High AP= Hardcore living story farmer , nice way to form groups based on AP as for zerker goes , yes it’s the fastest way to clear dungeons . Warriors, I couldn’t care less . I prefer a zerk bearbow ranger than a cleric shout warrior.
What if we delete mesmers and thieves from the game ? It will be better for the devs to only balance the remaining classes. Also we should get rid of necros\rangers , it’s very hard to target through their petting zoo.
Maledictus, they must leave the dungeons as they are . They are already such a pain in the **** with pugs and stuff . It’s my only source of income for my twilight that I probably never get if they keep fixing “bugs” or “exploits”.

Looks like an l2p issue to me . You can’t target after the person comes back from stealth . So you want an auto-target . Can I have an auto-stunbreak when I get stunned ? It would make the game easier for me .
Yes I agree , ranging spider is an exploit you bypass 1 melee atack by ranging it. Ranging lupi is also an exploit ( 3 exploits) you bypass his kick, swing and life drain. Ranging the CoE golem is also an exploit you bypass his spinning atack . There’s many of them that he exploited if range all the boas
I think that soreneye is a fail elitist . A normal elitist would just ask a certain class and a certain gear. The " must run the path at least 50 times to join"

Anybody with MINIMAL pvp experience knows that these thieves with such DPS are a huge joke. It’s impossible for the a thief to come out of “no where” unless you are not paying attention . And you have a healing skill don’t you ? These thieves probably play a signet build to stack might and have nohief stunbreak. Heal+ mistform and CC the thief . And anyway I don’t care even thief gets removed from the game , I play warrior now and I have a great time facerolling nubs . They said they want warrior to be the strongest class of the game but not OP . So even if they nerf warrior a lil bit it will never have a huge nerf bat like a thief . So yea +1 to your suggestion , reduce backstab damage to 0 and then delete the class , I would be happy since there will less problem and arennet will have more time to create new gamemodes.
I would like condi and bunkers to befixed. Burst dmg never was a problem . And as other people said , self healing ability should be greatly reduced to fix bunker.
Dude I don’t agree 100% with you but I think they should reduce everything to make the game more enjoyable, reduce burst , condi and Bunkers . I think bunkering should only be possible in a team , ex : fighting at mid and everybody contributes to stay alive but self healing should be nerfed into the ground . Fighting bunkers is not fun at all .
Yea I always wanted death match . Capping points it’s dumb , It player vs player and not Bunker vs Random . If it was death match , the bunkers would dissapear and it would be better that way.
Haha yea , warrior is pretty easy .Leveling is not really a problem since you can spam short paths and swap toons at the end . SE1\Cof1 . But I understand the boredom if you only have 1 toon .
Don’t quit the game before you tryed everything but if you are a 100% Pve player then y.u might need a guild cuz running with pugs can be frustrating .
Also I forgot to mention that without a trinity you can’t expect to have a decent Pve game . It’s just ridiculous , mobs have 3 billion hp and they are not doing anything , you just do an occasional dodge and continue to spam 111 . It’s really dumb in my opinion . And these dungeons are poorly designed , very tiny dungeons like a rat cage . Gw1 PvE was amazing though.
My “fun” comes from stomping nubs in PvP , the other pve content it’s because i’m forced to do it to get money and some crap like that . Otherwise i agree, the pve side of the game is beyond boring , even if I play Warrior mainly , kinda bored of just spamming 11 in a corner . The Gw2 PvE is crap , that’s sure . Try to not do only PvE or you will quit sooner than you think.
Yea good luck on P1 skip . Thst’s why I never do p1, people can’t pass through the trash and get wiped . P4 is very easy but you need very good DPS for most of the bosses or otherwise it will take forever .

Warrior will always be the best choice . And zerging you only need to press 1111 so it dosent matters what class . Always pick around 1v1 or small team fights like 5v5 .
Was just wondering what will happen when they release ascended armor or new legendaries … It looks like the price is going up faster than I am able to farm . If the twilight goes up go 3k gold I might aswell stop playing and try to come bk until new legendaries come out to see what’s up with the prices.
Another thief QQ thread ? After dec 10 thief is going to be a worthless but even all those nerfs won’t help nubs to counter thieves . It’s better to just delete the class now .
Well yea I agree , normally if my friends are not online I grab some pwople from the 1v1 dueling arena , it works too . The most annoying part is the Q time , is way too long already.
Na denying people on AP is not smart at all. You realise that most of the 10k AP + are casual living story farmers right ? There’s no way for somebody like me to achieve high AP because I only do tPvP and dungeons . You need to farm the living story to have a significant amount of AP or do the jumping puzzles and crap like that . I think if the person uses berserker gear the run is already going to be better than some random 10k AP cleric.warrior .
I think there shoud be only a stat chec . Some peoole surely don’t use full berserker , they mix some stuff with . There should be a chek for 3k att power
and 80+ crit dmg . You are at least sure the person is not in cleric.
I don’t agree with that . My warrior is a Male norn , but that’s the only male I have . A true warrior only thinks about glory and victory , you don’t need a brain for that . That’s why Norn and Charr are the best warriors : Strenght and Power will lead to the glorious victory of a warrior .
Hambow is of course better in teamfights , I never said it’s not . But in 1v1 “every 1 is ready” like you call it I prefer condi bunker . And just hammer alone is a complete joke , if you don’t have LB and you miss earthshaker , you won’t cleanse and will get stomped . Hammer+Lb is just extremly strong.
Condi build is way superior in 1v1 situation. The problems with hambows was not the hammer for me , it was the bow mixed with UF trait and the condi dmg with 0 conditions damage . Hammer is extremly easy to dodge , good luck on killing an S\D thief with a hammer or an enginner with perma vigor. Hammer is only strong in hotjoin zerging.

Well Zanryu you aren’t pro either though , warrior is OP but just not this build . Hambow and condi warriors are the best builds of the game . Warrior would be balanced if Healing Signet got fixed . The conditions SS\LB build gonna become the new meta and people will cry for nerfs on Healing Signet .
They shouldn’t even nerf the hammer , it won’t fix the biggest problem which is the healing signet . Warrior is going to be Overnerfed because they are not fixing the right problems.
Skullcrack+100b is a terrible build . Only works agains nubs with signet builds and 0 stunbreaks . The meta is Hambow warriiors and condi bunkers.
Warrior is just as OP as MM necros and spirit rangers.
But if you’re a thief I feel your pain , very hard to counter wars on a thief. The only viable set is S\D but it’s getting nerfed anyway.
1. Combat system , I like action based combat by dodge and moving while atacking
2. The world and the graphics look pretty good.
3. Norns , yep I like norns if there was no norn , it would be hard for me to like my character .
4. Tpvp , I like pvp alot , sometimes I don’t even notice how fast the time goes , I just keep playing and smash some nubs
What I don’t like :
1. Zergs , I hate feeling useless and pressing 111
2. The lack of skills and build variety , I would still pay
10k gems to get dual class system back from gw1
3. The lack of things to do , Now I only do tPvP and dungeons which

Refusing people with low AP is beyond ridiculous , I know a dude with 900 AP he Solo’ed lupi in front of me , what I can’t stand is people with 10k AP that still believe clerics is the way to go . New players can listen and learn but the play how I Want scrubs will never learn .
And yes as the other dude said the class dosent matters at all . I would only like to refuse the merge party that’s it . Btw if you still believe 5 warriors is the perfect party you need to L2P .
And the majority of people won’t have an optimized dungeon build\gear because it’s their daily and it’s probably their wvw roaming\zerging setup . Most of people in this game are either Living world casuals or PvPers . You will wait so long for your zerk warriors with 10k AP and 10000 paths completed. I always PuG and never had a problem , sure you won’t get a zerker speed run but it’s better than waiting , as long they don"t die , I don’t care .
Yea but small fight dosen’t mean capping points. It still boring when it’s all about capping. If it was a 5v5 death match we would see alot of new builds.
lol D/D is dead since long time ago. the only Option was S/D perma-evade or D/P perma stealth. You won’t kill anybody in tpvp with D/D , thief was just poorly designed, extremly OP against nubs, but extremly weak against decent players. We are in the same boat with useless elems now GG anet.
Na that’s a lie , you’re forced to use meta builds unless you wanna lose . The guy is right , people had respect for warriors back then , not anymore with passive signet and Aoe ground target spam . Need to rethink the class mechanic a lil bit .
I didn’t have respect for zerker warriors who thought zerker was the only way to play back then.
I just killed them. And laughed while I was facetanking their hundred blades with my engi.
IMHO GS/Axe was just a subpar build. And a bit superficial. It looked to me more like a rogue with a big sword.
I don’t know… I felt much more rewarded when I ended up with a working build using sodlier’s amulet, sword/mace and longbow.
GS/LB was much better, though.
GS/Axe is still harder to use than just spamming earthshaker. People played zerk because the class had 0 sustain , it’s kill or be killed. Now it’s a completed joke, Healing signet lol….. No other classes have such a strong passive Healing. Warrior passed from Hard mode to ez mode braindead spam.
0/20/20/0/30 . A true warrior can surive without cleansing ire. It was a passive crap anyway , ground target aoe spam to remove conditions was too easy.
Well thief is still a nice challenge compared to warrior, you can’t eat 3 hits like on a warrior. But the class has no PvP future so don’t invest too much if you WvW. Warrior is more fun because of the sustain, on a thief you’re forced to atack , reset and run away and alot of people still think that stealth= invul. I was trolling an entiere zerg for like 20 min…. That’s why they perma- nerf the class cuz of nubbies.
But for PvE sure why not it dosen’t matters what class lol, what I don’t like on thief is that there’s not enough buttons to press in PvE. Warrior has fast hands so you swap weapons back and forth on a 5 sec CD and it makes it less boring, I got so used to fast hands.
