Having been away all weekend I would say that the points look pretty decent, and with my knowledge of how strong FSP usually are in the week I say we’re all in for an interesting matchup!

I honestly do not care if FSP win or “lose” this matchup, I’m just glad I’ll get a chance to play against UW again because I really enjoyed that previously!

Now I didn’t get around to actually kick some kitten tonight, but that’s because I was way too tired!

DW should have started with our border then you could have fought PRXM in full force. By the time our fights started kicking off we were down to about 8 guys.

We had some nice fights with Blos though. Managed to wipe you a couple of times with some help from SOE. Blos numbers are just insane for our small guild to take alone lol.

Yeh, we had set our sights on UW, but unfortunately we got the French.. or Fortunately? We had to drop 2 combat merchants last night because peoples bags were full

At least we’re keeping Bay at FR for now. Daz aamzin.

Yorric, you guys need to keep up a harder fight tbh. I don’t like roflstomping you every time. But it was a fun party before the reset, and made this match much more fun again!

Btw, don’t worry about the French, they are squishier than you guys an mostly upscaled players.

Aco was an amazing commander tonight again, We had a lot of scouts and amazing coordination. I’m surprised, and very happy to see how much FSP is growing right now. Just need a new match to benchmark off and see where we’re at.

xaoc was our previous benchmark, and well you all know where we stand on that.

Which Hills battle?! been so many today! We did a nice “defense” which ended up being us loosing a tier 2, going on t3 Hill’s but had our catas and trebs inside
And then got “wiped” whereupon another of our team came and hit north gate, entered, cleared out he vermin (Gunnar’s) and revived us

We still had full supplied on us and built catas

Wasn’t RoS also a “project server” at the same time as Vabbi/GH? IT could mean that a lot of people transfered off that server now because it didn’t go as they were hoping, or something.

Remember we will be holding a end of match celebration this friday at 8pm GMT+0 in Hoelbrak on Gunnar’s Hold. We hope you all will make use of the guesting systems to join us there.

Why Hoelbrak you ask? The answer is simple. KEG BRAWLING.

We will start of with some boxes of fun and then try some keg brawling at 9pm if you are all game ^.^

Since we will be in PVE we can also talk and joke together which we were unable to do last Friday. We will also have no nasty party crashers ^.^

Really enjoyed some “quality time” with the guild. Great fun defending Hills at Gunnar’s against numbers and numbers of Gunnar’s.

As for grudges, I don’t gun for [DW] members in fights because of a silly grudge, I pick them because I know they’re going to fight back and I will have fun either surviving or dying!

I’m sure there are other fun guilds to gun for, would love to meet you too

If GH lost the fixation with “converting fsp into loot bags” and concentrated on taking keeps, they might be able to boast about coming back from being 18k behind on a Monday to being first by the Friday, like a FSP did a few weeks ago against a certain server.

We do not take days off work to pull all nighters. We pull all nighters because we have a large member base that play those hours and enjoy it. We’re very international, with NA and Oceanic players as well.

We also did not win that matchup because our night presence, we won it because we pushed hard during daytime. And got the point lead from lunch and till midnight.

Oh, and do not underestimate the FUN with 8 trebs at any point.

With the right commander people will forget to go to bed, Qla is one of those and responsible for converting EB into a nice green color (Personally I prefer it when we get to be blue, since we were blue for 5 weeks in T1, and I have not lost that feeling yet).

Friendly competition is fun, throwing dirt around in this thread is not!

I know we applied a few wipes on Gunnar’s last night, just as well as getting wiped (TNA had a 60man raid at one point). I could bring excuses into it, but I wont. We had a lot of fun, for a lot of hours. I also think we were on DL BL for a bunch of those hours.

IF we’d never get wiped wouldn’t that mean we would win this game, and could quit? The battling back and forth and trying to apply new tactics is what appeals to me, which is why I keep playing WvW after 5 months of it.

yeah it was lots of fun, even though some tried to ruin it, but thats hardly avoidable.
i was in party with one of the leaders and were talking about maybe doing it in a pve map through guesting next week, so no griefing is possible + easy communication even.
we can even zerg down a whole map with that, should be fun aswell :>

Just trying to organise more and have better guild cooperation.

Might not be a struggle for you. But you got a lot less politics to deal with when you’re not in a guild. Which is why you’ve chosen to be guild less.

I actually thought we had made that pretty clear from the start

For us catching up that 35k lead that GH had the first week was quite a huge achievement. And we’re very proud of that and a lot of "kitten YOU GUNANR’s kitten you! " were called out on TS as we were taking over their map over and over. Best matchup ever.
Since then however I’ve been on a wvw break, because of partner visting (long distance suck sometimes, but hey I met him through gw2 <3 ! :P) and me moving houses.

Now FSP has a lot of internal struggles on going, hopefully it will only turn out good, and not into something bad. But we’ll see. I believe that no matter what FSP goes through right now we’ll only come out stronger.

also someone confirmed you got a beatdown by xaoc in your history and so i have the reason now aswell..

We were up against Blacktide when xaoc where there. At that point Far Shiverpeaks had a lot of Russian guilds as well. During the matchup some swithed over to team with xaoc, and also at the end of the week their Arch Enemy became their new ally.

When we heard that xaoc switched servers and let Blacktide fall and die, just as FSP had once been abandonned by a lot of guilds, we wanted our revenge. Not saying its’ server wide but for some members, and especially my own guild it is this way.
Back then DW didn’t even have their own raids.
Now we do, and xaoc is definitely our target.

Since we know we don’t have to worry about AM during the matchup we can just keep targeting Gunnar’s.

I really enjoyed pulling the guild together today, after a week away from WvW.

We had a lot of fun, both wiped others and got wiped ourselves. Some battles were more intense than I thought, and I got to try out my awesome mesmer skills, Blink… well.. Eh… lagg I think you call it.

at least I got the most amazing portals up tonight.

This issues is till persistent for me.
It keeps happening over and over.

Congrats to Far Shiverpeaks for some awesome battles tonight (Australian time) the 4 guys that held Bluebriar on our AG map for 2 hours and the massive crew that repelled us at SM an hour ago. Seemed like an even fight with lots of pushes from both sides, that was so much fun..

Oh Maloki, be sure to let those Aussies and Amercians know they are welcome on AG’s I could use a bit more company during the nights

The primetime of most of the players on AG is at night. We are at our weakest during the weekends, although after last week’s dissapointment we had alot of people showing up in the weekend. For daytime it is either an event or players switching map.

Oh I had almost forgotten that DW has an event with COVE today. That means maybe a small amount of WvW for me before my week off. Unless my immense lag kicks in, skill locking and 2000ms to GW2 servers ftw >_<

Once registered there you can also get hold of the information for the public Teamspeak we host for WvW purposes.

To lead, one usually has to make a name for oneself for people to listen. Another tip is to team up with people on the map, and work together with them. 5 people can do a lot of damage all on it’s own, even against upgraded supply camps..

Keep helping our commanders and stay in touch with them when you’re on a map, and you’ll see some awesome things.
