Can you transmute Krytan, Primeval, and Profane armor skins more than once?

The armor types of the armors must still match, it’s most likely that you’re trying to transmute light → medium or something to that extent.
The agent I asked about this responded immediately and I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that someone messed up, and we’re very sorry for that. The good news is we’re going to right that wrong and make it possible for these accounts to be re-established. What that should mean is that you acquire a new serial code (with the money that was refunded) and you can pop back into the game.
Please update me in the “Three Days and Older” thread if you still need help after you hear from the agent today.

Right now I’m mainly compiling a list of those things people are bringing up so I can appraise what people are saying in a concise area. This thread got a bit distracted (still waiting for a Mod to come in and clean up), so I basically just grabbed things I saw and put them on the list I felt needed to be quickly looked into.
To my relief a vast majority of things people are bringing up are things we have already recognized and have fixes in for.
Exposing the system caused some confusion it seems.
Let me see if I can shed some light on it for you.
When you defeat a Jade Maw on fractals 2,4,6, or 8 it counts as Daily Factor 1
When you defeat a Jade Maw on Fractals 10,12,14,16,or 18 it counts as Daily Factor 2.
Any run between 1 and 9 all count as the same daily. So if you beat a Maw 8 and then again on 10, you will get 2 separate dailies.
Choose any even fractal, do 3 rounds, then you get Maw.
I’m sorry, but you cannot give, sell, trade, or in any other way pass along the game to someone else. Most families with computers do replace them, even if it takes a bit of time. I suggest you hold onto Guild Wars 2 and rejoin when you are able to do so in the future. Alternately, if you have a friend who would allow you to do so, you could install the game on a friend’s computer and play from there. But that’s really as far as you’re allowed to go.
We cannot “unregister” an account; we will not allow someone else to re-register a used account. And if you wonder why, we don’t charge a monthly fee and the way we make money is through purchase of the game and purchase of items that we sell. If every account is “passed along” we’ll not make enough money to continue to support the game, to expand it, to build new games, to, well, keep the lights on! That’s why we’re stringent about disallowing re-use of an existing serial code or game.

I need specifics to do anything. Just stating that “there are lots of bugs!” doesn’t help me at all. I’ve been making a lot of minor fixes to many of the story steps, so it’s quite possible that they’ve already been addressed, but I need to know about them to fix them.
My account was hacked while i was away doing steam sale stuff, i have already gone thru account recovery changing both my GW and Email passwords.
The hacker moved me to a Different world, I am worried that when the three days left before i can move is Up.
I will not be able to Return to my original world Tarnished coast.The sever list says FULL, all of my RL Friends & guildies are on tarnished coast.
I beg humbly of the mods to Please move me back to TC So i may continue to Enjoy this great game with those who help make it so.
Edit Also trying to load my character on the Current sever, The person left me in Malchor’s Leap it Causes My game to crash. If i could be placed in Loins arch that would be Most Appreciated
I’m sorry that happened to you. The situation that causes crashing on a certain map where the hacker left the character sounds like a Technical Support issue, so please mention that in your ticket and asked to be routed to them if the agent cannot help you directly.
You can of course ask about the server transfer in your ticket as well.

Can some one please move things along…on the 22nd we used the support option and submitted tickets and its still not fixed/updated.
Here is what happened:
I bought 4 Guild Wars 2 games, 1 for me, 1 for my oldest son, 1 for my younger son, and one for a friend out of state. I used 2 credit cards and seems after a month of us 4 playing 2 got banned/suspended and I was refunded the money for the game. It also seems that the 2 that got banned/suspended were the 2nd purchases on each credit card. Neither one had an offensive name nor offended anyone as we mostly only team together and don’t join pugs. Can you please speed things up in getting this resolved, we just want to get back to playing the game. I know my son and friend submitted tickets on this and so did I since it involved my credit cards. My incident number is:

This is an unusual situation, and we’re looking into it. While we do take care in dealing with fraud or even potential fraud, and of course if there are charge-backs the account is closed, this doesn’t seem to fit either profile.

You must wait 24 hours before you can take an unassigned name. I don’t think someone else took the name, but that you were trying before the 24 hours had elapsed. I believe if you try at the 24-hour mark, you’ll be able to get your name.

We are currently looking at the entire structure of the reward system.
No.. You only get a reward chest for 10. you wont for 12. If you beat scale 10 and the press on to 12, you will not get a daily reward chest for that day at 12.
Every even scale below the 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80 scale levels are considered the same “Daily” so if you complete a scale 2 and a scale 4 Jade Maw, you get the same daily reward.
You can still only receive this daily once.

Are you sure the orders weren’t filled before you cancelled them? You can check this in the My Transactions tab under Items I’ve Bought.
At the Character Select screen, click the World Selection button. Select any server that isn’t currently full, and you should be able to transfer.
Is your mailbox full?
Maybe you should check the Gem Store now…
Have you tried clearing your pickup tab? If you have too many items waiting to be picked up, you will not receive any more proceeds (including gold) from sales until you clear it.

Account has been suspended, similar with my friend who has the same fraudulent retailer. His account was reactivated by buying new game keys, so I bought new game keys from the website, linked it then submitted a ticket of reactivating the account.
As of today, my account was still suspended. [Incident: 121125-000598]

Glad to help. I wish I could answer the question about continued play on the account (with a valid code, of course). But each situation is different and I think it would be good for you to update your ticket and ask if they can release your account and allow you to add a new, valid code to it, or if you will need to start a new account. It’s not a simple situation, so it’s best to get the word directly from the team. Thanks!

“Do you stand behind the decision of having the levelling system in FOTM, essentially fracturing your player base into many, many, different portions, with players only looking for the specific level they need to advance through level difficulty?
It was never a conscious decision to fracture the player base through the Dungeon. Honestly we were aware the dungeon was good but we didn’t know just how popular it would be. Nearly straight away we saw the issue and have been working on a fix since, we have explored multiple system”Good on Chris for owning up to this issue but quite frankly I find this unbelievable. As soon as it was announced there were people on the forums stating that it was going to happen.
And the moral of this story is that i need to pay more attention to the feedback we are receiving. There is a great deal going on so a method of more open communication between the teams/design and the community would be great and I intend to work on how we can accomplish this.

Swamp – It is possible to bug the mossman into a different form permanently, where he no longer has invis or any ranged attacks (or agony?). I do not know how this is done. I have been in groups where the first comment is “bug boss?” on this fractal quite a few times.
We’re aware of the other two. Could you expand on this please?
how about FIX not being able to come back in after someone disconnects and other game progressing blocking bugs that have been brought up :/ and get rid of the awful random rng rings drop who’s idea was that?
please keep this topic to exploits. If you have frustrations on other things, please go to the appropriate threads. This thread is about game breaking bugs, so if you have any please post them so I can either add them to my checklist, or ensure the fix is in for them.

Who are you trying to fool here? THE MOMENT I saw the article about having a hub between 3 fractals where you could repair and sell items, the first thing that crossed my mind was that repair canisters were going to play a major role here.
You developed this content for 3 months, and you are telling me that the though NEVER CROSSED YOUR MIND?
What you are doing here is basically lying in the face of your players, and unfortunately for you it’s extraordinarily telling this time around.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I just wanted to take the time to correct some of your assumptions. Let me be very clear here:
‘At no point did we discuss or design lack of repair points in fractals to be a monetization gain for us.’
It may not be obvious to you (which is totally understandable) that this team is spinning many plates at a time and sometimes we miss things. So let me explain how we came to design there being no repair point in fractals:
- We wanted groups to win encounters through skill rather than blind force, therefore…
- We removed rez rushing. We removed way points and replaced them with checkpoints that could only be used when the whole group was down, this meant….
- That group members would spend more time keeping players alive resulting in less deaths. Should a group come across an encounter that is to hard…
- They would stop playing or spend the time to work out the encounter or both.
- We absolutely did not want players continually running into their deaths.
- The decision was therefore made that there was no need for repair points.
Due to a lot of things going on at once we did not realize that this could be seen as a cheap way to monetize our players and had we have thought of this (thanks to the original poster for bringing this to our attention) we would have/will look at the system and see if we can fix the issue with breaking any of the design pillars surrounding FotM.
I hope this sheds some light on the concern.

Could you please outline other exploits/bugs you find in the game? If you’d rather not speak in public I’d be glad to PM with you instead.
Known list of exploits/bugs/issues:
1. The dredge fractal exploit – you can walk through the back wall behind the switch that you use to open the door to the next stage.
2. On the colossus fractal the final seal is damagable with certain (aoe?) spells, so you can get the boss to 3/4 hp then just kill the seal.
3. Swamp – It is possible to bug the mossman into a different form permanently, where he no longer has invis or any ranged attacks. Gets stuck in Bear form no matetr what health %
4. In the Colossus fractal, it’s possible to climb the rock to your right when you first start the fractal and range the champ. He doesn’t move and continues to take damage. You can trigger the cutscene before he dies and continue to progress.
5. You can attack a champion (usually the ettin) in the asura fractal using melee attacks while it is still on the other side of the barrier. If you begin attacking it this way and then midway stop and release it the way you’re supposed to, it gets stuck inside its holding cell and the only way to kill it is to get inside the cell and attack it there.
The ettin on asura fractal is attackable through the glass. Whats even worse is if you kill the power node while someone is trying to bug it (there is always someone) he just stays in his cage and you have to fight him inside it.
6. Asura Fractal: Sometimes tom bugs so you cant throw the crystals in their supposed machine. Dont know how to produce this bugs though.
7. Swamp Fractal: One time we bugged Mossman so that he was only visible for 2 seconds before going invisible again all the time and he threw his agony axe out of stealth which made it kinda impossible to dodge.
I think we produced this bug due to kiting him to the “backyard” of his house.
8. Dredge and giant fractal: Our mesmer isnt allowed to use his number 2 staff ability anymore because then he bugs into a wall and does not get out again preventing the whole group from progressing (kinda like he dc’ed…)
9. Ascalon fractal, you can bypass the gate event by jumping over a wall to the left side
10. colossus is when someone falls off and dies instead of respawning in the downed state. I’ve even seen it when the hammer is left floating in the sky when someone dies after falling.
11. killing the Archdiviner before the cinematic bugs out the entire fractal.
12. Sometimes falling off the side of the colossus fractal, you will not get teleported back to a spot you can get res’d at.
13. for Rabsovich, the group decided to pull him out of the room to fight him away from his adds, completely debasing the whole fight.
14. if the hammer is on the ground when the colossus fractal is over and you pick it up before you go onto next fractal – after loading screen – all group moves to the next fractal but you stay behind in an all-empty colossus fractal.
15. Volcanic fractal players are purposely killing themselves in the lava then reviving to avoid the elementals on land for the imbued shaman fight. The lava no longer provides the burn or special debuff after being revived.
16. Jade Maw Fractal – One of our group members was knocked off the edge during the Jade Maw fight, and he somehow managed to make it to the bottom without dying from fall damage. He then described some sort of area where he could see other fractals but not go to them (Ascalon was one of them). Since the rest of us had wiped on the boss, and there was no way for our group member at the bottom to die, there was no way for us to complete the fractal.
17. It’s in the room where the boss is standing next to the vehicle after blowing up the door with the bombs. You’re entire team can stand on top one of the wheels of the vehicle and kill the boss and all the adds that spawn without anyone taking a single point of damage
18. Ascalon: Mesmers cant create Illusions with dodging while being a Charr.
19. Dregde: Bomb path- if you put down several bombs at the same time they only count as one bomb exploding

I’m experiencing problems trying to buy things off the BLTP. Even with plenty of money in my inventory and plenty of the item in stock the ‘Buy’ button remains gray and unclick-able. I have tried viewing multiple items on BLTP but I still cannot click the ‘Buy’ option.
Looking at your screenshot, you do not have any money in your inventory. You cannot buy items using money from your bank, you have to have it on your character.

Yes, the Naming Policy is enforced. Customer Support takes action on reports in the order that they arrive, so if they have a lot of tickets in the queue, it takes time to take action on a name violation. Sometimes the team makes a judgment call on borderline or may re-assess a decision after internal discussion.

Took me around 5 days to get my account back after being wrongfully banned for botting.
There are previous posts in this thread that taught me to provide as much details as possible in the ticket (eg. account name, character name, last 4 digit of credit card, serial code etc.) , hence reducing the time taken for them to investigate your account. Do check back the older posts to learn more.
