Some good changes, but also some others that will further cause huge problems. List of please-for-the-love-of-Abaddon skills to not implement.
Elementalist
Air XI. I personally felt that the recharge time was to high to legitimize going 30 into air magic. 25 second recharge though? That means 3 D/D ele’s can lockdown a large group of people with perma-stun auras. That would be ludicrous.
Diamond Skin: Ele’s really do not need more anti condition skills. A half decent one is already pretty much impossible to kill on my condition necro. Plus they already have a high rate of regen, so staying at 90% hp would not be hard against a condition build.
Engineer
Elixir Infused Bombs: While I do always greatly enjoy a buff to group healing power capabilities, this might be a bit overpowered. Engi’s are already incredibly hard to kill. Perhaps reduce the healing gained to the engi?
Guardian
Kindled Zeal: Lets face it, guardians have very little condition capabilities. Further increasing this trait does not fix this in my eyes. I have no problem with guardian being condition crippled. I would love to see a trait that buffs the damage output of the hammer.
Mesmer
Chaotic Transference + Protected Mantras: Confusion is without question the most powerful condition in the game. It ignores armor, and can lock down melee very effectively. With this proposed change, I know that condition mesmers will have a huge advantage in almost every situation. They will be able to unleash their confusion stacks, which, done right, can stack up quite high, and sit back while they gain a boat load of toughness and even more condition damage. I do not see anyone appreciating this, except of course those condition mesmers.
Necromancer
As a necro main, I disagree with removing bleed stacks from anything. This is currently the only reason why condition necros are viable. Instead I suggest reducing the condition duration of poison, weakness, cripple, and nerfing Signet of Spite.
Ranger
I would agree to a buff to rangers, but the raw damage output they could receive with longbows from this update would leave me very worried. With decent stability access ranger would be alot more viable in sPvP.
Bark Skin: Absolutely ludicrous. I do not know how else to put it, or what else to say, other than that a 50% damage reduction while under 25% hp is an insane advantage. Combine that with Companions Defense and weakness from axe main hand and devourer skill, well, they would be practically un-killable.
Thief
The change to initiative is ballsy, and I would like to see how it pans out.
Sundering Strikes: Would be very overpowered with pistols.
Assassin’s Retreat: I’m not sure giving thieves perma swiftness on top of the highest burst damage in the game would be a good idea. I think engi’s and warriors should not have this either.
Warrior
Great Fortitude+Armored Attack: Warriors already have an insane capacity for power and vitality, I do not think these traits need buffs.
Spiked Armor: 50% uptime of retaliation on a warrior sounds pretty mean. They have an incredible capacity to balance tankiness and damage output. In WvW giving enemies more retaliation would mean heavy aoe classes like ele’s would have an even tougher time staying alive.
Thrill of the Kill: Equals 100% uptime to adrenaline in WvW.
I hope these words find an open ear, because I can honestly say that the proposed changes that I have discussed here will have some major issues if implemented. Thank you for not only reading this but also sharing the proposed changes with the community. Happy balancing to you.

Immobilize should not last this long. Ridiculous, obnoxious, ludicrous. Fix it please.
Normally I would not mind this, but the LS creatures ARE KILLING YAKS. If at least their spawn points and aggro range was moved to not interfere with such a critical part of WvW, many of us who pay attention to these things would be deeply appreciative. “Oh well you should have people escorting yaks anyways.” Irrelevant. In no way should LS effect WvW operations.

MOBILE SYMBOLS!!! why didnt i think of this before. kitten that sounds awesome. thumbs way up for the virtue workover, accept i think the passive aegis should proc way more often (10sec) and the active needs aegis applied immediately for sure. i can tell you are a gw1 player from the new virtues. didnt read into the burning thing, but i think the condition is fine as is. the chain skill idea is interesting but will never happen because of the incredible amount of work that would be. well hey one can hope.
i agree. also, people rallying from gaining a level is extremely annoying. except when its you, then its awesome.
aegis is fine. the recharge time on virtue of courage is not, however.
I hit about 6 – 6.5k average per ds1 auto attack. its not as inefficient compared to warriors as many think, and depending on the situation, its a lot better because of the range. its still not the best tho, but that’s fine for me. condis are way more enjoyable in wvw anyways.

maybe the activities guy will offer this as a new end game dungeon hybrid. big group gets teleported to random locations (instanced of course) where the difficulty is greatly increased. to hell with jumping puzzles though. seriously.
this would only compact the problem of idiots having fun inviting ppl and kicking them. i agree that the instance owner should switch when leader leaves or goes offline. a fix that makes sense to me in regards to the vote system is to add one more vote to the equation, then the majority vote will rule.
this is a very interesting idea. each world would have the top guild based on factors such as towers/camps/keeps captured, players killed, etc. with maybe extra points going towards defense. unfortunately, this would encourage zerg play, meaning zerg guilds would dominate the top positions, meaning small guilds would feel even more hopeless.
that being said, if the score scaled to how many players are in the guild (repping and present of course) when an objective is captured/ defended, then maybe your idea could work.
also, the idea of a pvp guild makes no sense to me, it seems anet wants a guild to be capable of all aspects of the game.
im glad this was nerfed. thieves are still incredibly strong, just not as much to boon heavy builds. so whats the matter, you want to be able to gank any and every class with ease as a roamer in wvw?
the only one i agree with is the confusion bit. the conditions that stack in intensity are just fine because every class can remove them completely with condition removal. the torment tweak is interesting but switching its mechanic with bleeding is like switching the names of each condition.
however, i do believe that the duration of burning and poison need to be fixed. in wvw one can acquire alot of it, and its lame to go down or close to it 30 sec after the battle is ended.

if you want to talk about profession skills, what about the guardians virtue of courage? 1 block every 40sec and a 90 sec CD? talk about absolutely useless.
someone linked a polearm weapon in LA map chat a few weeks back. i hypothesize this means a new heavy class.

For power: If you can somehow manage to use your cc skills effectively and build up some vuln+might, doing 6.5k on average at 1200 range with death shroud 1 auto attack is pretty good considering thief/ warrior have to close in on you first. If at first you dont succeed, use well of darkness. If that doesnt work, then panic and pop your elite and become a lich meanie.
For condi: requires extensive knowledge of the phenomenon known as cc. Spam weakness. It is your friend.

In PvE with decent vuln/might at lvl 80 im hitting for ~6.5k ds1. I think thats pretty good. Im happy.

Skill skin: Guardian Hammer Skill Mighty Blast. I love using this skill. Everywhere. Even when standing around in LA, or on chickens. I dont even care. Whenever this skill activates, either everyone in the immediate vicinity get googley eyes that bounce around and look funny or the animation for Smite Condition activates as well as the current one.

For reals, its a small thing that can get really annoying.
When I first started playing I thought it was wierd that the commander title could be bought with gold. I had assumed fantasy extended to the way this rank is gained. My suggestion: keep the commander title the way it is in PvE. For WvW, create an entirely new title or disable until earned. How to earn? Play WvW. Have the current WvW achievement titles like Yakslapper and Ultimate Besieger directly contribute to the commander title. Possibly have a three or so tier commander title, separated by various symbols and/or colors. When people mouse over the title on their map, have a small status popup letting people know what type of commanding will take place. For example skirmishing = defeating reinforcements or raiding = taking camps only. Maybe the commander level will determine what they can do. The most dedicated can take Stonemist and the casual can slay ogres and hylek.

So I can get 3 torches lit, but on the forth (or whenever the pattern resembling a square occurs) the torch with that pattern wont light. Some guildies have the same problem and dulfy our lord and savior mentions the bug. Should be a quick fix! Hopefully it is and it does. Happy debugging.
how about it? wouldnt it be cool to go at it in your own pace, your own way? want to solo arah? no problem! want to have a 10 person team take down sorrows embrace on the genocide difficulty level? your funeral. with the new dungeon rewards system being implemented, this is icing on the cake.
i would like to see some living story as well as a new hardcore dungeon that eats the unwary alive.

Dont know why this hasnt been introduced yet, but I think its one of the last nails in the coffin that is ‘the frontliner class’. This trait woud eliminate all piercing attacks that would usually go thru you, thus saving your team a ton of hp. in wvw it would really shine as its kinda pointless to power heal yourself with AH as everyone around you is dieing to aoe/piercing/ or some ppl with an op brain that dont target you.

I think this trait is vital because it adds a great functionality and incentive to be “the” front liner. It would really shine in WvW where soaking up as much damage as possible is essential. This trait could fit in many places, but my suggestion is to combine it with Battle Presence (Nearby allies gain Virtue of Resolves passive effect) for an entirely new way of tanking for groups of people besides the AH variant. Well thats all, and I hope your constructive criticism will polish this rough idea into something that is introduced soon.
Looking forward to the day Anet releases some new ascended items with different and interesting stat combos. Mainly magi. Oh yes please.

this is probably because of our auto attack in downed state which is awesome even when not combining deaths embrace (50% dmg while downed) and bloodthirst (50% siphon effectiveness).

does condition duration (from runes especially) apply to transferred ones? so if my necro had +15% burn duration and i threw a dragons breath back to an ele it would be longer?
judges intervention will not work if i am at a different elevation then my target, i.e. there is a ledge in between us
when i am immobilized and try to pop putrid mark immediately, the skill will highlight but not trigger. is this happening to anyone else? also my death shroud fear is missing, so im guessing this attack behaves as a projectile? would be nice if it didnt as i often rely on that to get some pressure off me.
