I haven’t visited this thread for a while, but I came here to say that you should continue with your works, they look awesome!

Cantha is just a must have, I can’t imagine a Guild Wars game without Cantha.

It even baffles me with the thought of not having Cantha in this game, it had so much potential in original Guild Wars, just imagine what they could do with Cantha in Guild Wars 2.

I would really love to see Cantha in Guild Wars 2, ArenaNet! Perhaps not as the next expansion, or the expansion after that, but at least somewhere in the future.

I see players all the time, I must spend most of my time in overflows and queues :S

I even see a lot of people in the mid leveling zones :S

All this talk and discussion about Thieves reminds me A LOT about this good old clip.

I got a mancrush on Josh Foreman for making the jumping puzzles, my favourite was of course, the Clock Tower. But since the Clock Tower is no in the game at the moment, I think I have to stick with Eternal Battleground, I love the feeling of not being 100% safe since enemies can attack you when you least suspect it.

Keep up the good work, create the mother of all jumping puzzles, make it dangerous, make it scary, make me fear it when I walk into it, but still the urge to complete it. I want to feel the same when I completed the Clock Tower.

Not level raise in either patches or expansion, we should stay at level 80 forever. I believe ArenaNet can pull it off, to show us good content without leveling treadmill, or gear treadmill.

I still think the level cap number we got now is bad. I never liked the number 80, it looks weird, I think 50 looks cooler, 50 looks like it got class, 80 got too much swag.

Why not a tonic? If the golden crown and the cape didn’t appear now, it might appear later for something else, this time it’s the Cat tonics turn.

The tonic is endless, it can’t be consumed, it’s just a fun vanity item.

He didn’t stop playing, he kept doing PvP and such stuff, but didn’t really bring PvP videos into his channel.

But for how many is it useless?

When they announced that guesting was coming in this patch I got rather happy, but as fast as they said that I would not be able to guest NA servers because I played in EU it just got bad and I felt ‘’meh.’’

I have no other friends playing in EU, and the only reason I wanted guesting was because the thought of going to NA servers to play with friends there, but that doesn’t work for me now.

TLDR; Guesting is a good feature, but for how many is it useless? Either it be restrictions or no other reason to go to other servers.

She’s really annoying, she’s saying random things out loud the same way if you were clicking on her, as an example ‘’Hello,’’ ‘’Indeed,’’ ‘’My krewe is on the verge of a breakthrough,’’ and stuff like that, but I wasn’t clicking on her.

I was looking around in Vigil HQ, and saw this big map on the table showing Branded enemies ’’invading’’ Queensdale.

The Vigil have mainly been about Risen, and Branded enemies are nowhere close Queensdale, so what could this be about?

In fact where does it say the Charr dislike capes? There are short capes you know and that’s what the Charr would probably wear instead of a full length cape.

Yea NO I’m not paying that price for a guildback pack sorry. If capes are outdated then why do people still use carriages when they could use say a Charr tank to move across the country? Why do people still use magic its so outdated. And equipping a back in the game gives you more storage slots? No it doesn’t.

Capes/cloaks are used for concealment of a person and whatever they carry on them which is still quite viable in the world of modern Tyria especially for THIEVES! Plus it would be quite awesome to have them on my mighty characters!

A cost on server change was there from the beginning, but since we didn’t have guesting in the start ArenaNet lifted the fee and made it free until we get guesting.

A fee for server changing is good so people don’t just server jump to the WvWvW server that wins the most, I dislike those kind of people.

ArenaNet have already said they are going to stay with the capture base mode and use it as their ground to everything. So we will not see any gamemodes for a long time.

Ascended weapons are not in the game yet. They will make an appearance sooner or later. It is confirmed though that Legendary weapons will automatically get an update to Ascended weapon level so you will not need to transmute it.

Yes, you can do it by using a Fine Transmutation stone. There are no restrictions really.

It’s all because YOU don’t like it even though you don’t have to use them. The whole “I don’t like them so you shouldn’t use them either” excuse.

You should learn how to play the game without making it easier for yourself with AddOns that aren’t needed. Yes, I’m telling you how to play your own game, because AddOns are just uneeded. That’s why we got people abusing meters, or people abusing macros that makes you do several things with just 1 button press.

If you want to go support I would recommend going 0/0/10/30/30.

Trait for Shielded Mind and Absolute Resolution in the Virtues line.

Valor Line can go with Strength in Numbers.

Skip the Rune of the Earth and go for Rune of the Soldier. You will now have a really good condition removing build, with shouts who can remove 2 conditions per shout because of the rune, and your Virtue of Resolve who removes up to three conditions. Virtue of Courage will also break stun.

Remove Scepter and Focus and use a Staff.

Your damage will stay the same.

We had this kind PvP style in Halloween where you picked up pumpkins and threw into the tombs to spawn more skeletons to destroy the other enemy’s tombs.

You already had a special set of skills but you couldn’t farm gold to by equipment or anything.

I just want to assure you that I do not dislike when people talk, communicate or link the yellow item they got from the last enemy. I love when people want to interract in dungeons and such.

But I’m just wondering, why? Why do people link stuff all the time if it’s rare and up? I’m not annoyed by it or anything like that, I’m just curious why people do it. Or why do you link your items if you get anything?

For myself I wouldn’t go with either. I think Greatsword is a really boring weapon :P

If you go to Queensdale, at the Fisherman shop, just in the start, there is a cat sitting on the table licking himself on the paw.

I know cats and internet is like fish and water but I don’t think it’s automatically an easter egg because of it :P

Will the Magic Find stat be kept in the game, changed, or removed? I think Magic Find is a really useless and boring stat, because I think players should be rewarded equally by their use of skills, and not a stat.

Horses don’t simply exist in Tyria.

A Centaur is not a horse in Tyria, a Centaur is a Centaur, and not a mix between a horse and a man.

People in Tyria uses Dolyak’s if they want anything heavy carried.

I do not in any way hate the players who use magic find, it is a stat afterall and should be used.

However, I think the stat is totally bull to have. We players should be rewared by using skills, building our characters in a way that increase our strenght in one way or the other, and loot drops should be given out if you managed to beat the enemy, not given some extra chance because you got a stat that increase rare loot drops, it’s just so bull in my opinion.

Loots, and rewards overall should be rewarded by using skills, not a stat, this is where I think ArenaNet failed. A loot increase stat shouldn’t even exist.

I don’t blame, and never will blame people for using Magic Find gear, the blame is something I will fill in a sack and hand over to ArenaNet.

I think you are missing something. The game is far, far from dead. Which server do you play on and have you thought about the time as well?

At the moment we do not know anything about Cantha other than it’s seaway is closed off because of Zhaitan and his Risen, and probably because of the Deep Sea Dragon. I don’t think Canthan New Year will make an appearance at this point of time in Guild Wars 2, but probably in a Cantha expansion.
