My point is that you dont have to constantly watch the market to have fun in this game. If thats what you want to do (and I do enjoy it) then you’ll have to adapt to whatever is happening in the market.

I do understand and in no way am I disagreeing with you, I would rather these bugs not happen at all, but you must understand that this is an MMO with millions of people playing. Its almost guaranteed that no matter what, multiple people will have something before you. If you want everything first, you’re going to have to compete with these guys who figure out every single exploit and take advantage of it.

Im not a red but I doubt it, I think that they’ll follow the trend for the party as they have for the rest of the achievements and have a door that will lead to it (if this is even how it will be done) and they’ll have it remain open for an extended period of time.

I do the event because its fun, not because I want the items. I dont know where you got the idea that I didnt like the event, Im loving this event. This was merely in response to the OP who suggested that they soulbind the items, I would rather them not as it allows me to sell the items that I get.

Why would they soulbind it when theres people like me who dont want the set? Its just the 70 – 78 exotics set with a different rune inside it.

3ish hours, my wrist is still hurting. Loved it though and Im really glad I was paired with a group of people who stuck it out with me until we finally finished it.

Welcome to the first year of every MMO ever. This is the time that everything is tested and Anet figures out what works and what doesnt. There was no event like this in beta so its all a learning experience.

yes, I believe I have done everything there is to be done so far and I am at 3 achievements and mad kings world is at 3/4

Ive previewed the boots and they are the duelist medium armor set. It was kind of a let down as I was expecting a cool set of mad king style boots but oh well.

+1, I love skritt! I dont think they would have time to implement it with everything else going on but it is a great idea.

It is 100% confirmed that it is not required for the title. Stop assuming things. Im sorry for your disability but I hardly think it would be plausible for Anet to put in a whole separate instance for people who are unable to do it.

Honestly, if this was a solo instance I would still be working on it. The only reason I beat it was because me and the others I was grouped with worked together to figure out that you had to jump down to the chest.

Thats what Im seeing on these forums and it really saddens me that people are saying the whole event sucks because god forbid they couldnt get their chainsaw greatsword skin.

It could be a bug, I ended up jumping too late and hitting the wall to the left of the clock face and I still got in.

The tower is fine as it is. There is nothing you are missing by not doing it besides the 10 points earned.

Mine appear to be the duelist boots skin with a rune of the mad king. Its a shame because I hate those boots, I was looking forward to a unique skin but ah well, the tower was fun enough to make up for it.

After 3ish hours, many thrown desk items and a hurting wrist, I finally finished it. I think the difficulty is perfect and I even made friends with the 4 other people that were too determined to get it to give up.

But they are halloween themed.

Hi, so I noticed a lot of complaints about CM story on Devonas Rest about not being able to finish the last part where you rescue the queen. Sure enough, upon trying it out for myself I found out that it is indeed impossible to finish. It seems that one of the separatists in the last fight either doesnt spawn or when you kill them it doesnt count towards the /3 counter. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem or maybe some confirmation that Anet is looking into it?

Theres your problem right there. This was for people who bought a bunch of chests and whined when they didnt get anything so Anet gave them a second chance by throwing the items they got into the forge.

I guarantee if they put it had a 1 in 10 chance to give a skin, the forums would be flooded with people complaining that they didnt get a skin after buying 10 chests. Posting stuff like that complicates matters way too much to even think about doing so.

And thats the way the cookie crumbles. Anet stated you have a chance to get a skin, that doesnt mean youre guaranteed to get one no matter how much money you throw at the screen.
