Hey,
I’m experiencing often an annoying delay while using skills and it takes maybe 3~6 seconds to respond for each skill. This also happens while I try to throw items away from my inventory or salavge or store it on the bank.

I’m experiencing this for almost a week and at first Iv’e decided to ignore that believing that the problem comes form my ISP/web infrastructure and that was until I asked them about it and even told them to reset my port the problem exists and only in GW2.

Please the game become extremely unplayable for me its hard to ignore this stupid delays it happens way to often.

And no I will not take “Re-install this game” as an option until anet fix their servers cuz it takes forever to download this game via their laucnher.

As much as I like corgis I can’t see it as a mount on this game even for my asura thief.

However I will support a corgi as a miniature and I would love to see one very soon:3

Since some gliders are not much of a cannon friendly or have nothing to do with their real purpose I think we should get a cool new feature of Hovering.

We got wings and as much as we can display them on our bodies we can only use them while gliding and that’s only while going down. Soooo going up and flying probably will be pretty nice but its not really my suggestion nor I will support adding the ability to fly(I can’t really see that as a feature in GW2)But I was thinking about hovering with your wings and ONLY with any wings you have.

As for the community please do not assault me for this topic if you don’t like the idea:(

No, I don’t agree. Your argument is simply that because you want something and you don’t want to have to obtain it in the its current obtainable form, it should be added to the gemstore.

To be fair it should have a checkbox. it hides your shoes that’s it.
I can only assume you already got the item but you also bought it and its the reason why you disagree with me.

I “really want” legendary armor but I don’t raid, so by your suggestion A-net should add it to the gem store simply because I want it.

Well I don’t do raid either and I want the legendary armor, I know adding it to the gemstore wont happen but there’s a huge difference between these 2 items.

Remind me again with this item is still an ‘item’ and if anet is going to do something about it?!
it still on the TP and costs over 3000g which is 130$(which not really worth it) and its almost impossible to get it independently via treasure mushrooms.

From the way I see it I can hide helmet, shoulders and gloves in a click of a button yet I can’t do it with shoes.

I can totally understand that those who already purchased it via the trading post will not likely will like the idea of adding this item to the store or for the very least add a button that can hide shoes but seriously some of us really want it and don’t want to spend 130$ on a cosmetic item.

Please do something about it already its been a year already no?!

Are dungeons in this game based off of speed and efficiency, like speed running and such?

I just started playing a few ago and hit level 40 just doing world event things, I still have my level 30 living quest thinggy to start, and I am so enjoying running aroudn the world and exploring.

I have really been enjoying the exploration aspect of this game, but it has been sitting in the back of my mind and worrying me that dungeons are just going to be “zerg go go go go!!! FASTER!!! ARGFHGRAWRA!!” Which has been what has been turning me off to other MMO as of recent.

They used to be, Now not so much. A lot of groups will want you to be lvl 80 though.

Some also want players with experince with dungeons.
I even met players that want players based on their AP, 3 players kicking me for not having 10k achievements points.

Plz bring the “Harbinger of Mordremoth” again on wintersday anet I really want this outfit and I’m sure I’m not the only one:3

yes. it is. theyve already stated they dont have a way to make backpacks have dye channels, not without ripping the code apart and reworking them as armor instead of trinkets. not gonna happen, and its a known thing so dont buy a combo pack expecting youre going to be able to customize both.

Too lazy to do that then, fine I can live without it.

Oh and you don’t need to get mad about it though all I said it would be great to have dyable backpacks.

Its pointless if you can’t pick the colors you want but you can change only the glider colors.

Yup I’m experiencing the same issue in both WvW and PvE and its so annoying, every 2 minutes DC…why?!?!?!?!?!

Soo any updates about this developers?!

I am really getting tired of these FPS drops its really starting to kitten me off
its random and happens every 8 minutes for something like 10~20 seconds and then stops but that doesn’t make it any less annoying.

How do I fix this?!
should I point the fact I never had this problem before 2 months ago and I can play this game and any game with no issues at all?!
should I point that my PC can run any game on all the highest settings and my internet connection is fine?!…I just replaced my router to something newer.

this is the second thread I open to ask for help and I don’t ask you to give me free items just to help me fix this annoying problem.

Don’t have much to say about it it happens very often and the issues exists for only 2 weeks the game used to work smoothly all the time with no problem no lags with the highest settings.

My internet connection is fine my computer is fine and it happens only in GW2
for example: I play and everything is normal game runs smooth no lags nothing even in lion’s arch but sometime even in areas with no players suddenly the game starting to lag for 10~40 seconds and then it stops.

This problem really making it difficult for me to play and its also annoy me because it happens every 10 minutes or less or more whatever its RANDOM.

any fix for that problem?!
I played this game for months with no problem and now it works like my computer is a half potato but my PC is not the problem nor my internet

You’re right and wrong my router killed itself and it don’t let me load some websites including the rums…sorry for blaming you developers its all on me

When HoT first came out, yeah it was tough, really tough for melee classes. Now it’s very easy, my zerger ranger just face rolls everything, and I’m not the best player.

when HoT first came out I died 7 times on the first mission before completing it, couldn’t explore the jugnle…at all for real I just stayed in the the first checkpoint.

Now I can do everything, HoT is much much easier to complete now even though it still hard but not that much and I have no further complaints…frankly I’m enjoying the new content even when its hard to accomplish some things alone but at least it still possible unlike before.

Outfits are nice but I prefer armor skins when I can combine a few pieces together into my own style, the only problem is that the colors sometimes don’t match.

Some outfits still look better than armor skins imo though

I want to say first I never had/seen this before and this is new to me, if this is either a bug or a new updates remove it I raged quit over this 3 times now.

I noticed during missions that the player is the number one objective of all enemies, no matter what happens they will swarm and attack only me while 20 other NPCs are fighting them.

Seriously this is the most annoying thing I have ever encounter, a guy gets shot in the head rapidly and he ignores it just to kitten me up, a guy cuts some other guys kitten and he still attempts to get me dead…why this is even real?!
the game is hard enough and I have no complaints for that but this^ just get kitten even more harder and its not even a challange
I die more often than before because the AI is glitched or made like this on purpose to make the player the main objective, its like “kitten the rest of the world we will destroy it only after we kitten InvaGir so hard in the kitten and make him mad” why!?!?!?!?

I even tried to ignore NPCs just stand idle away and watch the ally NPC doing the job yet the enemy still tries to kill me anyways ignoring the sword being pierced into their guts.

Anyways the difficulty is not a problem I don’t care its hard nor I ever did but when im being swarmed with 10 enemies and while im being limited to 2 dodges for every 20 seconds while thye can spam knockouts and more annoying conditions and skills it just raging me. please fix this:(

Berserker will often get you killed. It’s, however, the best set for practice.
The content is made around active damage mitigation in terms of stealth, aegis, Protection boon and most importantly – evade mechanic.
This game doesn’t promote triangle game-style of Tank-Healer-DPS. Everyone is a DPS or support (usually offensive support)

You as a ranger have a hard challenge in front of you since Sword weapon is the one with the highest DPS as well as the most risky mechanic of rooted attack chain (requires practice to stop attacking in order to evade).
But sword also has an in-built evade mechanic that you can use to avoid damage.

PvE world of Guild Wars 2 works around as much DPS as you can get. Because of a very basic logic.
The sooner your target dies – the less damage it deals.
Defensive stats from items are not worth the DPS drop. Let’s say you’ll get 3000 more HP from items. That will help you survive 1 more attack. But for that to happen you need to sacrifice around 20% of your damage that is much more than 1 attack of your enemy.
Plus… By dodging or evading an attack – you take no damage at all which is far more beneficial than tanking the hit.

I found defensive stats to be very useful actually since dodging and evading are limited(not hard)
but yeah I will focus on DPS anyways the more power I have the better
I’m using the LB more than my sword anyways and my pet usually takes all the hits so…yeah:P

Well I was getting tired of the mohawk hairstyle while the rest of the hairstyles were bad
the new one looks really nice, not by much though but its not that terrible:)

I need to know because I need the space on my current hard drive for studies and I don’t have enough space for both things.

I have never done something like that before

I don’t want to disable auto-targeting because it disables the health of my enemies
also I don’t attack anything I run with my weapon holster but my dumb minions greatest ambition is to kittening attack and hit everything in their way.

and I know that if I get attacked I get into combat, the thing is I don’t do anything but running even from hostile enemies or neutral like a doe/moa/etc.. yet my minions fall behind because they have to “kil” for some reason. their AI is incredibly stupid when they attack enemies I don’t want to attack and even if they do why I have to lose speed?!

I know this is a dumb complaint but during exploration its really hard to ignore when it happens after you walk past every NPC no matter what their hostility status.
sure you can tell me to not use minions but their useful and useless at the same time.

The only way to fix this is to either fix their AI to attack only NPCs that you attack or if you’re under attack or the second option is to disable the dumb features that drops your speed if your minions are attacking something.

Oh and did I mentioned that sometimes only one minion attack while the other two are cheering him and stand idle?!

I found a few issues with the minions, lets begin with the most important
when they attack someone/something I lose my currect speed for 7 seconds which is a lot.
Why?! it so dumb I just run slower I revive slower I kittening do everything slower and its really annoying because I’m trying to complete maps and sometimes it gets me swarmed with enemies and just get things worst for me. not that I die but still it slowing my process of achieving some feats.

Second annoying thing with minions which effects the first issue is that they attack EVERYTHING
Hostile,Neutral and some kittening non-hostile nor neutral creatures like flys and mosquitoes.

Believe me if I didn’t care I wouldn’t complain about this but its pretty effective to my gameplay and I enjoy the necromancer.

Please fix this:(

I think Anet are just tired of too many complaints, yes they do make mistakes but this is how they “punish” us for being a bounch of whiners.

Still I don’t justify their actions and lack of attention but its definitely feels like it to me:\
and if this is true I’d suggest Anet to start listen to the community and mostly to their loyal customers because this is a disgrace

I’m trying to achieve the “Been there, Done that” feat but due to that stupid usless event compass it stops me from reaching my destination.

For example I revealed a full exploration area and completed almost everything but one task, after searching the whole map for 20 minutes and no I’m not joking yes 20 minutes without finding the task on the map I almost gave up trying to look and rage quit out of the game. I also must say I revealed I was checking more than 5 times and I did and even if I didn’t I can’t find any area I didn’t thanks to that stupid event compass.

My question is if its possible to disable it
that compass prevents me from achieving something that I’ve working on for quiet a long time.

I know its hardcore but I have no complaints, I played MS since 2003 and GW2 is nothing alike.

I can agree its nearly impossible to play alone but it is a party game right?! its all about collaboration between players what can also help you find new friends, even though its pretty rare to happen.

Too bad the community is a bit toxic sometimes especially in dungeons and PVPs and all they care is to “win” and not to have fun and the difficulty is what causing them to be so toxic to others especially to new players like how I was….
its like they believe they will save poor kittens from death or stop the worlds hunger or cure cancer by completing those things and if someone kittens up one time they’re going to insult him for being a loser.

10 updates yesterday. crashing in the middle of the gameplay just to update what?! HoT again?!

everytime the files are changing from 64 files to 240 files
today 2 more updates this time im getting 1340 files

Seriously your servers are really slow and annoying and its hard downloading it

I have tried everything searching google in attempt to find a fix to this annoying issue I can’t fix

I have tried to do the fix with the -repair thingy when it fixing the client or whatever
I have tried to remove the game and re-install twice without any success

I even tried removing some file called “local.dat” and restarting my PC and tried again with no luck

I am so desperate Iv’e tried everything and the game wont install for me because it stuck on 1 stupid unknown file to install and it wont let me play
I really want to play this game again and I can’t and the revenant is coming this week and I want to play it:(

These issues are really annoying and I got few

1)It loads slowly
Not very slow but it still very annoying just to wait for the menu to load and for each option I pick it just take more than a minute to load

2)Sometimes when I attempt to buy something it just close the buy menu but it buying the same item without telling me
When this happens I just don’t know if it bought the same item or not so I’m trying to buy it again.

I go to the NPC to get my items and I notice I bought the same item twice or more in some cases and then I lose money
when you try to sell it for the same price you just can’t because you sell it for half of you spend.

Sometimes I if it happens I just wait more than 10 minutes and then I check again if it bought it but its really annoying

I must indicate that my ping and fps are not changing while this menu is open
I can play freely while its load and I notice that some people complained about a drop of FPS and the ping increaseing
I do not experince these issues but what I said above I do and I wonder if there’s a fix for it.
