Words fail me. They would all come out as kitten anyway.
Yes you can be reported and banned, especially if it is behavior you repeat over and over again. And honestly I hope that you are.
Here’s the thing to understand about User Agreements and Rules of Conduct. They aren’t written to protect you, they’re written to protect the company who’s presenting them to you. It gives them legal cover to sanction or ban you from their service. Since they are worded by lawyers working for the company, they heavily favor the company. They are just vague enough that you have very few rights inside the game, and Anet can really ban you for any reason it wants. If you get upset about the ban, they may refund you the purchase of the game but that’s as far as they are legally required to go.
What you’re doing would fall under the very broad definition given in the “Rules of Conduct.” Right in the beginning, rule number 1: “While playing Guild Wars 2, you must respect the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the Game. To this end, you may not defraud, harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress and/or unwanted attention to other players.” You are both defrauding them and causing them distress. Yes they’re very broad terms, but you signed the agreement and gave Anet the power to interpret those terms any way they want.
The only thing really keeping companies like Anet from being draconian with their bans is they want lots of people to keep on spending money, maintain a friendly environment, and avoid negative publicity.
Of course those things don’t apply to what you’re doing here since you’re creating an environment of distrust and malice. If anything it makes Anet look bad looking the other way on your activity and keeping you in the game, especially with the brazen and unrepentant way you talk about ruining other player’s experience, even admitting to it on the official forums. Have your lazy kitten buddy buy the right gear and learn to play the game, it isn’t that expensive or difficult.
I guess this is reason #278 why you should never PUG. Sad.
Say, why don’t they send that guy out to fight the dragons and stuff.
I was thinking about this the other day and thought it would be nice to have a npc trade us luck essences for excesses ascended mats. In that manner it wouldn’t be a shock to anything in the economy and rewards should in theory improve, which they need.
Because armor is there to protect. If you dont want to see armor unequip it.
coppering is a legitimate tactic
There is no 1 copper problem. There is a problem of people being stingy. If others are were willing to pay more than you, you don’t deserve the item. Simple as that.
You want the item right now, you gotta offer more.
The trading post is not an auction house.

if OP like mounts in Archeage I recommend him to stay there and stop spreading mount disease here.
Correct me if I am wrong but….. Unlocking Twilight in the wardrobe should have account bound the item. At least that is my understanding for as it is documented on the wiki.

WTB better patch notes on mechanics so we don’t have to guess if something is a working as designed or not. Or in cases like these if it is a possible exploit or not.
Now combining it with sunrise and selling Eternity I could see that as something that is valid.

Hi Anet. I hope you’re reading this. I have like 2 stacks left of festive tokens in my bank. I destroyed a stack before since I didn’t know there were still npc’s that accepted them after the events. I’m keeping what I have left in hopes that the events wherein I can accumulate some return again so that I may get some of the other stuff I missed out on.
I don’t mind waiting for a year or so again until the events reset, maybe. But It’d be nice if you could help us free up some space and include items like these tokens into the wallet.
If you are a casual gamer, why do you want a prestige skin that doesn’t offer any advantage?
Also, you can use in game gold to buy gems, so save the gold you earn and then trade it.
Another thing is key farm, you get keys doing the lvl 10 Personal Story, there are many updated videos and guides about that.
GW2 is very casual friendly, but the game doesn’t need to be 100% casual focused.
PS: If you are a casual you probably have a job of something, then buy gems is even more accessible for most casuals.
(and the other 8 elite specs maxed too)
The chance at a precursor remained the same. They did increase the pool of potential exotics that you may receive. Let me repeat, the rate of precursors is the same.

I can almost never get a dungeon party in lfg, due to “lvl 80, zerk, 5k AP” requirements.
This is a massive turn off to me as a newbie for doing one of the majorly fun aspects of MMO’s that I enjoy (Dungeons).
With this in mind, I’d like to propose a dungeon mentoring system, wherein a level 80 character can accompany a level X character (relative to the dungeon) and obtain various rewards for assisting the lower levelled players in getting their daily chests. Perhaps introduce a “mentor point” system, where 80’s can obtain points, similar to the karma system, to redeem for unique rewards
I feel a system like this would help introduce players to dungeons better, and allow new players to actually get in to dungeons without belonging to a guild, rather than the persistent demand for 80’s only.
1. Using the LFG tool to make your own group is not an exploit nor bannable offense.
2. Sticky. https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/dungeons/Dungeon-Mentors-Noob
I should not have to be level 80 to run level 35/50 dungeons, plain and simple
Nobody prevents you from starting your own dungeon group if you are not okay with the rules and specifics of already existing ones.
Yes, this is not a change, but now you get to see both of the fees.
You forgot to include all the hours in PvP.
There is plenty of profit in crafting.

Really? I mean, really really?
Honest question time. What part about bundle items was so confusing? Was it combat? Was it having a bunch of new skills when you picked up something? Or maybe the sparkles on the ground for bundle items was too distracting?
I’m trying really hard to even fathom what kind of confusion you might get from diving goggles. They’re not in combat locations, you only get two skills. They’re not even abundant in low level areas, so they can’t be that distracting (unless you walk into a city).
But new characters are simply told “you cannot use that item now.”
I can’t even begin to describe how sad, disappointing and honestly confused I am at this “feature pack”. You have ruined leveling. It’s that simple. Here is a list of what I believe is wrong with the new leveling system:
- Unlocking weapon skills at various levels rather than unlocking them as you get kills feels so weird. For example, I love the Longbow Skill 5 on Ranger, it’s just an amazing skill and seeing it for the first time I thought “WOW, that’s an epic skill”! However, I now have to wait until level 10 to get this skill, something which I got at level 3 when I bought a Longbow off the TP to see what it would be like. It’s ridiculous
- Unlocking the ability to explore Vistas, Points of Interest and Skill Points at certain levels rather than as soon as you begin exploring the beautiful of Tyria is perhaps the most bizarre addition of the leveling changes. I guess seeing these pop up on the screen at level 2 gave every other newcomer apart from me a fright and confused them . I want to look at these vistas and see how amazing the game looks, I want to see these Points of Interest and I want to unlock Skill Points to buy new and exciting Utility skills without having to reach a certain level. Speaking of skill Points…
- Unlocking Utility skill slots AT EVEN LATER LEVELS THAN BEFORE THE PATCH is pointless. I was so frustrated when I first got the game that I couldn’t use Elite Skills until level 30 because they sounded so cool and I wanted to use them but I understood the purpose of locking them behind levels as you don’t want to overwhelm the player with lots of slots which the player can’t obtain yet as they lack skill points. But unlocking slots skills even later than before is ridiculous.
- Unlocking the ability to swap weapons to level 15!?!? What!?!? Swapping weapons is what GW2 unique and swapping between my Greatsword and my Hammer on my Guardian when I hit level 7 was awesome and I loved the idea of having a new set of skills to replace my Greatsword every 10 seconds was amazing. Now, new players have to wait until level 15 before they can even do that which is such a shame considering how good of a feature Weapon Swapping is.
- Gathering unlocked at level 9 is absurd as when I started the game, interacting with the Copper Ore and Harvesting Plants felt smooth and exciting as I could turn these into items to either sell or use when I got to a high enough level. Now, players literally have to wait until a certain level before they even gather materials for crafting (Which I have to wait until level 12 to actually start doing despite there being items which I can use at lower level) or selling. Speaking of selling…
- TP, PvP, WvW, Guild Panel, Wardrobe and many other examples of UI are locked until a certain level. You really must think people coming into the game are babies or something because to lock the ability to sell items on the TP before you reach a certain level is absurd because I remember at level 5 collecting Vanilla Beans in Caledon Forest and selling them for a couple of silver when I bought the game.
- Salvaging is locked until level 12 will confuse new players more as they will have lots of items which they don’t know what to do with (especially since you can’t Bank Items until level 9 or Sell items on the TP until level 17) and it will cluster their inventory meaning they might discard the item or sell it to a merchant, something which they probably shouldn’t do.
- Jumping Puzzles unlocked until level 21. No Words…
- The stats gains which are only available to specific levels are possibly the worst change of them all. http://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/2fyyi5/gated_base_stats_in_level_rewards_broke_the/
This link explains all that is wrong with the stat changes as I believe this person explained it better than I could.
There are so many more points I could mention but I believe, hopefully, that ANet has seen the point and, if not, here are some other posts with problems about the new leveling changes:

And for a good year the Warrior pretty much was at the bottom of the barrel of sPvP and pretty much a free kill 1v1.
Even in the recent tourney’s you mostly saw only 1 warrior, some teams had no warriors. Most of the teams that featured 2 warriors lost. If they were far more superior than any other class then why don’t we see a 5 man warrior team at the highest level? Why are guardians and eles more represented?
Stop QQing about Warriors in general.

I am so tired of feature less feature patches
well, you’re on the wrong game. XD
My opinion is on the table but I can’t give you a definite answer.

Anyway, congratulations, and what an exceptional act of kindness on the stranger’s part. I hope he gets lots of good karma for it.
Karma was nerf’d hard
Go to your hero panel and click the star icon on the left side bar-read through it. Not sure how far down you’d have to go to see it though.
Edit: It seems that the story before “Setting the Stage” is where you’ll find what order you chose.
