So this has happened a few times now for me. Basically I do an event and get something lower than gold participation. Yet I’m the one that started the escort and escorted the person by myself the entire way. How can I possibly get silver if I’m the only one who did it? Especially since I started it. I think this is a bug and should be looked into please.

Ok, so when I go and talk to the Scribe Master he shows a list of “Basic Decorations” but they are locked. It says “Upgrade or capacity requirements not met to purchase this decoration.”

What upgrade does my guild need though? We currently have Workshop 1, Ore Synth 1 and Lumber Synth 1 unlocked.

You can fit druid to lots of old builds and also create new ones. Post your old builds which you feel most comfortable with and game mode type and i’ll be happy to help.

I gotta admit it. I am totally lost with Druid. Power ranger fine, condi ranger fine. But when it comes to Druid I just haven’t the foggiest idea what I’m doing. I’ve never struggled so much with how to create a character. I just don’t even know where to begin with it.

I’ve noticed a few things with Revenant that feels like they may be something that Anet missed.

1. Switching out different legendaries underwater also switches it out for land

2. There are 2 spots for underwater weapons yet they can only use spears

3. There are no racial skills

4. The Mistfire Wolf elite skill is also missing

Maybe I’m missing something but does the Rev only have 2 skills that condi cleanse and only 1 skill that breaks stun?

Searing Fissure and Coalescence of Ruin don’t seem to work very well on slopes. Often the attack will go straight through the enemy but not actually damage them.

Arenanet, do you think you could lower the volume of the grunts when healing or switching legends? It’s really loud compared to all the other sounds in the game. Thanks.

How come everytime I go to Auric Basin I get this buff? I rarely see others getting this buff though.

Anet can you release the battle music that plays in Auric Basin onto your Soundcloud please? It also plays during the final quest I’ve noticed as well. It’s a sort of quick paced song.

When looking at the Spooky Cauldron, Thorny Jackolantern, Scarecrow and Gramophone it doesn’t say any requirement for it such as Scribe. So where do you get these things? We got the regular pumpkin one. Anyone?

I like the traits of Druid…. but the staff… I just don’t know. I know it’s a healing weapon. But even then it’s heals feel a bit underwhelming. And tickling things to death.. I just don’t know. The celestial form has great heals though. I’m just so torn on the staff. The glyphs are good though. Anyone else feeling the same?

Can you make it so when I quit an episode that it won’t re-enable until I do so? Everytime I change maps or relog I have to quit the episode and it’s a bit tedious.

It’s supposed to spit you back out as a random Halloween creature but it doesn’t seem to be working properly. Or at least that’s how it has always functioned previously.

My mini keeps getting uncheckmarked in the miniature panel. It seems to happen everytime I go to character select and often to a different zone.

I did encounter such bug also and a few others along the way. I chose Canach to join me however his Blighted form became invulnerable permanently just as real Canach was doing his reflect shield. I had to restart the mission completely and chose Caithe the 2nd time.

I have the same thing as well. It’s not appearing in either my weaponsmith or armorsmithy. Yet it says I know the recipe. And yea I don’t get why it’s listed as armor type crafting.

So at the end of chapter 13 “Buried Insight” it said in order to progress with chapter 14 I needed to learn the Itzel Poison Lore. I went to LA and did some salvaging and whatnot. Then checked my quest log and it now says “Find Rox’s tracks.” Like…. what?!

So, this is kinda cool….but, yea, a bug.

It shows that I have the scepter and nothing else. I don’t have the scepter, but I do have the shield, rifle and mace. And you can clearly see I am wielding the shield in this screenshot. Please take a look Arenanet.

This may have been addressed before but there seems to be a definite lag at times with the auto-attack of any weapon the Revenant has except hammer. I am not including underwater weapons as well since I have not tried them. The mace, sword and staff all seem to have this weird lag when switching between targets. It’s like you stop attacking and it takes a second for the chain skill to reestablish where it left off.

Arenanet can you explain what the blinking conditions mean? The condition goes gray then color and blinks this way.

I’m guessing that it means these conditions are not affected till the stability bar is broken?

Well it IS counting as 10 points, not just 1. So naturally it should be difficult.

It seems that people in my guild cannot WP inside our hall. It also costs 1.39 silver. Please check the screenshot to see the error code it gives me.

So it seems that the game is crashing intermittently at random, but I did come across a spot where it always crashes for me. It’s during the escort of Noble Jasmina to where you meet up with Faren. It happens at the first spot where the “Ambush” takes place. I tried logging in 3 times during this event in this location and each time it crashed. This is the main part of what it said.

I love the new action camera and the new ground targetting abilities. However the only downside I’m finding with it is that since there is essentially no mouse cursor, it makes swapping out utilities and interaction with certain things such as when someone links a wp difficult. Maybe having a button that temporarily shows the mouse cursor as long as you hold the button down? That way then you can easily click on chat or utilities or whatever.

Confusing Combatants and Debilitating Dissipation. Why were these traits removed? They were such great traits for those looking into the condition way of things!

Used to give 2 stacks of bleeding, 3 stacks of vulnerability, and 3s of vulnerability per clone destroyed for DD

And CC used to give 1 stack of confusion per clone destruction

I have several items in my bank that are soulbound to a character that no longer exists. Could you look into making these accountbound and then soulbound on use when a character is deleted?

lol uhhhh, weird. especially considering the illusionary defender only does like 50-100 dmg.

Wow I actually completely forgot about these animations. Yes I definitely liked them better than the brush hair every once in awhile thing. Honestly they should have both what we have and the old one.

Agreed. It’s quite annoying. It seems to lag also a lot at times for quickly filled parties.

as the topic suggests I was wondering if it is worth my time to buy gw1 for ap in gw2.

-I never played gw1 and started with gw2, 3 years ago
-how many ap can I get from gw1?
-what other stuff do I get from gw1 for gw2?

It’s entirely up to you. Is it worth your time? I would say yes. Even though the game is old and old looking, it’s still a good game. It plays very differently. This may either be a nice change or a deterent. You get the AP of course but also HOM points simply for linking your 2 accounts.

The only thing that I can say that may be a problem is that I can’t play GW without extreme lag. Idk if it’s them or the connection between me and their GW1 servers. The rubberbanding for me is real in GW1.

Currently at 6,684 hours over the past 1,144 days

So now that all the betas are done with. Those who have played the specializations…. what was your personal favorite? For me I’m thinking maybe Reaper. Although Chronomancer and Herald were pretty nice too.

Silverwastes. You get a bunch of rares from there. Then salvage them with BL kits.

So I did some testing with the auto attack of all the weapons excluding the obvious offhand ones. I used Celestial amulet with Runes of Divinity. No Sigils and no Traits. All stats straight down the middle. Target was a Heavy Golem. Here are the average results.

Length in time to kill:

Greatsword – 20.4s

Hammer – 17s

Mace – 26s

Sword – 20s

Scepter – 29.6s

Staff – 35.2s

Thought this might interest someone or just for fun to see.

I’ve had them contact me once cause I lost 10g due to a bug and they said they would refund me…. this was 3 years ago and never got it.

Yep it’s happened to my friends as well. Stay away from the TP is all I can say!!

Seems like a graphical glitch to me due to bobblehead

I just went and sold something on the TP and it said “Error” and the item is no longer in my inventory, nor is there money sitting at the TP to pick up. It’s also not listed.

Granted this item was only worth 20s but this could happen to someone who is selling something worth hundreds of gold and needs to be looked into quickly please.

I was reminiscing and thinking how I miss getting new skills from doing quests instead of just leveling up. True, this is convenient, but there’s something about doing a quest and having it as a reward that makes the skill feel that much more valuable. Anyone else feel the same?

Nothing is p2w in gw2. You can earn everything with gold.

It is definitely the same, but much less frequent now. I did notice it was consistent though when in Verdant Brink with a specific saying by an npc. They would say “Help me collect airship parts so I can build a bomb”. It was an event on the opposite side of the map.
