If a full server wants to open it can just lower its activity, a full blackout is not necessary.

I gots horrid ping so zerk builds are lost on me. I made this build for fun and its a pretty insane up front burst SD build. maybe someone can have some fun with it and hopefully record the results! cheers gang.

I think after the 4 sec attune recharge is up it should automatically swap back to uh air/air for example with no recharge. as it is now its kind of a hindrance to not be able to access all of your skills or more importantly the skill you need at any given time.
soulbeast gets 3 invulns, massive condi management and endurance regen, and great condi spam.
yeah theyre useless.

organization is more important. people that think numbers are probably don’t push with tag, don’t run meta builds, and log out after one wipe. on the other hand, people that push with tag and run meta builds play to be outnumbered. that’s what makes wvw fun.
Shroud is a potent defensive tool when paired with high toughness and vitality as incoming damage to shroud health is halved and it scales on vitality.
getting hit isn’t active defense. active defense is block, blind, evade, invuln, even interrupts to a certain extent.

I’m perfectly fine with gliding staying but being able to glide into towers to defend with no risk is not very balanced. not to mention certain sides on ebg as well as the bls have advantages over others.

I think one big problem we currently have is the high dependence on Pain Absorption, it’s literally required to compete with an organized group and most frontline groups depend on this skill to survive a push.
give more classes group resistance and stab and we could see some new possibilities.

whenever I played a dual wield build it really hurt being forced to drop berserkers power. I wonder if it would be a bit more feasible now that bulls charge can be used twice… nope lol.
theyre starting to do this sorta. I like it, but it would be too much in wvw if they don’t condense banner buffs.
my biggest concerns are
a] a lot more lag
b] anet keeps the movement speed bonus and makes taking stuff from bigger servers impossible
c] anet keeps the mount jump and takes forever to fix glitches / exploits
d] clutter. not a big deal to some but its really annoying to me when I turn a corner and see a ton of enemies with tons of siege, only to see that’s its server x and theyre not a threat. also prolonged engagements with tons of clutter gets tiring quickly. its already pretty bad with so many enemies. yeah in case you were wondering at the end of a zerg fight I’m gasping for air. its a condition called cluttoritis.

ill admit I was exaggerating, theyre not half bad as minors. speed of shadows nerf isn’t great, everyone has died plenty of times from shroud on cd. the vital persistence nerf (well before they made 25% less shroud degen baseline) really hurt sustain in team fights, and to say gluttony (which is a tiny increase) and strength of undeath (being at full shroud isn’t all that common) are better I find false. it doesn’t matter too much anymore since they gave necros that 25% back.
hmm just read up on the wiki and it says that shroud degens at 3% baseline. I remember it being way higher when I looked at my life force bar. I’m not sure of that number at all.

no ofc I don’t pay attention, I just rs11111 for easy bags. err this isn’t wvw so whatever pvp is good for, idk. I rs5-4 all the time dude. basically every necro who knows how to combo their skills does. maybe you should be the one paying attention. ill admit the aoe vuln is not too common to land, but when it does and youre in a teamfight (easier to land since more ccs) 4 ppl doing 25% more damage is sort of a big deal. ever pve? notice how stacking vuln is important? lernd math? its way better then a measly 1k hp when you use a healing skill.

if you removed the aoe cap the smaller more organized group would win depending on their skill. they could easily approach from stealth (without the enemy even knowing they are there in the first place) using all zerker gear and insta wipe the zerg.
do you think mounts should retain their speed boost? if not then there goes half the reason for using a mount.

I don’t think zergs would break up if aoe caps were removed. the zerg mentality is so central to this game that I don’t know if it could be overcome, and why should it be?

Soul Reaping’s potency as a traitline has always come from it’s minors particularly Gluttony and Strength of Undeath.

Bitter Chill may be better in some builds that want a tad more damage
spiteful renewal does not compare to 25 stacks of aoe vuln on rs 5-4.
