Gonna tell you the one sad reason why this didnt work, you do the same amount of DPS with Life blast as a healing power focused elementalist who spams 1 in water with dual dagger… yes i tried a simmilar setup (20/10/0/10/30) since i like the life transfer heal for groups with 78 berserkers acolyte armor (1 divinity, 5 eagle runes).

Written in optional swaps about well of darkness (sorry forgot to swap on the build)~, grenth is for the name (yes 3 ice 3 sanc runes is the stat prefered combo) and if you didnt notice, this is kitten fun build, not actually viable post annoying mesmers, rangers and theifs that like quickness.
Seriously is a bit of fun (what it obviously is since i started with freaking Arnold puns) that hard to make on the necro forums? Cmon lets make the mood cooler around here, we seriously did start sounding like either 12(00) year old sparkly vampires that go pedo or old guys that are buthurt because someone placed a jagged horror on our chair.

You chill (blains and drop all other marks), you chill (Dark path with the 10% life force you got), you chill (weapon Swap), you chill (out of DS, Well of Darkness and then Locust swarm into Dark Pact) and if things go a bit wrong you still chill if you wanna opt into it (if you go full runes of grenth on heal chill, but then take consume conditions or go back to DS about every 13 seconds).
Optional swaps: Full Grenth runes, Well of Corruption for Epidemic, Lich form for more Chill (but chances are you get moad in lich), Consume Conditions if you feel selfish, Dagger Warhorn melee block to Scepter/Dagger for a bit more chilling and range, but you lose out on a nice part of damage (yes you do mainly stay in melee).
Its fun and remember HAIL GRENTH!

Honestly how do we know that we actually fought Zhai Zhai? I mean the mouths on the concept art have mouths in them with probably even more mouths within them!
It could be that we made Zhai Zhai bite his tongue thus making a part of him (would explain why the whole freaking lower torso is missing, it was the part of his tongue) come out, he is maybe stuck under orr like atlas in gree mythos under the globe.

Yes asura do do the golem and magitech stuff, but most of it never leaves Rata Sum, golems collapse after getting beaten on by rat people that are vastly more stupid than the common saladhead or human even in groups of 5 (with each of em being about as smart as a asura in groups of like 20 or something like that), not to mention that the strongest and oldest order was started by humans, they still got a bit of godly power on their side and that charr have freaking Charzookas, salad peaople their semi hive mind effect of each generation being smarter than everyone who lived up to their birth… norn and asura dont bring much to the power line… just like in the fight against the great destroyer.
BTW Vampiric on weapon skills now too skills since the bloodthirst update but everyone kinda forgot to mention it since its pretty much useless. Plague signet has just under 5 second check for conditions for what i saw but still pretty kitten and the stealth “signets must be targeted to work” fix kinda killed the point of it.

Also NP0008 isnt a bug, pretty sure that its intended since transformations use additional weapon sets (look up the items on Guildhead, e.g. plague gives greatsword kills).
Well since its still bugged as kitten and just copies instead of transfering conditions onto you, i really dont care about it.
Edit: Found out, it works this patch, but since it now requires a target to remove conditions from you, gonna stick to spectral walk.

Dude, its ok, most people who finished the personal storyline are just gearing up for dungeons and you wont use these weapons for stats, but for looks, there are the 80-80 transmutation stones, you get like 10 of em for 2 gold. Then think about it, is a kitten lightning skull staff with perfect stats worth it for around 5 gold? (3 for the exotic with your perfect stats and 2 all the trans stones youll for a full set).

1. Spectral armor life force generation by condition damage stopped working 2 patches ago
2. Spectral walk generates 10% life force randomly by dots, but doesnt then from all other hits (you can test it with the guards of the guild lord pretty easy)
3. Last grasp activates on the first hit after you hit under 50% hp not on the one that brings you under it (probably working as intended but tooltip wrong)
4. With greater marks active, only the fully fixed chillblains has the full aoe targeting indicators (green circles before you actually cast it but you already clicked the skill)
5. Reapers mark still has the well effect instead of the mark effect on the edge making it way easier to spot in pvp (maybe intentionall but still bloody annoying)
There are a few things with life force, DS and Moa (that should go on Mesmer forums) etc, but since i hope that a-net will revisit the DS, wont bother listing em.
DiogoSilva.708 – actually, not really, eles got about half as many bugs as necros (while other professions around 1/4th, thus necros should still be on top of the fix list).
Fix report – Chillblains works perfect, but since it actually works it shows that it should also increase the targeting aoe, while Mark of Blood and Putrid Mark aint and reapers mark still has the well aoe show effect thus letting a enemy know there is a mark there much more clearly (the puffy well smoke on the edge instead of the thin white circle.

Works just fine for me, there’s no delay in applying buffs, or any other delays in the chain of events.(NB0035)
The Flesh Golem doesn’t work underwater, the surface of the water is the same as being underwater, that’s why it’s un-summoned. Neither is (NB0076) really a bug, since you don’t have those minion skills slotted in the example given. It’s no different on land if you swap a minion skill for different skill.(NB0077) & (NB0079)
This very likely intended behavior, as Conditions bypass Toughness and Defense stats and aren’t intended to be modified by Vulnerability or other effects.
The 35 and 76 post isnt about it not being a underwater skill/not on the same location on bar problem, but putting them on CD, no other class gets skills thrown onto CD just because they go underwater, giving all enemies a nice, at least 20 second window of you being a free kill (if you go MM in pvp for some reason).
77/79 – thats the whole point of conditions… really bad scailing but ignore enemy armor, all % damage increase and decreases should still be working on it (e.g. for skills Decreases enemy toughness by 50% = no impact on conditions, Enemy takes 50% more damage = damage of conditions gets boosed).
I think you should read the bugs report before making another flaming thread…

The pet despawn thing is there and tech seen moa destroying transformations aint a bug, just unfair and all bugs related to moa should be on the mesmer forums (since same thing can happens to warriors enies and eles).
Check it, even if boons might be on you, but lose the effect… (you dont take 33% less damage if you have protection on and it removes form gained stability from you, cant confirm for other boons, but for the 2 i can since it happend every freaking time).
Definition of transformation:
Using a transform will allow the user to become something else. While transformed, the target gains a variety of new abilities such as increased damage, a different skill bar, or other effects like stability or invulnerability. Certain skills can also transform a foe or neutral creature. Many elite skills transform their user.
Most transform skills are replaced by “Leave Form” skill which allows the user to exit the transformed state manually.
DS has both a new skill bar, increased base weapon damage and the tranformation skill gets replace by a leave form skill… yes DS is a transformation, only that it doesnt state it as it is the class mechanic, also you obviously didnt even look at the uploaded picture, nor do you know the fact that moa transformation strips all boons off you…

Hmmm, interesting thought about Dhuum being Grenths father, it would also explain why Dwayna and her followers dont like Grenth and his cough possible g/ra~pe case cough
It would also explain the pale green mist (well dhuums we know from in game, grenths from the different artworks) and why he has spiky, but still angelish green wings on the official art and murals of him (e.g. Isle of the Dead one), maybe even state that the skull is actually a mast just like Dhuums.

What would be better than vigor is making:
a) perma stability while in DS like it used to (or at least the stun break part upon use of F1)
b) plain removing the dps lost aspect (take max damage, put it as our 10% life blast damage and then scale for 5% damage for every 10% life force if they really want energy management).
Please no more talk about necros with greatswords… already enough classes want em, need em etc, normal one handed dual wield swords would be much better.
Did you know… moa also dispels your lich form? and trashshroud err i mean DEATH shroud wait… that didn’t really make it sound any better. anyway… oh yes plague too. It even removes boons from you lol well not all of them as far as i remember but enough to make it funny.

It is a transformation, so yes i is just as plague, only as the “class mechanic” not elite.
BTW, DS life force pool isnt affected by toughness, just vitality~
Also Curses, despite the non indicative name is actually the crit tree, not spite, since all of the bonus conditions are applied on crit. Also if Soul Reaping had 2 major attributes and Curses 2 minior, it kinda doesnt fit the setup anymore.

How about major trait options being unlocked on a pre 5 point invested basis? (2 new major trait options, not slots for every 5 points in a line) It would unlock a lot more flexibility in builds and build options since builds that go for 15 or 25 points pre line would be more common since they wouldnt be actually crippling the player that much.
Tested on fire pit (40-70~ ping on US server) it triggers on the next attack after you fall under 50% hp, not on the hit that pushes you under 50%.
Staff is there for the fear, condition transfer, a reliable heal and a bit for the chil+poison*weakness and if DS focused for life force generation, but in general a much stronger dps setup is ScepterM DaggerOff and second setup Axe/DaggerM Focus/WarhornOff.
NO ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONS!
Hope that a-net learned from GW what a mess it did when new classes were added… more weapons, sure, more races, also ok, full out professions, NO!
Back from tests! Yes SR seems to increase life force, but the trick is, LF seems sto always hold on as a 100% of your hp value (if you increase it it should be 130%), but how much life force gets removed depends on how much actual hp you would lose in %, not as a special hp bar, probabaly the same reason why falling from hights if you have full ds and full hp from a jump that barely kills you doesnt just eat all DS and part of your hp but plain kills you.

(used the mesmer skill point fight since its easier to reproduce without dying in 3 seconds to a real mesmer).
Its so buggy that you can still cast other skills with 5(moa skill) 6789 (DS skills)!

Well stuff should hold at least by part to the origin, (vampires to blood countess and vlad the impaler, necromancers to sobek, greek tales of heros going to the underworld, Joan of arc and Arthurian legends). Also where are our scythes?
Fudge it still think we need full rework (but i wont bother posting original traits and stuff since as necros you should already know em or since you can see this use the internet).
sometimes a ~20 second fear is triggered. Clearly a bug. It happened to me today when I tried to finish a downed Necro. He used his fear (and I think I may have stepped on a fear mark too?). Anyways, the fear duration was extremely long.
I remember some time ago someone claiming that my Necro did it too (although that person was claiming that I was using some hack). During that time, as I remember, the person received fear from my mark and deathshroud fear almost simultaneously.
Old bug from Reapers Protection, already said to Hashes that it randomly triggers, but just on necro fearing necro, other forms of cc wont do it (lich form push, pull form grasp if it works, etc).
My only gripes are bugs and that there is no real synergy for mixed builds (traits and utilites feel set up like forcing you to get the full line and at least 2 more of the same type of utility).

2. Yes the dragon at the start of the sylvari zone is caused by the corruption of the Nightmare Court, thus showing the true nature of the Sylvari since the second generation mostly didnt get influenced by the teachings on Ventari’s tablet
3. Leave it to the future, dont spoil yourself by doing what a lot of us did and link Shiro to the Lich.
Levetty.1279 – No it actually made warlocks useful for shattering and yeah 0 cd on a projectile absorbing phantasam that did around 1k damage (mind you its a defensive ability) is totally balanced and intended if you had PHaste and Wardens Feeback.
Also no, Epidemic has a 600 radius, still a 1200 range, the bug was if you casted epidemic of a high ground, you it could have up to 3000~ range no matter how small the high ground was.
10x might is enough for a power well necro to take it by itself, I would think.
+350 power by itself is going to be equivalent to 3x extra pieces of gear for example.
Add that with the might some of them stack up from life blast, and they could be hitting 25ish stacks of might.
Yes since additional 15% damage really makes up for losing a well /sarcasam
Nerf for all necros. Rather remove the direct damage component and add the 20% LF back.
More Necro bugs:
Spectral Walk and Armor buffs no longer work with condition damage dealt to you, but when hit by a condition in spectral walk you get 10% life force and no longer generates any by getting hit by normal damage
More of a Problem than bug -
Spectral Grasp still being buggy as kitten causes the 10% life force to be pretty useless (since you dont gain it unless you hit)
