
