c) Just because something is farmed doesnt mean people get what they are trying to get, like loadstones from elementals.
d) we could just be overlooking the simple fact that other world bosses (Jormag Shammy, Shadow Behemoth, Destroyer, Wurm, etc) could be dropping it, since they aint even close to as popular they could drop it.

Hufflepuffer.4201 – Strength of Undeath is using the right trait but wrong tooltip, look at the BWE vids of lets say totalbiscuit or one of the old talent calculators and youll see the tooltip correct there (gain power depending on life force).

I used to wanna make a Centaur Rune+Dagger/Wh+DS power build with permanent LF generation and swiftness, the fact that it doesnt work for as long as you have swiftness on ruined it for me a nice chunk of time ago, still WH 5 is great and the LF generation works while in DS.

draugris.9872 – chilling darkness doesnt work with plague… not a single trait does in transformations for necros…

Gempulse.9463 – kitten sorry its Gargoyle staff that BoA (stupid code sometimes showing sometimes not showing the name of the item)

Axe – Just tune the numbers or replace with Sword (both hands) and Torch for burning
Vampiric – Siphoning should scale with Power as it did with more blood points and damage in GW
Wells – 1/3 uptime should standard like most other class aoe utility effects
Plague – no need for change
Death Magic – strongly agree
DS – 3 more skills (or at least 1 more) so that it aint a on demand downed form and reduction of life blast cast to 1/2 and making it scale with Life Force not lose 50% dps because you are on 49% life force
Epidemic – agree, 20 second/16 second recharge would be better, but it shouldnt be touched till all necro bugs are fixed and we have a viable way of stacking high bleeds

Also how about then removing Well of Darkness too and make Necros totally useless since desruption is the only thing we do right right now.

Karl McLain – A) teleporting stops all channeled skills upon shadowstep (pistolwhip+trap), so no you cannot Dark Pact them unless you abuse the fact that starting a animation while shadowstepping (steal+cloak and dagger – what i concider a bug that should be fixed) isnt actually stopped, but still is around 3/4 of a second for it to go off and a enemy to dodge.
B) Right now DS is still a on demand downed state and will be till it gets more abilites and a actual auto attack.

JonPeters -
A) Put all bug fixes into the patch notes (like the Vampiric working of all skills)
B) For a fact i know that JH did revive downed enemies in hotjoin pvp since both me and a guildie who was using his necro (Evara) got enemies rezzing from the horrors if they actually got the killing blow on it (just as death nova from traits doesnt work with putrid explosion, kill =/= suicide. Or at least it seems like that).
C) Check all skills/traits/other stuff (runes, combo fields) both in spvp, pve and wvwvw, since right now there are a few traits that work in spvp, but not in other types of play (like the focus range increase/cdr).

For now just go with blood instead, better healing your allies with life transfer than rez enemies.

Signet of the Locust – the healed component actually does scale with healing power… on a 0.125 ratio if you hit 5 targets… as in you get from one use of it on 5 targets as much as you get from 1 tick of regen from healing power…

Putrid mark rarely procs AOE chaos storm of Spectral walk, and when it does it last for like 1-2 seconds. not sure if intended.

You mean spectral wall… right? (and yes it, wurm and bone minions have a pretty buggy relationship with spectral wall… while other classes blast finishers dont)

Scepter/Dagger with second weapon staff. Corruption utilites with plague elite for condition in a 20/30/0/0/20 (Fear of Death and Master of Terror do help out a nice chunk with boss fights, not just pvp as i found out)
Direct damage would be Dagger/warhorn with second weapon staff again. Well utilites with lich or golem (depends on fight and if you want to bother with re summoning the golem and massive aggro pulls he does) and at least 20/0/0/20/20 (the last 10 depend on what line you like the most).

Mainly stay with Staff, scepter dagger is there for the cripple, blind and weakness, if you are sure you wont need em (boss is straight up) swap it into dagger/warhorn (warhorn having Hydro sigil).
Fear is the bane of all bosses since it ignores their defiant and the effect versions (not the boon one) of stability. Some might be immune but thats pretty rare.

For WvWvW Dark Path+Well of Darkness+Dagger 1 spam is viable.

NB0018: I tested Spectral Grasp against many Mists NPCs on all kinds of terrain. It never once failed while I was in range. So probably fixed! – Can say not fixed. Just try using it on anything in orr while downhil, they will move half pixel, be on the ground for half a second and not even close to melee of you.

NB0113: The tooltip says “creates a field that poisons foes and leaves them weakened.” It applies weakness and poison to a foe once for each time the enter the circle. So if a foe enters the circle, then leaves it, then enters it again, they get the conditions applied twice, once for each time they entered. I think the tooltip is accurate as written.

NB0065: Still doesn’t scale with +healing, but I’m confident this is intended behavior. +healing didn’t increase health siphoning in GW1 either, and we have access to the Bloodthirst trait if we want it increased. I think this “bug” should be removed from the list. – if it is based on GW, all siphons should scale with power and not be counted as healing for the effects of poison, if not healing power should scale with all of it with a at least a 0.125 ratio (same as regeneration and signet of malice).

a) Doors are on a timer determined on people in a random area around em, if from the time you spot one appear you didnt get to it, means you were doing something else too thus didnt just run to it since i never lost one if i really wanted to get it if i saw it spawn
b) They can spawn stuff within a at least 900 radius (so a 1800 diameter) from any side of the door, so chance is you just missed the really thin 2d green light effect that goes to the point where the thing you got spawns
c) They fixed infinite respawns (since nothing else with halloween was broken as in bugged, but some stuff was exploitable thus the second “fix” patch).

Nesso.1806 – yes they do, both the mark of horrors ones and the reanimators, you just have to freaking target em to rally what is the hard part, also no, it heals all enemies that change patterns upon aggro (risen krait, skelk, wraiths, etc).

Why do i get the Recipe: Major sigil of the night for weaponsmithing from the 250 candy corn 25 of each other rare mad king mat (twice in a row since i had the mats so decided to see if its just a gamble)?
Multiple sources say that its the superior sigil of the night recipe… Bug or is it actually just a dice roll.

Easy fix, make a overly complicated scavanger run from heart vendors and a at least basic dungeon achivement as the requirement for unlocking the combinations (like collecting 80 special/flavour texted heart weapons of the type and somehow combining them for the precursor).

Necromancer kills in PvP and WvWvW are classed as NPC kills and as the Krait type for Daily kills, but for the sake of balance we made their pull skill always be obstructed and gave it the speed of the cosmetc scythe claw.

Hackuuna.4085 – depends on the type of stability, short term utility skill ones (armor of earth and such) and bosses with stability can and will get feared (Golems in SE story mode, helps a lot on golem 2 since its also a cc thus cannot be eaten by the flame golem and stops his channel). I stopped players in wvwvw multiple times with reapers mark from stomping with stability on thus as said it must be either a channel or the pre cast taunt on bosses to stop anything with fear.

iSinner.4285 – simple, make a screenshot, since the simple fact that we die from falling if we are in DS with 8% of LF and full hp from a small fall (since it counts LF as a life bar), but a massive attack from a mob still hits you to hp if it takes your DS away.

Umbrall.5081 – If you get vampiric precision with high enough crit but low power (it works like sigil of bloodlust and heals for about the same amount) you can heal the risen on orr.

Harnel.6810 – Btw just as Dhuums, the skull Grenth has is a mask (you can see him not having the same one he has all the time 250 years ago on the other ones) on the orr statues, just as with dhuums description and the Mural of Grenth.

Sheobix.8796 – the x(number) means it does a total of that damage over the amount of ticks, not that much damage pre tick…

At least reduce the cast time to 1/4 and make it homing with the 100% finihser thing, then multiple slow flying claws that come for your doom (right now im rather in melee with dark path and dagger aa and use staff just for marks than attack with staff).
