Well, it doesn’t, not really. The only thing logging in really does is sometimes posts your tickets for review on a page for you to view.
If you want to contact the CS Team and you are encountering the log-in loop bug, your only choice is to use the anonymous option. Unless, of course, you’d like to wait for them to fix the bug that’s been there for many months.

You can create a Support Ticket without logging in. Just use the anonymous option. It makes absolutely no difference with regards to CS Support if you log in or use the anonymous option.

Perhaps, there won’t be ‘Mount’ skins, but accessory skins: saddles, reins, etc.
Or maybe, hairstyles/horn/ears/etc. or markings?
I don’t know….but, I think most of the models look pretty nice now, plus, as stated, one can dye them, so that’s pretty cool.
I would imagine buying new skins would be voluntary, much like Glider skins.

Cool thing is, they aren’t restricted to Kits. One can use them from Character Creation.

This suggestion seems like offering individual pieces for around 1000 Gems. I’m not sure how many players would buy such items. I suppose some would.
It’s rather moot, though, as if the Devs could easily cut up the pieces of Outfits and offer them for sale, they would have done that in the first place. In fact, they wouldn’t even create Outfits, but just offer individual Armor items.
Didn’t Heart of Thorns’ physical copy just include a Serial Code and site address for download? All one received was the DVD case with slip of paper inside, I believe. And a printed insert for the cover.
When they announce the times, I’m sure they will announce them in PDT, and in UTC.
They don’t take forever. They usually answer within 24 hours, and at the far limit 72 hours.

I’m not sure this addresses the fact that Outfits are of an entirely different weight than any of the other armors (they aren’t Heavy, Medium nor Light), and thus, may not be able to be mixed with any…regardless of clipping.

But HoT didn’t improve the existing UI so it begs the question:

You could make sure you aren’t using any 3rd party programs, such as graphics card apps.
Make sure you are using any programs like LavaSoft, and such.

You can check the Wiki for any titles that may be available. If a title is available in a Living World Story Episode, it would always be available.

I believe you are mistaken. What was promised about choices was delivered. There was nothing about not innovating (changing) the way Stories functioned in the future. We have new Diving content with every Release. If you didn’t take advantage of swimming in Bitterfrost, that was your loss.

You’ve likely hit the Daily Achievement point cap.
You can mouse-over your Achievement Points in the Hero Panel, and if the Daily Achievement Points and the (now retired) Monthly Achievement Points add up to 15,000, you’ve reached the cap.
Once at 15,000 for both, you will no longer be able to obtain Daily Achievement Points from any source. You can, however, obtain Achievement Points from any other source.

In other words, near the Bloodstone Crystal Node. If you don’t have the Bloodstone Crystal Node, I think it’s to the left somewhere as you walk in, up a ramp by some houses. But, I don’t use the Salma District for gathering in the Home Instance, so I’m not sure.

For me, it’s off and on today. Usually reading a thread is faster now (it can be just as slow, though), but posting, and god-forbid editing is still slow. I get really odd responses from the forum when trying to edit or worse, remove duplicate posts. In the place of my post will be a red splash with ‘Server Error – 502 etc.’ and all the quoted post passages will be small and the responses to quoted passage of a super tiny font size. It’s really weird.
The odd thing is…if I open a new tab in the browser when one of the threads/posts/edits is stalled, I can look at another thread/post without stalling… sometimes.
@galen…The Dev Tracker has always been slow due to the number of pages it must load. It would be nice if they split it into two or three threads.
During this forum wonkiness, I’ve had to wait several minutes for it to load, as opposed to the 1-2 minutes usually.

They did change the first 10-15 levels to be faster (and easier?) It’s difficult for vets to tell, I think, as we are so used to the mechanics/game.
