Be sure to wrangle your commanders so they lead you to victory and don’t head off and start doing, uh, odd things on your BL!

I don’t know what’s happening… Nonetheless, the pictures made me smile.

Each week, every server must adopt a supreme commander to help with score updates and lead them in battle. A couple weeks ago TC had Supreme Commander Gary Busey … it was a disaster, he kept wandering off and getting naked with the centaurs on our bl .. or he tried to hug a skritt, it was ugly — but provided plenty of fodder for much laughter.

Up for grabs this week are cartoon supervillians … or we could go another way and pick D-list celebrities again. Really up to what everyone wants.

Mithril ore and the equivalent logs are used to upgrade siege to superior. I use my WvW mats for that all the time. The leather I don’t know … But maybe it’s tier associated to get the mithril, it has to be for all mats?

Maps change all the time. Spend a good 8 hours on any map and likely you’ll get most if not all of you pois and vistas. Most folks get frustrated because they pop in at different times of the day and can’t get the areas they want. The key is really to stick around. You actually may wind up loving WvW … I didn’t think I would, but I’m definately addicted now.

Any time I’m feeling tired, I open this thread and it always makes me smile.

Keg brawl is already multi-server. It uses the same underlying systems as spvp.

It does? I’ve gone out on the ice in Hoelbrak and not zoned …. Just chucked barrels around. But that was during beta … Haven’t tried since …..

We could do an Orr temple run … Have folks come over to TC and hit them all, one after the other ….

5.TC=PS, drama queens :P of their regions, generate more forums posts than every other servers combined. role players for their region, until quite recently have been stable in Tier 2 and both are set to drop a tier this week!

Just wanted to say that TC tends to be the anti-drama queens. We go out of our way to ensure our match threads are pleasant and the trolls kept quiet. Go take a read of any of our match threads and you’ll see that’s true

TC’s community is strong and vibrant. That’s a nice big shiny to those on the outside looking in. I’d like to think that those who come visit us, see that and are charmed by the friendly banter and upbeat attitude we share.

What I would ask, if you are visiting, please make yourself feel welcome … but also respect our community. We will gladly make you feel at home if you add to the community with thoughtful dialogue, but if you come in and are there to be disruptive, you’ll likely get some pushback.

As a general rule, we don’t swear in map chat, we don’t attack other players for their views, we don’t harass and belittle anyone for playing the game the way they want to. If it’s not your cup of tea, move on and find something that is. These rules may seem trite to some, but we really do appreciate how it creates a welcoming and friendly environment.

If you can keep to those basic sentiments, then your presence on our maps will be most welcome. Respect our community much the same way we’d respect yours if we visited.

3 exits, if some people continue to go out of 1 of 3 over and over to death, then they should think a bit more about the other 2 exits from spawn.

I consider it valid pay back for PVDing our towers and keeps at night and making me have to upgrade everything in the morning.

That’s cool. You see it as valid. Others do too. But much like Liquid I like to find my laughs elsewhere …. And it’s cool, in the current t2 match we haven’t seen this happen, though they could have. But it’s good for your upcoming competitors to know that a good number of your commanders apparently view this as a fair practise, so that when they do it to you, you won’t complain.

Been happening on other servers besides JQ … since last night at earliest first post.

Best guess is both BG and JQ currently have the largest populated WvW servers … so something with the last patch allowed for overflow in their maps.
