Sadly, the most time i see a gandara player during primetime (playing mostly on our homemap), he got the outmanned-buff…

We are still training, but we had some good actions lately (one of the videos got blocked in germany but i guess you should be able to watch it).

I bought the griffon, it’s account bound. Would say the same goes for the costume as my mad king costume is also account bound.

Huntsman can craft Maintenance Oil. While it says it increases power, it buffs precision (most likely a typo, as sharpening stones already increase power).

Level all crafting professions. Guildie paid about 60g for it ~2 weeks ago, but will likely cost more now.

Seems like my mjolnir has to wait…for a possibly looong time.

You can always buy the pet at the gem shop. That’s what i have done for my griffon (cost: about 5g, no real money) because i want the potion too.

So far i have spent about 10g trying to get this damn tonic….

Remember that, if you die, any number of opponents may rally und win the fight due to this. But you may always kill dolyaks, capture camps (can still be done with enough people), start a sneak-attack or simply stand at garrison watergate to report to your commander about incoming golemrushes.

/edit: Yeah i forgot manning siege…but only if you aren’t one of those guys that keep shooting after mobs while sitting one a treb o.O

You got all apothecary recipes automatically unlocked. At least i got them and never bought any recipe to learn them.

I don’t like it. Learn to manage your ressources if you need to break multiple doors/walls.

Have you tried to delete some of your received mails? Had a similar problem a while ago with my mad king costume.

I got mine in fractals lvl 3.

Was a fun primetime yesterday. We had a very nice coordinated main zerg lead by [AN] binding the enemy and our guild group flanking the enemy or vice versa. We beat [dw] multiple times and from the looks of the answers in the german forums it seems that they were very pleased to get this challenge from us ^^

Sure we wiped a few times. I remember an action, we standing on top of southwest camp, the RS [dw] zerg just walking out of the camp, maybe 2-2.5 times our number. Our leader commands us to charge in, we down about 10-15 of them the moment the battle begins, but sadly lost over time.
Afterwards our leader comments: “Well, at least they know we got balls” ^^

20 tries….still no endless plush griffon tonic (but 60 non-endless <.<)

I currently got an asura guardian, thief and ele (lvl 1 still stuck in tutorial) and don’t see a reason to make any one of my chars non-asura ^^

You also get free blueprints for doing the JP.

And, if you are able to bind or even demotivate enough players due to camping the JP you are essentially helping your team win.

Nothing more funny than seeing an enemy in WvW opening a present just to root him in place and watch the dolls shred him to pieces…

We are overpowering?

I could have 10k armor and would still be killed by the enemy zerg because there is no way i could ever get away from them unless there is a friendly tower/keep/spawn nearby. (My guild nowaday raids with ~60% eles….it’s a bit depressing sometimes)

I would take the warrior, being a guardian myself..

When out manned, there should be a single weapon drop in the spawn that lasts for 10mins.

It could be like an ele Volcanus drop or something, but grant like +1000 power and a temp Commander tag.
Anyone should be able to pick it up and should respawn if that person logs off or moves map.

Call it Excalibur or something. Maybe it could look like Infinite light the sword.

Better not…remember those people that find it funny to jump down cliffs while sitting in a golem? Yeah, exactly that people would pick up said sword and start doing the JP with it.

I even get that scream randomly when i just teleport to our spawn/garrison/elsewhere or even in PvE…

Asura, as we are the superior race and will eventually conquer all of those bookahs. Excelsior.

/edit: And asura heavy t2 armor looks quite nice. I don’t like t3 that much even if i had the gold.

We are having guild raid everyday during primetime, just find the map we are on and we could deliver you some fights Already fought succesful against [RSC] (even if it’s not a ‘real’ guild) and [dw] and would like to meet [DTK] on the battlefield.

A problem i encountered yesterday while playing my thief: When doing my long-term stealth via Shadow Refuge and open the present, the spawned enemies can still see and target me even if i am still marked as being stealthed.

I never had any problems regarding perspective. I usually hold my W button all time, only stopping at the candy canes. You can jump the 3rd present row from the right all the way up, the pattern is fixed. I have never even noticed the wind barrier in ~20 runs as i can just keep running and finish the JP with more than enough hp left.

Signet of the Locust (necro) also seems bugged. Saw it yesterday on a guildie and it still states 10% increase.

Not stonemist please. It would just encourage players to desert their borderlands and to give up stonemist to take it back later.

Feels way better now. Was finally able to see my opponents again yesterday o.O

I can tell you that there are no arrangements of any sort between RS and MS as far as i know. They keep running against our bay and garrison as much as we keep running against your hill, you against our garrison etc. Seems like a good 1v1v1 atm where everyone fights against the 2 other servers at all times.

It’s fine. If they camp the JP with 15 people, that’s 15 people less to fight against on the battlefield.

I couldn’t see a tag, but i just arrived as my guildmates already downed him/her, so maybe they remember the tag.

I remember fighting against [Dius] today. Was quite hard fighting that near to your spawn against your evergrowing numbers until we were overwhelmed (we were about 15-17 of our guild including some [PEST] members today) ^^

It seemed that a Gandara mesmer bugged into our bay on Gandara BL today. We could stop and defeat him but there aleady were ~20 Gandara outside waiting for a portal. Would be nice if you could look into this case.

Also nice fight against [dw] of Riverside at/in Bay. You were easily 2-3 times our number but that one arrow cart brought you so low that we could finish you off after you broke the inner gate ^^

Was a nice week after all. I had a very nice 1on1 against a deso thief yesterday before reset that i won after ~5-10 mins of hit and run and his side and me trying to corner and whack on him (hammer is sooo good for doing this). I forgot his guild though…

(Btw: never try to put bleeding damage on a guardian using purity, signet of resolve and 3 shouts with pure of voice ^^)

Had some nice fights against (seemingly) Gandara randoms at your northwest tower on Gandara homelands. You seemed a bit unorganized at the beginning, running at us in small groups getting yourselves wiped.

Sadly we had to leave to defend our spawntower and bay, otherwise we could have had some more fun =)

You can’t tell me that it’s better now…Kodash just attacked our north camp and it took them the entire time walking from the west gate to the actual camp until they finally appeared.

If you’re not running a staff for walls or focus for swirlies then go play another class. Waste of ele.

At least for 1) you can mark your leader using Ctrl + T (or whatever you are using to call a target). I believe that’s how all organized WvW guilds are doing it.

M3 (Click on scroll wheel) is dodging in my setup but i guess you want to be able to bind the actual scrolling…

You need them for just about every named exotic, legendary and otherwise special item i can actually think of, that’s why.

/edit: About the last week thing…dunno, i’m not much into tp manipulations and such.

To reiterate, there seems to be something wrong with NW tower gate textures or whatever and sometimes there’s nothing you can do to prevent this.

I have never bugged through the gate but the door already turned invisible for me more than once so i could quite clearly look into the inside of the tower from the outside or vice versa. (The door was still there, as i could click on it, see a hp bar and it would stop me if i tried to walk through it from either side)

Always a good thing to see another asura guardian. We may not be big enough to be a main target but we still can support and hack away at those bookahs kneecaps =)

If, at least in the interim, we have to give up having unique, multiracial, cool looking characters in WvW for human-sized “mist avatars” that simply show generic weapon/armor type and color by server, that is a sacrifice I’m pretty sure most of the community is willing to make.

For my opponents yes…but i would prefer to see my allies with their real armor/weapons/colors while raiding.
