I have missed 3 boss events in a row because of this, the guesting on Gandara is getting out of hand. I do like the idea that people guesting cannot access the chest. To be honest other than dungeons guesting has been nothing more than a nuisance.

To me Charr should look fierce and imposing, the teeth and horns on female Char just don’t look right to me.

It is hard to not stand on red circles when the range of it covers the entire room.

Try dodging rain when there is nothing to shield you.

Better yet remove it. I’m fed up of chasing them constantly since everyone runs one now.

I’ve always had far better luck with black lion kits and I’ve salvaged a LOT of rares. Master and mystic kits are no where near as successful.

Or they could just add ascended accessories… Which they are doing.

I have no problem having people under level 80 in my group, but when they die in 10 seconds flat the second they get into combat it does become pretty frustrating.

I don’t see anything wrong with wanting a full 80 group when you want it done promptly.

So, the jump puzzle is a timed event. Except it’s hard to see where you’re jumping when there’s giant characters on the snow flakes completely occluding your body. It’s basically jumping blind until they fall. The puzzles overly hard as it is, without having to basically do the first half blind.

Put the big races on their own island.

This is a very poor excuse of those that are generally bad at jumping because you dont need to see your character to jump properly. As a matter of fact asuras are easiest race to complete anything jump-related because they suffer less from camera issues (for example just try to do Troll’s End with largest Norn or Charr).

Pretty much, I’ve tried jp’s with all sizes of characters and by far the hardest for me was my full size Charr.

Too many people can’t come on during Christmas day for them to do anything.

The monthly does not count. I can confirm this. My achievement stayed at11/12 when I completed my Monthly.
Can be a bug or they added a stealth achievement for simply talking to Tixx in LA.

The monthly certainly does count, my achievement total increased by 2 after completing both.

It was the nail in the coffin for me, not only do I find it boring and repetitive but I also can’t play with friends…?

IMO all of this Tixx content has been nothing but a major flop…

No, magic find only affects mob drops.

Exactly the reason why I always try to be the party leader. But I agree it needs to change.

I currently have 10 stacks of it in my storage waiting for the price to increase but it seems there is far too much supply for that to happen before halloween next year.

Because being spawn camped is always fun…

I’m a bit disappointed myself, I thought it was bugged until the toy soldiers appeared. I was getting a bit more variation, nothing much just enough to make each day feel unique.

The solution is for the puzzle not to be timed. Please, Anet. I want a challenging puzzle that isn’t timed.

So, have you completed every other jumping puzzle in the game? You didn’t find Dark Reverie (for example) to be “challenging” ?

I’m not saying that there aren’t challenging jumping puzzles. I’m saying “Why not make a more difficult jumping puzzle WITHOUT a timer?”

Because that in itself takes away half of the challenge…

Far too easy, in fact I find it easier than most of the original jumping puzzles and that’s saying a lot.

Whether you want to play solo or not why would you buy a multiplayer and expect to never have to group up…

No it’s not, I got it. You’re obviously just missing a well concealed one.

Additional runs do just reward gifts in diminishing amounts every subsequent time.

I like the setting and theme of it but other than that it’s far too easy and I don’t get any sense of accomplishment in completing it. The clocktower was fun and a challenge at first but it’s obvious this JP has been dumbed down to cater to people that don’t understand the concept of a challenge.

It’s already been confirmed that you can attain a total of 500 cogs over 5 events to give you enough for two mini’s.

It seems ridiculous that you could take off 95% of the person’s health by yourself but because an ally got the last shot in you get nothing for it.

I just got it, you must have just missed one that is well hidden.

The jp was beyond easy… Seriously it couldn’t be dumbed down much more if they tried.

My only problem with it is the insane waiting time if you fail.

I can’t recall ever being killed by a necro in a 1v1 with any profession, those thieves must have been terrible.

I received a chest even though I participated in the event and looted the chest without issue. So thank you I guess. Although I’m curious why I got another one and others didn’t.

While many who looted the actual event chest got exotic crap only useful for salvaging (about 5g value). I and people in my group only got crap excluding the guranted 20slot bag and trinket.

I’ll be furious if that turns out to be the case. My loot couldn’t have been any worse to be honest and I was there from the beginning until the end.

I don’t like it either.

As others have said they aren’t even that good. IMO you’re better off using orbs.

Not so good you say? Divinity gives you significantly more stats than any other set in the game. It is pure math. The combination of stats+special effects from the other sets are no match for the high raed stat + versatility that this set gives to any build.
I started playing a long time after the release date so now that I have full lvl 80 exotic gear I feel like I need to farm 50gold to get a set and stay even with other 80 wvw players. If these are not so good why are they sooo overpriced? ANET should increase drop rate or flood the market a little bit to get prices down.

+60 to every stat is hardly game changing, you’re better off sticking to specific stats than only being average in a load of them. Ruby orbs for example will give you far better damage output in comparison.

I’m pretty certain chests don’t drop white items…

Difficult to obtain armour should stay that way.

The mystic kit only has a 25% chance of getting rare materials, don’t complain when you know the chances aren’t great. Personally I always use a black lion kit or on the occasions that I have none and the gem conversion rate is terrible I’ll just sell them.

I’m far more efficient by myself. I’ve tried guild area clears with 20+ people and you spend a long time waiting for everyone to finish each specific task. I prefer doing things at my own speed. I do however prefer group farming or WvW.

That’s because just about everyone is in the higher level areas now. I’m on a high population server and only occasionally see people in low level areas yet a lot in the higher level areas.

Try clearing out your mail, it worked for me earlier when I bought something.

How about putting ectos on the item mall.. like 4-5 ectos per 100 gems. I think everyone can be happy about this. You can either salvage forever to get your ectos or spent $$$ for it. ArenaNet makes money, you get your exotic/legendary. Everyone happy.

That would effectively be gold selling unless ectos were made account bound.

No there’s not. You should be used to things not being in the game that should be.
