Is there anything else I can do to make this stop because lowering the video settings isnt enough to fix it.
If you are using HD 3000, then update the drivers from intel.com

The netgear 6300 does have SPI feature. If you can’t find a way to disable it, try using dd-wrt to replace the router’s firmware.

Your laptop’s integrated INTEL GMA graphics does not meet the minimum requirements (see Part 2.1)
WoW is a 8yr old game, yes it has updated through out the years with improved visuals, but it’s still much different than GW2 which has different requirements.
You can run the Mac client on the macbook, or bootcamp with window’s client.

SP1 should work fine. I have it on multiple desktop and GW2 runs.
You didn’t post any system spec or game advisor, so can’t see much more, but try changing different in-game graphic settings, and playing with driver settings/profiles.
As last resort, try re-installing windows from a clean start and see if that works.

lol, OP deletes post, makes it look like im talking to myself.

It’s pathetic the game runs so bad, I’m never buying an expansion while it runs like this, It feels like a console port. No way in hell should my PC and hundreds of others should be suffering from such a lousy fps when we can all run every other current games no problem whatsoever including other mmo’s, I quit playing about 3 months ago as the frame rate made me feel ill, sometimes ill check back and see if it’s been optimized but sadly no it ain’t. I’m starting to think it was designed with consoles in mind to put it over on them later.
You have a Intel i5-3570 CPU and run around the forums complaining of 8 – 14FPS in Instances/LA. But yet refuse to try to troubleshoot it pegging all the blame on the game and praying for fix every patch. As most here already know, that CPU should be able to get more than 14fps. So something is wrong with your game installation, config or system hardware.

try disabling Avira

Try changing DNS (See Part 3.7)

1.072 was probably too low and BSOD was likely.
While you wait for a better PSU, you can try to underclock the CPU and see if it’s more stable.

You can just copy the whole Guild Wars 2 folder where you installed it. Should be about 15 GB in size.

Physical shut down in most cases is due to hardware issues, like a slowing dying power supply or insufficient power. Stress test your system to see how stable it is. (see Part 5.1)
The only exclusive skyhammer stream
Should have said it was a BSOD in the first place. The error code it displays on screen will give clues as to what is wrong. Usually, those are due to driver or hardware issues.

Look in your Arenanet.log for crash logs.

Still won’t be possible at $600. Large WvW battle boils down to pure CPU power. Look at Part 2.2

Read Part 2.2 to learn which components to get.
tl;dr (short answer) — $600 laptop price range will be impossible to play max setting during WvWvW. You’ll need to spend double-triple to get that level gameplay in a laptop.

1.72 volts for vcore is way too high, wouldn’t be surprised it BSOD. Could even damage the CPU if left like that.
In [auto] mode the mobo will supply voltage based on the VID of the CPU. Voltage changes dynamically depending on the speed from .8v – 1.35v
If you set a specific number, then the voltage will be static at idle or load. If it is too low or too high, BSOD will occur. Since each CPU is manufactured differently, it’s stable voltage will vary.

Most likely your CPU is bottenecking, turn down reflections settings will help a lot. Since you have a i7, could be core-parking too.
(See Part 4 to understand why)

- You said you updated the graphics drivers, but I still see old drivers installed from 4/15/2011 ver 8.15.10.2372.
- Latest version is at 10/23/2012 ver 9.17.10.2875 (See Part 1.1 and update)

BSOD is usually due to driver or hardware issues. As for the BSOD you have, see this article
System screenshot only shows 1.7GB of usable ram, hence GW2 gave you the min requirement error.

Noticed your drivers is half a year old, should try updating them. (See Part 1.1)

Well core parking is sorta new thing with intel so you wouldn’t know about it at age 10 lol. Alternatively, you can disable HT or assign specific cores to GW2 instead of disabling coreparking.
But looks like it works now as should be for you. Sylvari grove @60fps and LA is just a mess depending on where and when.
