Because can also turn PU build viable (personally i think is viable) in tpvp without become OP?
Was an error suggest to bring Deceptive Evasion to adept tier, but change Desperate Decoy for Empowering Mantras still allowed.

However, to say Warrior is more brainless than Mesmer when those two classes spam invulnerability while cleaving is ignorant. Plain ignorant.

I dont have many problems fighting in points with that even being a berserker. When the point is loaded with condition i usualy fight outside with phantasms, kill and then cap. Its a very good build.

I tried this build and did well roaming and helping team allies. But i had problems with necrosOh are self cleanse
well this build is pretty much a support build and nothing else u got little to no power (1600power is nothing), no toughness and no condition dmg….. this build is pretty weak imo.

Is a variation of PU build, but giving some attention to team play and mobility.
If i enter in combat i can stack might to increase power and cond dmg. Also i can stack illusions to shatter (mind wrack or diversion) or let them be killed or replaced.
Actually i am using Nullfield, Blink and Decoy as utility.

With my burst build, i not even see other warrior’s hp.

- Move Blade Training to master tier.

- Move Deceptive Evasion to adept tier.I’d honestly have a hard time finding a mesmer who would oppose these changes. They would quite literally enable at least 2 or 3 different builds I’ve been trying to make work where I couldn’t fit in everything I wanted.
The idea of “nerfing” mesmers by reducing the cost of Deceptive Evasion is particularly hilarious.
The great problem are stealth + AI, this itself transfer the target to summons while the user just wait them make all work. When the stealth ends, he just replace the summons and restart the circle – Mesmers, Rangers and Engineers are doing this all time in every place.

Let me explain why you just failed for a big part of the pvp community.
1 ) PU mesmer = High stealth build = Pretty USELESS in " hold the point" kind of game.
=>Balanced for Spvp/Tpvp cause of stealth downside2 ) Warrior = High almost everything build = TO USEFULL in " hold the point " kind of game.
=> Unbalanced for spvp/tpvp cause it can do to much for what he has to sacrifice.3 ) Try building a full Bunker warrior with condition damage , and see how hard folks will have it trying to kill you. Cause that is pretty much what the Mesmer had to do to get that survivability.
4 ) Playing a warrior and complaining about a Mesmer Bunker build that cant even Hold points, in the SPVP section of the forum ……..Its just LOL
But i guess that to be expected from " Overpowered character hoppers "

4) Is not only about class vs class :/ Stealth spam is one of things that can ruin this game. This trait in special (Desperate Decoy), gathers all that ruins the pvp in this game: passive play, stealth spam, AI spam and low risk/cost with high reward.
Have no E-sport with some ridiculous traits and skills (Automated Response and Desperate Decoy for example…)

I think some traits grants very powerful reward with very low cost.
Mesmers deals insane condition and raw damage, also enter stealth and blur all time. This have no counter!
A thief enter stealth but is only one foe, we just wait he comes to counter, evade or block. When a Mesmer enter in stealth he has 3 illusions hitting the foe (hitting insanely hard). No have counter to this!
I think Mesmer could be more balanced if he need spend more point to get that near perma invulnerability and stealth.
- Move Blade Training to master tier.
- Move Desperate Decoy to grandmaster tier.
- Move Empowered Mantra to adept tier.
- Move Deceptive Evasion to adept tier.
Could be a good step to balance Mesmers and decrease invul and stealth spam that ruin the good gameplay.

Anet could increase the size of nodes and control panel to discourage cc spam and improve balance between classes (in this map)
- Point B could have 2x or 2,5x the actual size.
- Point A and C could have 3x or 3,5x actual size.
- Control Room could have 3,5x or 4x actual size.
The Warrior suggestions are actually plausible.

My suggestions are:
- Decrease or balance the efficacy of all form of AI (actually clones, phantasm, minions, turrets and spirits are hitting harder than originals… horrible)
- Decrease or restrict the access to stealth (Mesmer, Ranger and Engineer don’t need too much stealth).
- Define a counter to stealth (could be disable and/or burn).
- Remove AoE limit (no more limit of targets, AoE affects all eligible targets on the radius)
- Balance high reward skills and traits (Mesmer for example have near perma invulnerability, extra precision, and 20% faster cd in sword skills with only 10 points in Duelling. No comments more :/ )
- Decrease or balance all forms of 100% passive gameplay (Automated Response for example… No comments :/ )
- Rework maps that benefits some classes over others such how Skihammer and Spirit Watch.

“Teef running from me, cant 12k evicerate as eesily. Pl0x nerf”Zerker warr is definitely the best 1v1 class. It has the highest base health in the game, the strongest heal, heavy armor, great coefs, great CC, amazing condi removal… Basically, best everything.
Zerker warriors with high armor and high health? Where? I do not even see their health

.25 seconds is very low cast time to a skill that remove condition and remove the character from danger zone, not forgetting adjacent effects.
Thieves can just #2 > #3 > #3 > #2 and restart the chain again and again. They gap, steal boon and attack ferociously while walk over fire field, dodging every thing, and in the end back to safe place while remove condition, wait and choose how will kill the foe.
Why nerf this? For some builds, this is basically the only access to stability and condition removal they have.
because some classes don’t have elite’s every 50 seconds for a full condi cleanse which does make it seem a bit unfair, wouldn’t you agree?
Some classes don’t have access to chill. Then should Anet remove all runes that affect chill?
Some runes work better in some classes, and some are near useless for most of the classes.

Longer bleeds dogged march cleansing ire spiked armor larger banner area quick breathing banner regen. Sword/horn + longbow or hammer Utilites= zerker stance or balanced stance dolyak singet and banner of choice.Long bleeds on sword auto attack and pin down. 2 forms of immobilize. 2 forms of stability or 1 form of 0 condition dmg taken for 8 secs and 1 form of stability. 2 forms of condi cleansing 1 of them converts conditions to boons. Constant retaliation. Shortened immobilize crippled etc… All while regening 500+ hp per second passively depends on gear or trinket if spvp. Cleric gear for example will net your around 800 hp per sec with the banner down.
I have seem some of these supposed bunker warriors (with cleric gear), and all that does are run around banner without attack.

Useless! Are helpless and requires one more team player to DPS, one balanced player holding 2 opponents, outnumbering foes in other 2 nodes.
The circle is ok according adrenaline level.
The Good
- New Heal Skills (except Water Spirit and Signets, all them absurdly powerful)Again, I’m curious, how is Skelk venom absurdly powerful? Outside of a single spec (venom share) its demonstrably worse than Withdraw and Hide in shadow in nearly every other realistic scenario. Even in a venom share build, you need great coordination to share the venom with enough people to make it worthwhile (and even then, it’s powerful thanks to 3 traits, not on its own)
- Some traits (….Sundering Strikes; Practiced Tolerance; Signet Use; Critical Haste; Opportunist; Infusion of Shadow; Vigorous Recovery; Quick Recovery; Assassin’s Reward; Kleptomaniac; Bountiful Theft)
How was the change to Assassin’s Reward good? Like I pointed out, its 1 additional healing per init spent for every 100 healing power you have. That’s not a buff, that’s a rounding error. The same for Quick Recovery – a trait that used to boost Init recovery by 25% now boosts init recovery by 10% – that change makes sense due to new init regen speed, but the fact that nothing was added to a master tier trait makes it weak, bland, and not worth slotting.
This is the problem with players opinions – there’s no qualifications to have an opinion. I just don’t see how someone who has any knowledge of Thief can say the Assassin’s Reward “buff” was something good.
About Healing Skills, new Signets and Spirits excludes Skelk Venon. I also think this skill are a weak variation of Signet Malice, and a strong version of Leeching Venoms trait. This skill could act dealing pressure on the opponent while heal the Thief. For example, without instant heal, just the next 5 attacks inflicts a venom that steal health (life steal, 150 health per second for 5 seconds. Affects only one target per hit).
Assassin Reward was a buff because get good scaling with heal power, but was moved to GM tier to force Thieves to deep acrobatics (sacrifice dps) to get one more strong heal skill.
Is ridiculous how Thieves QQ about sustain having too much heals, evades, stealth, teleport, etc…

- Combustive shot nerf. Definitely ridiculous and unnecessary.
- Burst Mastery nerf. Again, ridiculous and unnecessary.
- What hell are happening with Skyhammer? This map comes all time in Solo Q. Is horrible and frustrated.
The Missing
- Decrease AI spamming (Mesmers, Rangers, Necros and Engineers are abusing of AI, no coments more :/ )
- Decrease Passive play (Thieves, Rangers, Mesmers and Engineers with signets, minions, stealth and immunities)
- Unsuspecting Foe (Could synergy with all cc skills, working against every disabled foe)
- Diamond Skin (Instead one more passive skill granting one more passive immunity, this skill could reduce incoming damage according amount of buff. 3% damage reduction for each buff.)
- REMOVE SKYHAMMER FROM SOLO PVP TOURNAMENT
The issue is that skyhammer is the only map that comes in solo Q all time.
It1s like all other maps has been removed and remained only skyhammer, this is boring a lot.
PvP loose with this.
LBow 5 does need increased cast time with animation. The burst skill needs looked at (decreased uptime or something that makes you not want to cast it on recharge), its the most abusable fire field in the game.

People whine about warriors because it is way to easy to play and way to easy to stomp bad players. And majority(vaste majority) of gw2 spvp playerbase rightnow and past 3 month are bad.

Warriors have as much mobility as a thief, the best health regen in the game, (and it’s passive!), the second best access to stability, heavy armor, some of the best condition removal in the game, and an AoE fire field that can permanently cover an entire node.
Give any profession that much capability and they’ll WTFstomp everyone else.

Oh yeah, those 30/30/30/30/30 warriors who use Greatsword/Sword/Sword/Longbow are insane! Second best access to stability? We have two stability utility that people actually use, most builds don’t take them both. One is a 60 second cooldown (48 traited – which most builds also don’t trait) the other is a 40 second cooldown. Both are 8 second durations.
We have good condition removal, I will give you that. Do you know why we were given good condition removal? It’s because we couldn’t stand in a group fight without melting before it was added.
Warrior already took a bunch of nerfs last patch. It is ridiculous that you bad players are STILL complaining and making up magical perfect builds with every weapon to claim warrior has everything. I’m surprised you didn’t also claim warrior has overpowered cc all in the same build. Might want to add that next time!

i played over 250 tournament games with warrior in the top 100 and won around 200 of them thats why i am writing this thread because i have actually played this class and know how it works
Then you are forgetting some things about risk/reward when playing warrior…
“Endure Pain” have 93% risk against 7% reward. Use the skill in wrong time and that said Thief will have 56s window to use Backstab after Backstab. Not forgetting that Endure Pain do not prevent CC or Conditions, nothing compared to Blurred Frenzy (25% uptime total immunity/evade) or Flanking Strike (100% uptime total immunity/evade).
“Berserker Stance” is the same that EP, but preventing condition with 13% uptime against 87% downtime. And, again… Nothing if compared with Blurred Frenzy, Distortion, Flanking Strike, Infiltrator Return, disabling Shot, most of Thief utilities, etc…
“Cleansing Ire” requires 20 points in defense, this itself sacrifice DPS. And is 100% only with Longbow, but to you assume that all warriors have 100% condition cleanse, you need assume that ALL WARRIORS uses Longbow, what is not true. you also not said that Longbow remove requires full adrenaline to remove 3 conditions (excludes Fear) with 10s CD (7,75s if spend more 30 points in discipline).
- What happens with all other weapons when blinded, evaded, missed, etc? Are 0 risk 100% reward?
- What about Thief cleanse (sword #2; Shadow’s Embrace; …) all without cd and risk but with 100% reward?
“Healing Signet” removes from warrior the control of his own heal skill due to active heal is very weak. The passive effect forces the player to use their resources carefully, keep in mind that unchangeable 390 hp/s. If the warrior takes 1 burn, for example, he becomes out-sustained and helpless. Is for this reason that much warriors appeal to stances.
- The risk calls “move, dodge, block, attack and keep moving under penalty of death in case of distraction or fail”.
- Signet Malice heal 100 hp, but can be boosted by haste, number of enemies and number of hits per attack (he can for example Steal > Whirling Axe > Pistol Whip > IS > Pistol Whip…). Not forgetting Shadow Refuge that heals and grants Dark Field.
I honestly think you have been unfortunate to compare risks and rewards. Warriors really have a few of every thing, but he isn’t the best in all.

Good skill, but for now is not so attractive as Healing Signet. For now needs few adjustments, for ex:

- instant cast, like others stances.

This AoE limit is ridiculous, an insult to active and strategic game play.
Rangers and Necros just wait AI make all work due no have counter play.

I use shouts but I use balance stance.
To me balance Stance is a must… Dolyak is great once treated with traits(60 sec to 48) but for me that 8 sec is pretty important. Also you don’t get the bonus when it’s on cooldown and my balanced stance is always down.
I think the same about balance stance vs dolyak. I have balance sloted all time in pvp and wvw.
