On MS, our commanders are collecting donations for upgrades so no single player has to pay the cost for them.

If only we could do something against those idiots that keep ordering services before wall upgrades and such -.-

We are still putting up real fights. Maybe not server-wide and only during primetime, but there are still guilds like SK, TFL, ECL and (a little proud) Bots who are actively looking for a challenge, favorably on maps with outnumbered buff.

Sorry for all the great guilds i forgot, we still have some very dedicated WvW players on MS ^^

We really sucked yesterday…that culling has to be fixed asap. Sometimes i couldn’t even see a single person (friend or foe) while there were arrows, lightnings and fireballs flying around everywhere.

We assembled at our spawn, our raidlead commanded “stop by me”, i went where everyone else of our group stood because i just couldn’t see our raidlead and it took him minutes(!) to appear right beside me. Again, that was at our spawn with no fighting and not so much people around.

I remember the fight. You laid your AoEs inside your group and we looked like idiots charging right into them ^^ Seemed like your group had like 50% necros judging from the number of conditions we assembled

Was an interesting fight and we’re certainly looking forward to more awesome fights including your guild, IRON, GH and other great guilds of Desolation!

We already have fought several GH members along with IRON (my old post got deleted…mods are much stricter here than over at the german forums it seems).

Everytime we meet you put up an awesome fight, we lost and won and are still working on new tactics dealing with yours.

Haven’t read alle posts but it’s impossible to play effectively if you can’t even see your own raidlead (not commander, marked with Ctrl + T) running in front of you…

So unless if i steal the ability from another thief that is the only way I can dagger storm and then dagger storm again.

Stealing from thiefs grants you another stealth. Usually you will want to steal from warriors (whirling axe) but nearly every other profession gives a good situation-dependant skill.

Lol me and (GoD) were spawn camping about 30-40 miller. We literally hid behind a tree, they ran out to take godslore we kill them, hide behind tree again and repeat.

Yesterday i stood on top of our spawn seeing about 3-4 of your guys running right into our legendary defenders…dunno what’s wrong with them. They didn’t even stick around so you could say they were spying…

Thing ist, we got far too less players to fight on more than 2 maps yesterday, combined with some strange decisions of our orga.

Additionaly, we currently have to figure out a way to fight your seemingly all-necromancer groups

However, siege weapons have no cap.

They have. The reason you see many numbers when firing an arrow cart is it doing multiple hits, each only hitting 5 people.

obviously is not useful that there are JUST bots in the zerg

We are doing quite good with our all-[Bots] groups :P

I have to sell my inventar about every 2 hours in WvW because it’s full…more space would be nice.

Well, mesmer and eles have ground-targeted teleports, so that wouldn’t be a problem.

This is sPvP….damage in WvW is way higher, especially when critting.

For your 1), try pushing ‘B’ and look up your WvW bonusses.

Sure, i’m always fighting for my server.

We have such a great community and i dare to say we are heads up in quality to Elona Reach and have even beat them more often then not during primetime.

WvW is about the only thing i am doing while in GW2.

I’d rather have transfered players completely locked out of wvw for that time. Hope this would stop all this spying on our server (all-german setup isn’t funny if your enemy everytime just leaves right before your zerg arrives).

It’s fine. Every class can somehow protect their stomp. Necros can stomp in deathshroud (if it still works, dunno), Engineers can shrinkstomp, Guardians can blind or use aegis etc.

If so, i would want to have eles be unable to stomp while being in mistform.

The master crafter sells recipes for higher level insignias.

That’s why it’s called PvP…

It does work.

There is a brief moment where you see a guardian raise his hand, a warrior stretching back etc before they do their knockdown/knockback/etc.

If you are fast enough, you can then either blind them or activate some source of aegis to block the stun.

You know that it works when you are not knocked back but got no “block” popup.

In WvW, i often use it for blindstomping against other guardians, warriors etc. (10 points in Radiance).

Also when we are dealing with lords that still have their 5 min buff.

Has nothing to do with you doing PvP, WvW or whatever.

It’s because other players from your server worked for you getting those bonusses (and some of them work really hard, like…6-7 hours a day, doing multiple shifts on weekends).

You may be missing the hidden garden in the northeast of Mount Maelstrom. You have to defeat either one of 4 keepers to enter it.

/edit: Ok, i’ll write a little more: In your screenshot it is clear to read that you used “Throw Rock” and “Hammer Toss”, which are the warriors downed skills #1 and #2. I suspect you pressed 3 (Vengeance, click on the link above), rallied stood up, killed the raptor and died because you haven’t traited for “Sweet Revenge”.

Portal needs to be adressed in some way. I’m not overly complaining, but we are currently playing against Seefarer’s Rest and portal bombing seems to be the only tactic they are using in every single fight they are in (not that they had to…they’re 3-4 times our numbers at any given time of the day anyway ^^ I don’t blame them, something is very wrong on our side).

Regarding portal uptime, it doesn’t really matter if it’s open for 12 or 5 seconds, the very moment it becomes usable the whole zerg ports anyway.

A limit of 5 players would be totally ok, it would be still possible to transport golems or bigger groups, it just takes time or more mesmers (better organisation, easier to disrupt).

Better not fix it…would be much harder to hold structures when outnumbered without that.

We got quite a bunch of WTJ after our initial wins (myself being on MS since i started GW2), that’s why we usually can assemble a huge bunch of players and get queues on almost all maps.

There are also some english speakers but i don’t know whether they are EU or US players.

That aside, we got some (in my opinion) amazingly good commander and tend to put night shifts almost the whole starting weekand of a round to get a good starting position.

I rather would not skip that one bracket like we are doing right now, because i honestly think that this week could indeed get extremely hard for us. We won’t give up until it’s over though

Happens also to guardians…the only reliable way to damage structures is to stand on top of them or at least that’s what works for me.

Gave away all my candy to the cute ghost yesterday, opened about 1000 bags: no tonic, but the recipes for the exotic rune and sigil among masses of food, rotten eggs and toilet paper that i will be happily throwing onto our opponents in wvw.

Afterwards did “Mad King says” for 3-4 times, got my hat, opened the bags: tadaaa, endless halloween tonic

I say the lion is being rebuild during act 4 as they said that the dungeon will be open until the beginning of it. The party (“Attend the party” achievement) will be after the repairs are done at least partially.

Just remain standing on the first platform while doing all those emotes (don’t go down the chain)…no candy/skeleton/mummy will notice you as you are far far away from them

Wait, Tassi remains standing in this video? She ran away in the cutscene i saw (Mad King not visible).

DoTs like the guardian symbols are pretty useful since he tends to stay in one place for several seconds before teleporting behind you (brought him to about half with guardian staff before switching to gs).

Soloed him (80 guardian).

He feared me off the ledge once.

Soloed him just now…took about half an hour and the loot totally wasn’t worth it (died once -> feared off the ledge as my stunbreaks were on cd).

8pm now…i’m gonna trying this for the next 4 hours now…

Judge’ Intervention + Leap of Faith or even better (but shorter range) + Ring of Warding to trap you instantly.

I think about doing something like this (starting in hammer):

- #3 for the immobilize.
- run or #2 to close the gap.
- #4 for knockback.
- #5 and Judge’s Intervention to catch them after the fall.
(- #2 for some damage + combo)
- switch to gs.
- #4 + #2 for damage.

/edit: read that they tagged you before actually reaching you…maybe Smite? 1200 range + no projectile that needs time to fly.

Well, i’ve been on Miller borderlands until now and you seem to be able to mobilize quite a few people (we have no queue so far).

With Gandara whacking on our Bay and Jade Island on our fort, it was quite clear that we had to give up on one of them.

Now i guess it will be Gandara left and Jade Island right both attacking our fort.

As there is this event with the filling progress bar around the lion fountain, i’d say it takes place right there.

After buying and wearing the mad king costume my poor asura now has those ugly red eyes permanently.

The original color ist Stream so please ArenaNet, fix this.

/edit: Aah, semms to go back to normal if i exit/go to character select and back into the game. Still…this has to be fixed ^^

Also running peacemaker weapons (gs, hammer, staff and switching as needed) but having Mjölnir as a long-term goal (Lightning Hammer skin).

My final try had 3 (male) norn and 2 charr in my group…but as i was already jumping for 4 straight hours i could do about half of the JP without thinking or seeing anything (and after the 2 bars i was the only one left).

My Asura is almost the tallest possible but still smaller than everyone else.

Finally did it with my Asura after almost 4 straight hours colliding with bars and trying to find my own char.
