What about increasing the 75% hp reward? every time i try we fail but we did get him to 75% couple of times but the reward is low. a green and 1silver the same you get for killing trash mobs.
This will never become a Esport. GvG in gw1 had the potential become a Esport.

I was roaming there in a full party and we got a lot of small scale fights i didn’t see any of this zerging there were just a few big zergs but we just ignored them.
You don’t need to be on a high pop server to cap them.
Or would you prefer if there was a door to the cap points with 10million hp?
These points can be capped by 1 player that give outnumbered servers a chance to be able to actually win some fights.
On the other hand, guards are more desired in PvE and can be traited to do nearly the same DPS as a warrior

in good groups, good guardians deal MORE damage than warriors. and when you add reflections ,alot more damage.
lol keep thinking that as soon as you try warrior you will see how wrong you are. My warrior deal on average 2x as much dps as my guardian both are using full berserker.
I think they still drop bags now but didn’t used to. If not then that should be fixed log out in combat = dead and drop bags. What i don’t like is how easy it is to get out of combat. When chasing someone as soon as they get out of combat they wp. Getting out of combat should not be that easy. In pve its a different story there it take ages to get out of combat. Even after you kill the mobs that attack you sometimes its not enough.
Out of entire fractal of the mists all i got was 37 fragments.
So i basically have to do 70 level 40 dailies just for 5 weapons !?!?

Here is something that is not making sense to me. Tequatl the Sunless is a champion of Zhaitan correct? And players have killed Zhaitan so how can Tequatl evolve hes dead right? This is how the boss should had been from the start.
This is making as much sense as we killed Zhaitan but we actually didn’t he come back on next quest.

20 of you were chasing one thief. He got exactly what he wanted. Next time ignore them thieves are masters of shadows. If they try to get away you can try to burst them but if it take more than 10 seconds to even hit them just give up this is what thieves do.
No you don’t need this if you take smoke screen and the engineer elixir U it does the same thing. There is barely any conditions, condition removal helps a bit on cliffside.
Group stability helps a bit on dredge but both can be compensated by dps.
Those who say you need guardian to win in fotm are bad players.

For-example i built one golem in bay. Then everyone in this wvw guild were telling me to leave the golem, 30-40 different people pming me for me to get lost. Some of them were pretty bad. And this is after i pay 100BoH on a golem that i wanted to drive. I ended up just destroying it myself i didn’t want these guys to use it.So you wasted 100 supply just so you could toy around with a golem for a while?

Because some of us like to play Guardians. Some of us have spent a lot of time farming for good gear pre-farmville, getting ascended trinkets, infusions, etc. Working on builds, becoming better at our professions. Just roll a new character? No offense, but are you an idiot?
I play all professions but at first i thought he were talking about spvp. Well in wvw , use soldier runes and syg,sy. If that don’t help use pure of voice too. I have farmed for ascended been trough this threadmill and this is exactly why its bad to balance the game around spvp and not pve. It hurts pve more.

If they just made dagger cleaving damage i would take a power necro in my party anytime. Right now they hit pretty hard but when you are fighting 3 or more mobs at the same time they are weak compared to a warrior because of this.
My warrior in full berserker can do anything in the game. The survivability is really good because out of the closest players I’m the last one to get targeted because of my low armor. I dont need the support or control of any other professions i used zerker warrior to beat liadri and could probably solo lots of dungeon paths with it too. I have soloed some champions. It helps when you hit 30k+ with 1 ability. Where healing and CC could help it doesn’t matter and this is why. Healing skills are weak. The best one is healing spring, heal for 5k with a 30s cd. Too bad when you will get hit for 5-15k from every attack by bosses and actually some veteran mobs too. CC is useless because of defiant. There is so much defiant stacks + 20 defiant stacks sometimes pulling of a CC is too much effort to be worth it. Not to mention bosses have millions of hp 2+ million. vets have + 60k hp. During Atherblade invasion minigame on level 4, a veteran mob would have 150k hp or more if you did it with a full party.
If you want to contribute as much as possible to you’re party you have to use a warrior in full berserker which have the highest stable cleaving DPS.
In some situations not highest, If a ele pull of fiery rush and whirlwind on a mob stuck in a wall then they will do more damage and there a few more situations like this but overall Warrior just have more hp and they hit hard always, not to mention signet of stamina is all the defense you will ever need more evades.
I personally think this is bad game design but until you will have to use something else than auto attack to win i will be using warrior.
Cof p1 and 2 is pretty fast.
No, Not now not ever before i got legendary i just changed around same type of weapon i had 5 greatswords just swapped to whatever i wanted and those are basically FREE compared to a legendary weapon! If you want this then grind for a legendary else just change weapon.
People just don’t like to spend money for something they feel they should get for free.
This is how i feel about it too. If someone want to support Arenanet then thats awesome.
But this is something so fundamental that charging for it is a bit steep.
If you have irl friends in other servers you cant play wvw with them. And if you have friends from different servers you can only guest 2 times. Paying for server transfer is so expensive you might as well buy a new gw2copy. And thats why not that many transfer now. I used to transfer a lot during free transfers. wvw was a different experience on every server. Before paid transfer i changed to a server because i had a real life friend there. He quitted the game pretty fast. I also have a couple in another server. But i cant play wvw with them because changing server is just not worth it. It cost too much.
You know what’s the solution? Roll back the COF P1 nerf so farmers have a happy time (trapped) inside.
And all exploreable zones are a ghost town none there except for 1 or 2 doing map completion do you seriously want this? finally they breath life in the world and then you want it nerfed so everyone go to cof again ? btw those 1 or 2 individuals busy with exploring the map were often too busy to chat. So that means there was basically none in pve maps. At least in my server i guess it varies a little bit.
So you want the COF P1 farmers out there because they bring “life” to open-world. But don’t what them out there because they bring “mindless zerg” to open-world.

I don’t understand this logic. Can you elaborate on this? How is this any different from changing teams in a fps game? As long as there is some boundaries it shouldn’t really matter what server you play on right?

So you want it to take longer to grind for ascended etc? Some people like me have jobs, So i don’t have time to play 15h a day. Then some profitable farms are good. Why do you want to nerf some of the only profitable farms? Do you want to spend 10 years on grinding for legendary is that fun for you? There is no tons of ascended mats. a stack of ascended mats is barely enough to craft anything or level up.
If you don’t like farming then none is forcing you to do it.
However if you want nice things you have to work for it.

I still haven’t used my ranger since the shortbow and pet nerf not in pvp not in pve never its just bad. Can they at least get 1200 range in pve so their not totally dead weight.

Agree with OP my guardian feels subpar to everything my warrior do twice as much dps while still being twice as tanky with a dps setup, my necro feels WAY tankier than my guardian 2 or 3 times as tanky EVEN if there is not as many mobs dieing. My mesmer is much better at blocking projectiles. I play it because i like the mechanics but even tough it feels subpar to pretty anything else they can do everything average good its nothing they are extremely weak in. Do they deserve a buff? absolutely if anything at least give them a little more dps. Guardian in full berserker is the squishiest build there is, Elementalist is a little more squishy but at least they get some mobility and proper healing.
For solo roaming theif because the biggest threat to solo roaming is getting zerged and they are the best at hiding and one of the most mobile professions. solo camps is a little easier with ranger but it should be possible with theif too.
are you seriously complaining about 9 more primary stat 6more minor stat and 50 more damage? wow l2p they should be 200 more damage at least.

Where did they say they were going to get rid of soulbound? only make them account bound so you cannot trade them anymore.

Thief in its current state is really good. They are supreme spies. Their not suppose to be easy to catch or there would be no point in stealth. But thieves have to chose between damage or invincibility. They can stealth a lot in fights but a few aoe or burst and their dead. They cannot hit multiple 6k+ heartseekers and stealth at the same time. They have limited initiative. And there is a 3sec cooldown on stealth. Any more nerf to stealth now and theif is going to be subpar on everything in wvw.
Stealth stomping is not any better than , blind,block , stability, invulnerable etc stomps.
If you are seriously complaining about this, I’m pretty sure you are one of those guys who are stomping when its 10vs 1 instead of just dps.
Without stealth thieves would need 20k hp heavy armor and 50% more base damage.
Its better to just let them have stealth and be different from other professions.
moa is not that good a mesmer used it on me and i pecked him to death the squeel skill is pretty strong he was already at 50% hp but still i didn’t expect to beat him as moa.

I actually want the opposite free transfers anywhere but they could make it so you could only transfer the first 3 days after reset and not able to transfer to opposing servers if they have higher score than you.

Dhuumfire: In competitive PvP only, burning duration caused by this trait has been reduced from 4 seconds to 2 seconds. Burning duration is still 4 seconds in other areas of the game.

This is intended if anything it sounds like you’re jealous because you didn’t found out earlier. Oh its a lot more damage? and how is this a problem? Bad argument in a game where DPS is everything. Because of this I’m using 3 greatswords.
Stacking sigils is a risk you get downed you lose them.
