Yes but it’s the difference between 35,000 karma and a few hundred. Since you have to transmute anyway if you have exotics, might as well get the cheapest.
The password for the forum and the game is the same. It may be possible to retrieve a forgotten password by using your browser tools. If that fails you can contact support and make a ticket and they can send you a link to reset your password.
Someone said you have to have a ticket in your personal inventory for that tab to appear. I guess they are cleaning up the tab appearance for the many people who don’t have those tickets. Makes it less confusing for them.
If this is so, then they added it today at reset, as I check the vendor almost every day, and I didn’t need a ticket in my possession to peruse the Jade Weapons.
I read a previous post about it yesterday or so. Someone was commenting the tab was gone then saying it appeared when they had a ticket in their inventory.
They also have the Jotun Greatsword available for karma from a heart vender in Snowden Drifts. It’s the one with the white smoke or glow coming off it.

If the people are using the same computer or the same set of IPs, I can’t think of how ANet can catch them by this method. I’m sure you can report it though and they can check it out.
Regardless of what letter you might send another person, ANet considers trades between 2 people as gifts and they won’t intervene if one person scams another doing this. They already said all trading is to be done through the trading post and all person to person trade is at your own risk. This means any letter you send another person has no value.

Support will not get involved in these sorts of transactions. Protecting players form scamming is one of the primary reasons that the Trading Post was developed, and those who choose not to use it are in a “buyer or seller beware” situation.
You may report the player, if you wish. However, Support will not attempt to extract and return the item, because it is probably long gone and may now be in the hands of someone who has no idea it initially was stolen.
Please use the Trading Post in the future.

You will need to contact support. Go to the support tab at the top of the page and then to ‘ask a question’. Fill out a ticket to request an email update.
I have not rec a b-day gift yet. i was in beta as well as the “Head Start” so i should have got one. I did summit a ticket today about it. I know there is an issue going on here. so i will wait and hope to get one in my in game mail here in the next few days.
Did you delete and remake characters after Head Start? Check your characters age just to be sure by typing /age in chat.
One of my guildies got that a few times and eventually fell for it. Lost a few hundred gold. When the hacker(s) were in on his account, a bunch of us in the guild were on, and we wondered why he didn’t answer us in chat. Hacker also invited 2 others into the guild, who then accessed our guild bank within the same minute (cross referenced the history on each), but fortunately got nothing as we don’t keep valuables or cash there. The invitees left the guild shortly thereafter. When my guildie found out, he ran some antivirus programs to remove any keyloggers that may have invaded his system and then changed his password to something unique. This post should be stickied.
I suspect you won’t get help without a ticket turned in first so you should to write a ticket to support. If it’s unsuccessful then you can post an appeal with the ticket number. The ticket number will allow Gaile to see what exactly you are talking about. Without a ticket I suspect she won’t look into it as she is the person whose job it is to review old or declined tickets.
One problem is the game has no starting tutorials that teach new people about combs and how to best use them. Starting payers with new toons are usually playing solo and since they are soloing they rarely encounter other people’s fields to learn about them. By the time they get high enough to do dungeons, they have a set way of playing. Which doesn’t include other’s combo fields. ANet seems to have forgotten that new people need teaching. They expect them to wander the world and learn this just by playing. This works for some but not for many
Because then the daily reward will seem to be just a mystic coin and some silver. This will make the reward for the daily appear to be less for the same amount of work. The karma gain will at be the same either way but most people won’t notice it if it’s just added, especially if they are new and not expecting a karma gain.
I sincerely hope the way it is now is a bug. If its not, it’s another dumb design decision by ANet. I swear, this game is turning into ‘death by a thousand bad decisions’.
I’m unable to use the search bar at all. I’m able to type what I want in there, but I can’t actually execute the search, whether I press enter or click the search button, I get nothing.
Same. It used to pretend to search, now nothing. When I type in ‘search’ on this forum it didn’t even show zero results. The search bar works like its searching but then nothing happens.
I’ve seen the guild bank problem happen a few times, randomly. For me, it went away after a few hours. If it doesn’t go away after a day, then contact support about it.
I haven’t seen anybody in the forums reporting problems with support, except this thread here. It sounds like they are referring to the same thing you are.
A number of passwords have been blacklisted for security reasons. She should be making a completely unique passward never used at any other site.
If she absolutely can’t create a password she should contact support using the support tab at the top of the page then go to ‘ask a question’ and make out a ticket. Anything she doesn’t know she should put in something like unknown or N/A. Support can also be contacted at Support@GuildWars2.com.
If they removed the jugs as reward from the daily then all you would appear to get is a mystic coin and 5 silver. Most people won’t notice the karma gain. This way people get an additional tangible reward of the karma jug.

You might try visiting every single map in turn, including each city. Sometimes the big map will show an area as 100% when you mouse over it and it not be right.
Mule and guild vault can’t be used for soul/accountbound items and with all “living story items”(Marjory book, Sanctum model…) it feels really stupid to have such low limitation in bank storage anyway. It’s an easy way for anet to get more money.
You can use mules for account bound items. I have one mule and that’s all it’s carrying.
You can buy extra character slots or use unused ones, and use them as mules. They can’t hold soulbound items but they can hold everything else. Personal guild banks give extra storage but can’t hold account or soul bound items. In Guild Wars 1 storage was pretty limited also. I had a number of mules to hold extra junk.

No one knows. However they did say that the Bazaar would come back, possibly periodically. If so you can mine the nodes there. Since the reward of the node was for completing a meta event, it is unlikely they will have the same reward again. If you have a willing friend or guildie, you can visit their home instance with them and mine their node once a day. You should be able to mine multiple nodes a day if you have multiple friends/guildies who can let you in their instance.
The region lock just means your account information is stored in the NA server set and not in the EU. The lock means you can’t guest to an EU server if you are NA and vice versa. However you can access your account from anywhere in the world.
You can directly bring it to their attention with a bug report or you can hope your forum post is one of the ones they read. If it was me I would make a bug report.
The buffs are nice. The scrolls, I am holding on to mine and hoping for new professions or races. I can use them then. The mini Jennahs? They messed up here. What they could have done was make that a gift for your account turning a year old and everyone gets just one. I feel that would have been better than receiving multiples of them. Getting multiples of the same mini, it just makes the gift feel cheap. Especially since so many were expecting the gw1 version of birthday gifts.
Every single character has access to the rewards through the portal stone you get as a new character. You get as many of the skins as you want from the NPC. If you delete your portal stone you can get another from one of the merchant NPCs in Lions Arch. He is in a cave in the far west in the town. Or make another character and use its.
It loos like you are missing one map. Maybe get a list of all the maps and make sure you have each one, including Fields of Ruin which is off to the side.
They’ve taken that statue away and replaced it with so many other things in one year, it’s like a slide show that puts up a different image every time you look at it.
I’m sure it will be back, sooner or later. And then it will be gone again.
Also, people who want ascended weapons, or think they might, will no longer be selling mats. They know they have to have them for themselves since buying a weapon is not an option. What will this do to the prices of mats?

To get the Ranger Pet Swap hint, you are required to let your pet die and not swap it. After a few seconds the hint will appear.
See if that works. :-)
Also, I would check my traits or consumables to make sure my pet isn’t getting extra health regeneration. You never know what might mess things up.
