You can always report using the in-game reporting tool that Michaeljhuman is pointing out. For groups you could email your screenshots to Customer Support via a ticket.

Just a little clarification. If you witness any episode of exploiting do not post it here, on the forums, but rather send a complete report to the following email address: exploits@arena.net (I have seen in one answer made by a player a similar one but incorrect
). This will help the security team more effectively.

I am sorry to tell you that for the moment a change of name is rather unlikely unless it receives a report from other players that find it offensive. You can try nevertheless to write a ticket to Customer Support but do not build your hopes up.

Just to make it clear, the fore-mentioned thread was closed because it did fail to comply with the rules of conduct and it was becoming a very negative place. Normally, the mod team does clean private messages rather than closing an entire thread but sometimes the general tone and behaviour of the thread does not improve, which does not help in any meaningful way to the forum and therefore results in the thread being effectively closed. Remember that these threads are for discussing WvWvW calmly, constructively, and without personal attacks.

As we have repeatedly said, we are very committed to fighting botters and currently working on a big solution while at the same time asking for patience and reminding the community that the best way of helping us is to keep on using the in-game reporting tools.
