I agree that rewards in this game do not match the effort!
However, lack/less of reward is not the same thing as punishment. Your title is misleading.
@Brutalistik
Oh sorry, my bad. Totally misunderstood your comment then!
I know a guy who used to not play and now he does. Based on these trends, I can conclude the game has approximately 7 billion players.
Also, why is it that Rox cannot wear mascara? Confused.
Also, for everyone complaining that Rox does not fit the Charr theme. Why does every Charr have to fit under a certain characteristic? Can there not be a variety??
A big cat wearing makeup is a little out there, no?
Less out there than a big cat talking. This is a fantasy game and these are humanoid creatures. If they can walk around, talk, wear armor and clothing, why can they not wear make up?
Oh you know the orange and apples syndrome….
- History always repeats itself
Mascara is actually extremely sticky, sticky and fur do not go together, secondly, charr claws, mascara tubes, and eyeballs also don’t mix together. That just sounds like a recipe for disaster. As long as they don’t start all wearing makeup its fine though. And no lipstick. Unless its for parody use.
It’s a good thing it can happen in a video game right?
Confused about the apples and oranges comment? Are you saying that I am comparing apples to oranges? Because, I wasn’t comparing anything. I was stating that in a fantasy based game, anything is fair game for what is ‘far off’.
As for the mascara on fur, I agree, ‘it can happen in a video game’. This is a fantasy world, who knows how they make their mascara. Perhaps it is made with asuran technology? Who knows?
Also saw somewhere people talking about makeup on ‘animals’. Charr are a sentient humanoid race, so it is not exactly comparable. Humans are technically animals, as are Charr. The reason why putting makeup on ‘animals’ is so disgusting is because humans do it to them without their consent. Are you suggesting some human scientists in game were experimenting on the Charr?
This all just seems ridiculous.
I personally do not like the mascara on the Charr (however, I am not a fan of the race as a whole). I do support the idea of variation within a race. To assume monoculture in all non-human races is racist.
Your estimate on silver value is a little off.
You have 1 guaranteed rare, but a high possibility for more. Also, salvage them and you get 1 sigil/rune (2-5s), 0-3 ectos (0-90s) and maybe another s for the other mats. That gives at minimum 2s, and maximum 2.9 gold for the rares alone. There are also chances for exotics.
Also, I will do mega boss or COF or any other PvE content my guild wants to do. I don’t really like to PUG, so I will do what I can solo and join guild for other things. Sometimes finding a group for dungeons is not so easy.
Also, why is it that Rox cannot wear mascara? Confused.

I would personally like to see a few more fantasy and not goth/undead/dark themed staves. It seems most of the cool ones are either that or asuran built (so almost look advanced).
I kind of like emberspire and the verdant staves, but they are not amazing.
This game doesn’t need a trinity, or massive changes to the skills, it needs team voice chat, or chat macros so that pugs can co-ordinate more easily.
While I miss the GW1 combat system greatly. I agree with this a lot.
The only other thing it is missing is to make the encounters more exciting/difficult. Make team play mean something. I have gone through dungeons with guild members in teamspeak and still there is very little communication especially compared to GW1. Maybe it’s because I’m used to PvP, but I really yearn for the communication and team play that I seem to remember in GW1.
I agree that in game voice chat would help with communication, but vent and teamspeak work OK. As you said, there is still very little that is said on these runs. Most of the vent speak for me is often casual talk – like what new gaming PC someone bought, or what’s on TV etc. Very little coordination is required. That is because we all know our one singular role. DPS.
And what happens when the player that is 90% focused on doing one thing has to pick up the slack for someone else on the team when they’re downed? Or when the interrupt ranger you brought along has an unlucky moment and gets knocked off the edge of something or downed and can’t do the only job they’re there to do? Team wipe and try again and hope that no-one else has an unlucky moment and gets taken out of the fight?
Yes. Are you suggesting that failure should not be an option? Why not give everyone invulnerability?
EDIT: I did not say that the person focused on their role should be 90%. I said that focusing on a role should not be 10% max as it is now. I am not asking for a total reworking of skills, but perhaps traits. Cooldown shorteners on traits are currently not enough to specialize. If the interrupter went down, the others on the team could still use their interrupt skills – just not as effectively.

I think that exactly 3,141,592 people play this game.
Halloween was ridiculous, only the most devoted of fans accepted it for what it was. The rest of us who enjoy playing the game for the game itself, well, it was an unnecessary money scamming scheme that was bad for the gameplay and it was obviously so.
Cannot disagree with you more. I feel that the only people who were kitten at Halloween were the most devoted of fans? I personally loved it. I am a reasonably casual player, but couldn’t care less about the skins. However, even if I did want the skins I was fine with the way the chests and RNG worked.
Spending loads of money to get the skins you want and complaining when the RNG does not fall in your favour seems like the act of a die-hard fan to me.
I’ve only been around a little over 2 months now, about 1100 hours logged so far.
…
That is an average of 15-18 hours a day (assuming 60-70 days). Do you not have work/school or anything else you do in the day besides sleep?
I get that alot :P I do online classes for college. I’m a veteran working on a degree so i can start a career and yes I do have a family :P I take time away from game to work on assignments, go out etc. So am I playing 15 hours a day? No, more like I’m logged in waiting for an event to shout (an npc to say the event started) doing my homework etc between when it is up or my guild needs me. Kinda wish we had a ping or somethen when people need you, but I guess the whisper one is ok. Thats not to say I never actually do play 12+ hours as I have actually done this several times :P And you can eat while playing, well not so much chicken wings.. tried that, not cool. And no I’m not some 500 pound guy in a basement :P GW2 is something I do to relax, so I do it pretty often and spend a lot on the game for fun ^^ Oh and just checked, technically it says (3) months now heh so I can hide my shame a little bit and say my average “now” is around 11 :P Though sometimes I am logged in when my guild members log in, I’m there when they log out and sleep, and still there when they wake up lol.
Also just seen this: https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/designing-the-living-world/?utm_source=client
Some info people in this thread may like to read.
Good to know. I was seriously concerned for a minute! I, too, have had 12 hour days for sure. My average is much lower though (I started at the 3 day headstart and think I am at 450 hours?) So around 2 hours a day average. I did have a couple months where I did not log in much, if at all, though.
To your main point. If I understand correctly, I agree with you. This community seems to judge every change before experiencing the change. They also seem to lash out, no matter what (there is always someone on both sides of the fence). There are some yet very few threads that actually post constructive criticism. When I do see these threads, they get buried and usually are left with few to no responses. The threads where people are venting/ranting/rage quitting are the threads that get responses. Consequently, I think it feels that a lot more people are kitten than there actually are.
Hey there ANet (and anyone else interested in discussing this),
I did the two new instances yesterday. There were a few things I liked and disliked, so I just wanted to give you some constructive feedback!
Liked:
Cutscenes – these new cutscenes made me more interested in the story and didn’t make me feel separate as the dialogue ones did
Baby devourer – loved this addition to the Rox mission, it added a good bit of flavour!
Disliked:
Repetition – in both instances, you literally move from one area to the other and just fight the molten alliance coming out of portals. It got dull pretty fast, and it’d be nice to have something fresh. Granted I cannot think of any amazing ideas right now, but maybe if we all put our heads together?
Thanks for the new content!
+1 for the new cutscenes. Like them much more than the old dialogue scenes!
I loved that too. First time I legit chuckled in a mission when Rox was stopping and telling it to Shoo!

I was thinking back more to Guild Wars 1, the trinity in general and Guild Wars 2.
I agree that GW2 does not require a healer and tank as it is. If they were added, the game would need to be entirely restructured.
That said, I would like to see more support added to the game in the way that GW1 had it. A big one is increasing interrupt skills. You could bring an interrupt ranger who’s entire role would be to interrupt throughout the run. The interrupts in this game, in comparison, are a joke. The cooldowns are too long and the interupts are too spaced out. This means that you do not bring an interrupt specialist, but anyone can throw an interrupt whenever they see fit (and their cooldown is out). For me, the trinity is to give a sense of identity (Interrupt Ranger LFG!), and allows for a lot of strategy in group formation and runs.
Keep in mind the interrupt ranger is just an example, and there were many other GW1 roles that do not fit in the trinity, but allowed for great group customization and formation.
Also, on another note, the Interrupt ranger was actually a henchmen in GW1 called “Interrupt Henchmen” – that showed how specialized and important they were.
Instead of a Trinity, I’d rather see more roles like this added (not just 3, and not “DPS, Control and Support”)
Ideas for roles:
- Raw Damage
- Interrupt
- Crippler/Freezer
- Feedback (Mesmer feedback skill, but also Empathy and Backfire from GW1 "Hex Spell. (10 seconds.) Target foe takes 35…119…140 damage whenever it casts a sp)
- Conditions – less about damage, more about control/support (slowing attack speed for example, but also bleed/poison)
- Boons – Specializing in providing boons to your party (we kind of have this, but again I find the cooldowns are so far apart that you cannot “specialize” in it).
In a nutshell (TLDR): I’d like to see support cooldowns lowered so that you can specialize in them and not be 90% focused on damage
How was Time Warp OP? It has a ridiculously long downtime, as does anything in this game that does something cool.
It gave groups a huge boost in boss fights. The cooldown was long, but you only needed it for boss fights, so it doesn’t really matter. Also, stacked groups could often kill bosses before you would need another time warp anyways.
so what your saying is that increasing dps for 8 seconds out of 3 minutes and 30 seconds, boss fights were too easy?
Sounds like a problem with boss fights, not the skill.
lets be honest, this change had no good reason to happen in PVE at all. Its a pvp change.
if some one was going to kill a boss in 8 seconds, now they will take 12, wow we have solved the game.
Maybe if the other mesmer elites werent totally boring/useless it wouldnt be so annoying. To be honest time warp felt like a lot of fun, but it wasnt really that insane in pve, it was a lot more fun then a slow moa transform that barely matters or a mass invis, which in pve is pretty useless. You just made a great point for and against your argument. The skill did not drastically change the outcome in a PvE battle. That means that the nerf is not very significant in a PvE battle.
That boss fight that takes 3 minutes and 30 seconds will now take 3 minutes and 34 seconds. Oh no!
the nerf is a big nerf to having fun and feeling like a hero, thats the problem. I dont care about dps charts to classes and all that BS. I like to feel cool and do cool things. Whereas before time warp was an adrenaline rush, now its like slight cup of coffee, and hate coffee.
You hate coffeeeeE?!?!?1 What’s?
Yes I understand your frustration. Have you used Time Warp since the change in any real fight? I have not yet, but I cannot imagine that the nerf is so bad that the skill will no longer be fun to use. It still provides AoE quickness, just not as quick.
I am going to log on during lunch break and see what I think, but for now I feel like people may be prematurely judging the change too harshly
i logged in to try it out, it feels really lukewarm now. It last longer however, but its no where near the excitement it used to give. If mesmer had another elite that was useful i would probably use it. But moa morph is generally unecessary and doesnt even work on some mobs, and mass invis is generally useless in a fight
The problem really is, it just feels like balance wise they want to suck the fun stuff out. Like i said, changing the functionality of blind and aegis type skills, and giving bosses different behaviors when they are getting smashed in the face rapidly would be more entertaining and interesting fight mechanics than simply reducing the fun factor on quickness.`
I 100% agree with what you are saying there. I much prefer buffs to bosses and extra mechanics added to fights over nerfs to anyone.
However, even though I do not PvP, I understand the need to make this change for the sake of PvP balance.

The time it takes to down a boss is important. It’s important in WoW, which has healers, and clearly telegraphed and easily avoidable cleaves and damage patches. This game has no healers (on that scale), and avoiding damage is done with the immunity frames of a dodge roll, a very finite resource. With no other resource to combat attrition, DPS becomes hugely important.
OK you can look at this one of two ways.
1. Time it takes to down a boss is important. Therefore, quickness was overpowered for these fights and required tweaking.
2. A few seconds every now and then is pretty insignificant. Therefore, quickness was not very important for PvE and the change has a minuscule effect.
Personally, I think that the few seconds is pretty insignificant. If a boss takes 4 minutes or 3 minutes and 30 seconds is not a huge deal for me. Therefore, I think the change has a minuscule effect on my play.

Personally, I would have liked to see a major change in the way world boss events happen.
Possibilities
1. Make the dragon battle have a lasting effect on the landscape (You win, you hold the land and need to fight off returning dragons. You lose and the dragons minions pop up all over the landscape and you cannot battle the dragon again until they are vanquished).
2. Make dragon battles more difficult – this may have happened with scaling to 50 people? However, I imagine this will simply be add more champions to CC while fighting the dragon
3. Make dragons actually kill illusions, and do not have illusions float mid-air? This is really weird, I throw up 3 Illusionary Wardens at the beginning of the fight and never have to change it.
4. Make the targeting and spell effects on dragons more logical. If I throw up feedback on the dragon (for funs sake) it often doesn’t even go over the dragon. When it does it barely covers any of it. When I am targeting the dragon, why am I fighting it’s foot with my ranged attacks?
5. Have the world boss move around and not stand stationary for the entire fight.
6. Turn off the annoying target break feature. It is so annoying that in mid fight the target is broken from the dragon and I have to spam tab to lock onto it again.
7. Make Jungle Wurm invulnerable until it’s targetable.
8. Increase the hitpoints on Jungle Wurm
9. Increase the hitpoints on all the adds at Fire Elemental
10. Add more mechanics to these fights, other than DPS it down!!! (Jormag is a good example of added mechanics).
11. Properly address the added lag and overflow issues of dragons (Do not reduce loot to discourage people playing it). – For this, a good suggestion I have seen is to add server specific overflows that have the world boss in it at the same time as the server does if that server becomes to full. Cap the number of people who can fight the world boss and send others to this extra same server overflow. OR make world bosses instanced events and cap them at 50 people
On the note of lag, it really makes the fight lame when my skills do not work 90% of the time. I have literally spammed Weapon Swap 20+x before it took effect during a world boss. All of the other changes (difficulty, mechanics etc), will be unfair without addressing this enormous issue.
I would also like to see a new personal story step (or few steps) added. I know there is the living story, but I feel the personal story is not complete. (There are questions as to whether Zhaitan is really dead? Orr is still covered with Risen? What happened to all the characters you have left behind? etc).
I would love to see a healer/tank/dps trinity, but I know it is not going to come.
I also strongly disagree with the DPS, Support and Control trinity argument. I’ve run quite a few dungeons (not high level fractals yet, mind you), and have yet to see this kind of coordination. It is essentially everyone is a DPS main and support second. Control is uncommon, especially at boss fights where coordination is important. So that doesn’t split your group into several roles that you will assume one of, everyone is everything.
The biggest problem with this, imo, is the lack of identity. When I enter a dungeon group, I do not feel important. I feel that they could run this dungeon easily without me. I don’t enter the group knowing what I will bring to it. I just feel like a drone within the mindless sea of drones.
I am a PvE exclusive player. Recently I have mained a mesmer and use Time Warp for my elite.
I approve of, and welcome, this change.
I sort of agree.
I find the idea of guild bounties fun. However, I find the pre-bounty time very frustrating and lame. I especially hate holding the NPC in place by pressing F + esc. I once sat there for 50 minutes doing that while the rest of my guild found the other NPCs (and kept getting sent back because of other guilds doing the same). My fingers actually hurt at the end of it.
Ideas for improvement:
1. IF you do not change the below and keep as is, make the bounty not walk away seconds after pressing F. F+esc is lame as hell.
2. Remove the NPCs from the maps until your guild bounty starts. This will remove the ability to find them beforehand. Then, increase the time you have to find them (because 15 minutes without pre-searching is too little, especially at higher tiers). That way, the scramble to find them is a mad rush and you kill them instantly. The bounty would then be more exciting.
Thanks.
I have been in a life and death situation before in my life, with 3 of my friends, and during the ordeal, more then once goofy/humor happened more then once. It literally was one of the things we that helped our morale to get through it. So never discount goofy/humor during times you may consider inappropriate, because it may not be at all, but is actually what is needed.
1. Real life and great literary stories are very different
2. Having some comic relief is fine; however, it felt that most of this game’s story was comic relief
What would be ideal are serious characters and serious situations with hints of humorous lines thrown in. Instead we have a serious situation with humorous characters and this results in an awkward feeling by the player.
You can’t have a good story with ONLY seriousness all the time, real people aren’t like that. When things get bad, sometimes a bit of humour is all you have to keep morale up.
True that, but very little is serious in this game (character wise).
I agree with OP 100%. Especially on Tybalt. The only things I took away from him were that he was incompetent and had a poor sense of humor.
As for Prophecies, I loved that story line, and was very engaged throughout. I definitely never felt that way in GW2.
Still love the game tho, but wish the storyline was more on par with GW1.
I think I’m tired of these posts asking for more filler content when we need the real problems of the game fixed. Nothing against you OP, but seeing these posts everday gets really old really fast.
Also, no offense to you Aeonblade, but it gets tiring very fast of responses like this. Keep on topic and discuss what the poster has said. Do you like/dislike the Indian theme?
In response to you.
1. ANet has said many times they have several teams (some working on bugs and stability, some working on adding content etc). They are not mutually exclusive.
2. For me, the games stability and bugs are insignificant (I personally rarely if ever come across them, outside of PvE culling). These are not game breaking, but lack of content is for me. I’d love to see more areas open up to explore.
Personally I like the Indian theme but prefer the Cantha theme.
My 2 cents.
It is all the same
Crafting 1-400 of a profession yields 10 levels (no matter what level you are at).
Crafting all 8 professions to 400 = 80 levels.
Me as well.
The only game that I have achieved greater hours of gameplay per $ spent would be Starcraft I and Broodwars – played that for years. Other than that, this definitely takes the cake for best value for your buck!
Well…. except free games, where hours played per $ spent is infinity.
Agree with 1 and 3
Never had a problem with 4
Disagree with 2 – RNG is good
Indifferent about 5 and 6
Personally, I understand the story reason for team play. Taking down Zhaitan is not supposed to be an easy task.
However, you lose the personal part of it. Unless you are the leader, you’re not in the cinematics.
I would have preferred to see all 5 classes in the cinematics and interacting. They are 5 heroes who have all come together. The 5 commanders of the Pact together with Destiny’s Edge.
The problem is, it doesn’t make sense as is story wise. We are all the same person teaming up together. Maybe we are 1 person with schizophrenia?
I just wish it was written so that it made sense that we were together as a team. I also wish the end battle would have been more epic and required great team work between Destiny’s Edge and the 5 players.
This could have been that the 5 Destiny’s Edge characters were left on the ship and using it to keep Zhaitan down. Then the 5 Commanders jump down to fight it head on. In it’s current state, it’s weak enough to battle, but still strong enough to be a challenge. You then need to capitalize on all of the combat mechanics learned earlier in the game. Dodge rolling, avoiding red circles, crowd controlling adds, cross class combos etc etc.
Also to the mod who moved this thread, Engineer was just an EXAMPLE, not the main topic of the thread – It really has no business being in the Engineer board – And changing my thread title was uncalled for as well. What’s wrong with you man?
I think you steered too off track from your original argument. Thus the name change and movement were necessary.
Without the original title, your core argument would not have been apparent in your post.
Also, I think you should look up the word “objective” since I don’t think it means what you think it means. But I’ll say it, it means from my point of view.
Objective: not influenced by personal feelings, interpretations, or prejudice; based on facts; unbiased: an objective opinion.
Subjective: placing excessive emphasis on one’s own moods, attitudes, opinions, etc.; unduly egocentric.
More on topic: +1 for working on class balance and engineers. However, that is an ever ongoing task. They will never achieve 100% balance. I am sure that they work hard on all classes and do not only focus on one or two classes. If they do focus more on one or two classes, I would assume it is influenced by
1. number of players playing that class; and
2. amount of imbalance inherent in the class
I do NOT think that they should stop working on increasing the value of the gem shop. Revenue is how they fund their business. I believe they should increase the number and value of items in the gem shop. There is very little in there that I have a desire to purchase. I bought 1 game character slot with real money, and that is it. If they had some awesome (and sexy!) armor skins, I may purchase them too.
This is a subjective post.
I don’t really care if my voice is a char for the cinematics. I’d rather have a human with a charr voice for the cinematics than level up a race I have no intention of playing.
Hey there, before I go ahead, I want to acknowledge that I know I can enter an alternate personal story with a friend who is in that stage.
My idea is this: Once you finish the personal story, all options before that become available. You can select them in your personal story menu on the character screen (maybe a separate tab?).
I would really like to see the charr/norn/asura and sylvari stories, but I do not have any desire to level any of them :\ I’d love to just run through with my human mesmer.
Thoughts?
I would play in an underwater PvE map, character dependent.
I probably wouldn’t step foot in there with my Elementalist. However, I’d have a great time with my Mesmer. Thief is debatable.
Hey LucaZ,
I’d say that you should be OK to solo stuff a few levels above. Your illusions are great for tanking while you keep back.
Danikat answered your other question in regards to drops.
Also get used to dodging (double tap a direction). Even if you are within the radius of an attack, you will “evade” it if you are dodging.
Really depends on a number of factors.
1. What profession do you play?
2. What enemies are present in the quest?
3. Do you have level 10 gear or starter gear on?
4. Is this your first character, and/or are you comfortable with the combat system and dodging?
Short answer: You can do quests a couple of levels up, but it will be more difficult. I did a level 14 quest at level 10 earlier today. There is no harm in trying it and seeing how you do.
Still cannot tell if this is a troll thread
In the off chance that it’s not, can you not see that if everything was handed freely to you that the game would get boring very fast?
Here are some other comparisons that might enlighten you to see how ridiculous this is..
1. I do not like farming for gold, but I want to buy a legendary off the TP. It’s not fair for me that I have to have so much gold but do not want to farm gold.
2. I do not like the story, but I want the pact weapon. This should juts be given to me when I log into the game, why do I have to complete the story?
3. It’s not fair that other people who have spent hours completing dungeons have cooler looking armor than me. I want that armor, but i hate dungeons.
4. I want to show off the title that I explored the world of Tyria, but I hate exploring and doing all the heart quests. This title should just be given to me by default.
Maybe this helps?
Let me rephrase the case here. Dailies are by no means part of the “Working hard to earn glorious rewards” You log in and you basically get them thrown at you while you’re playing.
The real issue is though, that you have to log in every day to keep up with the maximum ammount of rewards you can get. Look at it this way:
- Person A plays 24 hours a week, he can only log in 3 times a week and those days he logs about 8 hours of playtime.
- Person B plays only 7 hours a week, 1 hour every day. These 2 people both really want an Ascended Amulet, this is their primary goal that goes before anything else. Now use common sense and think about what person deserves an Ascended Amulet sooner than the other.
That’s right, person A invests more time in the game and therefore should be rewarded with an Ascended Amulet sooner than person BIn reality though, person B can get his Amulet more than twice as fast!! while playing less than a third of what person A plays! Where is the logic in that?
Right, because you are restricted to 1 daily achievement per day, and can only earn 1 laurel per day, no matter how hard you work, no matter how hard you try. So your post is kind of invalid here.
I personally am really against this reward system. If laurels could only earn cosmetic items, like weapon skins etc, it would be great. Sadly they decided to make this the only way to earn a best-in-slot item.
Return argument.
Person A can play more hours at once; consequently, person A can run Fractals.
Person B only gets 1 hour a day and chooses to use that hour to do dailies.
Now it is unfair, because person B’s playtime does not allow them to enjoy doing fractals over and over again to get the better loot and ascended items through that route.
Person A and B both receive ascended gear, but via different means (Fractals and Dailies).
Note: I disagree entirely with this. I do NOT think it is unfair that Person B cannot do dailies. It is due to their playtime that they cannot.
I think the difference between GW1 and GW2 that gives that feeling is not related to nearby outposts, but is related to instanced vs open world. Right now, when you are walking around, you will undoubtedly see other players. However, in GW1 when you left the OP you would only see your party (or henchmen), that gave a much deeper feeling of solitude.
I would love to see the skill acquisition work out like elite skills in GW1. Hunting down those boss mobs and stealing their skills was definitely fun and rewarding.
I have been there a bit recently – killed some karka’s for veteran daily, tried to complete the jumping puzzle, been there twice for guild bounty.
Which Order did you choose? I believe each order has something in this area to help them? I know priory has a cannon thing, and I read Vigil has their own (but maybe that was a typo and they meant Priory).
Also, I attempted to snipe the veteran who summons Thrall’s, but I got him to like 10% hp and then died cuz the Thralls run too fast and I couldn’t live that long.
Hey there, I am a mesmer. I’d be glad to try and do these for you and portal you in.
Feel free to message me in game (often on after 6pm PDT)
Personally, I wish it was stronger in PvE; however, by the sounds of it, it seems too powerful in PvP.
Mes shatters are instant, every play a mesmer?
Warr f1’s are instant besides rifle, ever play a warrior?
Attunement swaps are instant, ever play an ele?Funny, I’m pretty sure those mesmer clones need to run to their target before they shatter. At least for Mind Wrack and a couple others.
Do clones run up to target, then take 2 seconds to shatter once they get there? Because if they don’t then you shouldn’t compare it to ranger’s F abilities. I would love it if my pet ran up to the target then instantly cast their abilities.
And then instantly explode?
