Hello Selve.

You need to send a ticket to Customer Support (click here), explaining them this problem and providing them with as much information as possible about your account to show that you are effectively the owner of it (characters created, serial code, email address liked to it, etc). Follow this guide so you know exactly what to put.

They will help you to establish a new password, if necessary.

Yes, you can report people who display such an attitude to our Customer Support team using the in-game ticketing system. You need to provide as many details as possible, just as Lucas points out.

Bear in mind that like we don’t permanently ban anyone on the forums for first time offenses, the same goes in-game. The more you report, the better the game world will be.

You are receiving a discount when you buy 5 keys for 450 gems. The base price for one key is 125 gems. 125 X 25 = 3125. 1560 is slightly more than 50% off of 3125, so you are receiving a 50% discount off of the base key price of 125 gems, at 62.4 gems per key.

Halagaz, as the other players have correctly stated it is impossible to party with people from North-America if you are in a European server. If you have friends in another server and want to party with them the only thing you can do is to transfer there.

The jokes on the Mad King Thorn outfit from the gem shop are simply the worst voice acting in the game, period.

He sounds like a bored office worker.

Shouldn’t the Mad King sound threatening, supernatural, imposing, crazy?

Or are we not using his voice, and instead using our character’s? Because the voice sounded exactly the same on my norn and sylvari, and neither sounded a whole lot like my character.

The voices on the Mad King costumes were purposely different. They’re supposed to sound like novelty masks voiced by people other than the Mad King himself, hence the tinny processing. There are two voices: one male and one female.

Unfortunately some post were simply deleted in the “Merge” things and i don’t remember the user.
Plus some post not inherent to my problem merged inside my discussion complicating and misunderstanding and giving wrong tips.
Anyway….lost my hope getting some help about my problem.

If this is the case, posts disappearing by merging threads is unusual was not our intention. We will look into this case.

Thanks for merging my 2pages Thread in this one “FPS issues”.
There were some usefull post inside that you simply merged and deleted, usefull to understand my specific issue and issues related to my PC and Hardware testing, plus was having a discussion with a guy that seems to understand what I need.

i asked a question on a class and why it was built the way it was and i got banned from the forums and now on one will reply to my emails so i’m doing this. Why are you on damage control when nothing bad happend?

We are sorry to hear about your situation. You can contact Customer Support through a ticket, if you have not done it already, as they are the ones you always need to contact in this kind of situations. They won´t probably restore what you lost while the hacking took place though as they do not have the tools for that at the moment.

Please, remember that we have two systems of authentication (mail and mobile) that you can use to gain extra security. We also recommend you to change the password to a unique one not used before.

Slic, Customer Support does not currently make this kind of refunds. Although unfortunate, you made the purchase of that Mystic Pistol by yourself and it was not due to any internal bug or error. In that respect, a great deal of users are suggesting already in the Suggestions subforum the implementation of a confirmation pop-up that should fix this kind of issues.

Also, if you have already a ticket open you should wait till the resolution of it before coming to post on the forums. We understand that you want the attention that it is due to your problem but this is not fair for the other players that are waiting. If your ticket goes unanswered for three days, then proceed to post it here.

Have you switched map? I believe the achievement wants you to earn the XP in one map w/o dying, moving maps, logging out, etc.

That’s probably why yeah. But then again the achievement should tell us this, it only says 500k xp without dying. It should tell us that we can’t log out and switch map etc…

It’s a bug that it resets when you log out/zone/etc. (^-^;)

I have seen the endless loading screen every night that I have played since the last patch. It has happened on everyone of my characters, even the new ones I have created. Depending on how many times I need to re-spawn, I rarely make it all the way through a match because of this. It has made me look to other games for the time being, so I just hopped on to try to do this log thing for you guys. Hope I did it right!

We’re still working on figuring out exactly what’s causing this issue, but we won’t need any more of these. I will continue to update as more information comes in.
