no seriously, both FR and UW put up really good fights. The fight against UW last night in their borderland, was just brilliant. How long did we spend on Bay? 2hrs?
Considering we were like 10 people defending it, against like 30-50 people. That was just amazing.

Hi all,

the number inballance is starting to take its toll on us UW’ers you can kill 10 of FS and you wont even see a difference, that alone would be ok, but all you guys do is Treb tower open rack up a giant zerg and cap it.

It works i suppose but it takes forever, Langor must have been 40 + of you taking 2 hours.

With those numbers avaiable you should be able to cap stuff much quicker.

The good thing is my kill count skyrocked, and badges pile up in bank, i surley hope theres some nice stuff to buy with the new patch in feb.

I gotta say I was really impressed with FS execution of the UW Bay capture. We managed to leave 2 mesmers inside, and port a 25 man zerg after they left. We were still building our 3rd ram when they appeared and portal bombed us to seven hells. Took them under a minute, impressive. And after that, they figured our mesmer hiding tactic right away, and even successfully blocked it for 2 hours-ish, until the mesmers left. Kudos.

Yeh it was good fun!

I love going up against UW in “fairer fights”.

Have weekly meetings on a voip server about WvW

Oh thanks for showing empathy but really, don t be sorry for us, we feel like our neighbourhood has been just hit by a cow storm, we were very close when that happened but we dodge it, hopefully. (no damage to structures but the stink is pretty

We in FoW are used to lower tier battles and we hate huge zergs and the lag that comes with it

We feel sorry for Ros and Vabbi original community, but as someone said it is not anyone fault, it is just a “perfectionable” features of this Game who allows anyone to swap server whenever he pleases and without any kind of “real” price to pay.

In the meantime I would also like to welcome GOA Guild from RoS as i’ve heard they might have joined us for goods

I’ve been in WvW 3 nights this week (because my modem is still totally kittened up). And had some major fun.

Leaving another commander on defense of a sieged keep, that you trust he can handle, while you go and ninja the other one is so much fun.
Then rushing in under shadow refuge with your jelled 5 man team, and just sweeping out the invaders. Jumjum!

There is proof enough of those 2 servers playing unfair.

Just wanna say that we had a few great fights with [BDSM] guild from djagonur today and [DW] from FS :P in Underworld borderlands. 12 hours in wvw i can finally go to bed lol

I really appreciate it! I finally came back fro my almost 2 weeks absence from WvW because of holidays and unexpected work!

My focus last night was having fun, and doing half crazy kitten and deciding to keep whatever our current objective was, for the remainder of the timer. That included building some funny crazy kitten siege in maybe not the most expected places.

OH and it also included getting my face chewed out by one of our other commanders, but hey, I had fun and my guild had fun which is all that matters to me!

Other than that, I’m probably more glad than anyone on here if DZ and UW are working together, since that is a tactic that ANet has encouraged, even if it’s not fun having it done to you when you’re furthest behind, but it’s most likely happening because we are the biggest threat (look at the 3 previous weeks of the matchup).

Either way, we’re here and we’re fighting. Focus on having fun and great fights everyone and you’ll see that you’ll enjoy the matchup no matter what the opponent does!

Motivation: Put up a great fight, and gave us a fresh breath of air when we were pitted against each other.
Servers: Elona Reach (came into T1 and kicked kitten which resulted in our later demise)

You can also build golems at the camp, and if you’re discovered, run / port the golems to the invulnerability spot.

You can also use the WP to get your Golems to your spawn, or whever else n the map you have a WayPoint up :P

Help with legendaries is a bit of a touchy subject to some. I believe that in our guild we have plenty of people who will help any way they feel that they can.

Map completions we help each other with in any way we can, and in WvW the guild has a very active team and the server hosts WvW sessions for beginners on a weekly basis, tat we’re part of hosting.

As a guild we’re strengthening our NA / Oceanic timezone presence right now. We have a very solid EU member base already.

In our guild, Dynasty Warriors, we have an up and coming sPvP team and more and more members are becoming interested in it, and joining our weekly event. On the side of the weekly event we have several members that does at least the daily in sPvP and more.
We foster an open door policy on all aspects of the game, which means that we do not want our members to focus too much on when we have planned events, they are just a crutch to find the “community” of people who are itnerested in that within our already existing community.

I think you’ll fit well in with us.
You will however need to go “through a trial” to be recognized as a guild commander. But if you’re good that shouldn’t be much of a problem.

We’ve got a very active member base, are casual, use TS on the public channel for the entire server, which makes WvWing easier.

We in Dynasty Warriors are in no way fully dedicated to this, but often have several members running alts.

This means that our guildchat is always a message away for you to find someone to join you.

Last time we headed out with a message if anyoen wanted to join a levelign group we ended up being 6-7 people running around the same zone being all crazy.

You might need to establish presence in the guild to accomplish that, but if we know you look for leveling we’ll be quick to pick you up on it.

I am not sure if we have any sPvP only guilds to offer you (at least not in the list I will link you in a few lines of text) but I would however want to offer you the opportunity to find a guild among ours that would still suit you.

On Far Shiverpeaks we have a very wide interest, some guilds are focusing more on WvW, PvE or sPvP than others. Some are more PvX intersted, and some are large enough to dabble with all 3 on a regular active basis.

About DW (the guild I co-lead) and sPvP I can tell you this much, we have a regular standing event every weekend, got a sPvP officer and several people who head into sPvP daily and not only for the daily PvP achievement.

However, the guild is casual PvX. which means we never force anyone to play any aspect of the game they aren’t interested in, but rather encourage them to join the events we host.
We are currently working on an open door policy where we encourage our members to seek each other out to head into a dungeon, sPvP or WvW, and not just wait around for an announced event.
