Actually, for a brief while after the nov 15 patch, legendaries were bumped higher in stats. It was a bug and a dev said that’s supposed to happen later when ascension weapons are released so they reverted the stats back. Now, if we look at their recent statements, they have said that ascension is bridge the gap between legendaries and exotics,meaning when ascension weapons are released, ofc they will be better than exotics, and in turn legendaries will have better stats than ascension.

No, they have stated quite clearly that the Legendary Weapons will be bumped up to have the SAME stats as Ascended weapons.

The gap is about the amount of time it takes to get them, not the amount of stats.

It would be very true if simply one of the were skippable but someone wanted to watch it.
Just try and watch a full cutscene in one of the other dungeons and see the reaction.

They will add the ability to get Ascended gear from several sources including WvW so it will most likely be the same as Exotics.

The reason that the armor sets are different is because the dungeons are different. It wouldn’t really be logical to run around with full Arah set without ever having entered Arah.

You can walk around quite easily without mounts.

No, mounts are pointless in a game like this, seeing as you can simply use waypoints.

The prices they have now are quite good and people that really want/need these extra slots will buy them sooner or later.

With a price of 200 gems it would take less than a day of playing the get enough money to change to gems and buy it.

It will hurt the players if all that we see on these forums are people shouting about things being too hard and ArenaNet listening and go and nerf it.

There is a reason why you have to do each level after all.

Then you will join him at level 5 and help him getting to level 20. Simple as that.
We don’t need 10000000 threads each week shouting about nerfing Fractions because they are too hard because they are too low level and don’t have enough experience or Infusion.

Problem is that none of those dungeons takes place “now”. They take place either in the future or in the past. Therefore anything other than the Mists would be rather weird.

And that means we are in the exact same situation as now.

Those “random people” are the ones that have a “hard time” getting a group now and those “random people” will have just as much of a hard time with this system.

And what if you find someone to take you to the higher levels?
We will have these forums swarmed with people whining about how it is too hard, just because they don’t have infused gear and therefore dies within seconds against Agony.

And if they add this people will shout and attack those that do not skip it. Because they are “wasting time”.

Better to not be able to do it at all in my eyes.

Keep in mind that they need to check every single account to see who where there and when they have found that out they will need to check those accounts again to see who did not open the chest.

At around level 70-something all races and orders does join together in a single storyline.

You can however also join each other in all personal story quests, even if you are not on the same or have made the same choices.

As long as Agony is in there (probably permanent) they need to have this system. Otherwise people would just run in at lvl 20 for the best loot and get owned by Agony.

Sadly people are getting refunds. No matter how wrong we think it is ArenaNet does seem to still give them their money back even after playing for several months.

I understand what you mean however and I find it quite funny that people keep shouting about ArenaNet breaking laws and such and yet when telling them to sue them (since clearly you would win if ArenaNet had indeed broken laws) they tend to get very quite.

They have already stated that you will be able to get Ascended Gear outside of Fractals, including WvW.

Step 1: (D) no effect at all.

Step 2: (B) it goes down, seeing as more gems = higher supply which means cheaper prices

Step 1 does never, in anyway, effect the gem to gold prices seeing as you have to actually sell the gems in order to add them to the system.

So.. where is the pay-to-win?

Go to the actual area where the dungeon is and look. Standing around in LA LFG is quite pointless

Full or high servers mean that there’s a lot of accounts tied to the server. Doesn’t mean there area lot of people on them. You can be on such a server and it be empty.

Here’s a protip for you: Ignoring problems does not make them go away. This game has problems. However, if you like the game then I hope you have fun in it. Same goes for OP.

Otherwise the full servers would always be full, but yet they can go from full to high and back to full during a day, based on time.

They seem to based it around the amount of people that are ONLINE not the amount of people that have it as a home-server

And why would xfire be a good indicator?
The majority of those using things like xfire are those that simply jump between every new game they can get their hands on. And then leave within the first few months. This is nothing specific to GW2.

They need to check quite much stuff in order to make sure that the right people get the rewards added to them. That does take quite much time.

Well… you can always try to leave Lion’s Arch. There are still plenty to do out in the wilds and there are still people running around there.

Well for starters, the items for sale are the least purchased items. Which means that they were overpriced. The fact that they are on sale now just means that they lowered the price to a more reasonable level.

Within. That could mean 5 minutes or 59 minutes. Or anything between those two numbers.

There are some paths that does take close to an hour. While others takes closer to 15 minutes.

So there is ONE Dungeon that does have a decent time.
Most (if not all) others can easily be done within an hour. Several of them within half an hour.

Depends on the server I would say.
I have yet to see a single EU server being labeled as Low during the times I play. And I have yet to get into Lion’s Arch without first having to be at the overflow for quite some time.

It is worth sticking with.
Most of the negativity is overreacting and most of it comes from the same group of people.
Also keep in mind that happy customers tend to play the game and such instead of shouting about things on the forums.
