If you’re going D/D I’m guessing your going backstab, which needs to have as much DPS as possible. Rune of Divinity isn’t that good for backstab, 60 extra points in vitality and toughness won’t make a difference to your squishy-ness.

Just watched a thief abuse it for nearly 5 minutes while about 8 people tried to kill him the entire time and failed. Naw, not a problem at all in the eyes of thieves. Being able to nearly instant kill people and get away 90% of the time is balanced because of that 10%.

But did he kill anyone? even if he downed someone, they would’ve been revived straight away. Wanna talk OP? How about an ele that can charge straight into an enemy zerg and get out unscathed, or when they’re downed they just mistform into a safe zone?

reset with the dailies? or the next 24hrs since your last run? also are the rewards account based or character based (meaning you can do 2 runs of the same path with 2 different characters and get the same amount, 60?)?

1. Why are you looking at your cat’s nipples to begin with? ._.;
2. Charr nipples have been stated to be concealed under their fur. They would not be visible unless you were rooting around in their fur for them, and I imagine that the charr in question isn’t going to be very fond of that.

Given that context, I don’t think the “cloth bra” makes much sense. And it wouldn’t cover a set of six nipples anyways. It’s much too small. It just seems like it’s there to “feminize” the female charr from a human perspective, which seems silly.

I don’t see the obvious reason. Being in WvW is choosing to be in a PvP-area.
Why should PvP in WvW-area be restricted to anonymous people from other servers?
If you enter WvW you risk being attacked by people.
And if you manage to make a lot people from your server upset about you. You should be attacked by them.

Of course this must not be free. It must cost the attacker more than the attacked.

Most MMOs offer such PvP-enabled servers. Some I’ve played offer “Assasin-Masks” which make you an enemy of everyone on every server/Map.

WvW is Server vs Server PvP, if Attack is implemented then people will probably be attacking eachother more than the other servers.

I’d probably make Dragon Chests contain tokens, you need X amount of it.
Then you need Adventurer Tokens from Jumping Puzzles, X amount as well.
Then give a journal to players that give hints as to where other tokens are found, the player will then have to figure out where they hide and waiting there will be a champion or something defending the chest. I DONT KNOW

They said that the Jan patch will just be something to get the game ready for the Feb patch (which is all the content). So I don’t think they’ll even bother announcing its ETA, unless it does have content.

They already have this where you type /rank. It’s can only be used in SPvP though and I don’t see why we’d need people showing off their SPvP rank in the rest of the world where it’s completely irrelevant besides maybe WvW

That’s exactly what I’m suggesting, /rank works in PvE aswell. It doesn’t work when you’re in-game in sPvP only in the lobby and it doesn’t work at all in Wv3 (which is where I want it the most.).

I duel mostly and prefer to do it in party with my opponent. Gives them no “excuses” about me abusing culling or whatever.

If there were a way to get rid of the invisibility portion but keep the “openers” I’d be totally fine with that.

Nope, don’t know any. They are invisible even while stomping, so I don’t get to know them, couldn’t even tell you what they are wearing.

Most of them just wander around looking for easy kills without even bothering to find bessies to kill or something useful.

There might be a few good ones out there but how do you tell? A complete noob can jump on one, get lucky and 3 shot kill a player in under a second- does that make them good?

I’ve met a few decent ones but with stealth and culling such a problem I can’t classify anyone who plays that type of thief as good. Having said that I know there are a few group players playing thief that can actually play their class well and contribute meaningfully group vs group.

Close list and ask for classes that don’t basically exploit culling and a bad game mechanic.

Only bad players get killed by the 1, 2, 3 combo. So no, it doesn’t make a good thief.

Wow at all the QQ that thieves are OP. We’re not, we’re VERY squishy. It’s because bad players always let us get within melee range to hit them with a C&D. I had 5 FA invaders keep coming at me trying to kill me like 3 times each, not thinking about coming at me all at once just one at a time.

I stealthed once RIGHT infront of a Warrior then bursted him down when stealth came off, he didn’t use shield stance, defy pain or anything, he just kept running forward. He then joined my party and called me a OP thief lmfao.

Over 500hours here since launch, only 1 exotic drop and that was from a glitched event that I farmed for like 8 hours all up.

How do people do that? I do Shift+Left click and no workey. 1 guy chat linked 3000gold so I wanted to chatlink my 60s >.>

The ones we currently have are just so lackluster, they don’t make you feel special and the only place where it actually matters is in sPvP or Wv3 which makes it completely worthless since you need a stupid finisher.

In Wv3, you will RARELY finish your opponent unless you’re in a 1v1 and in sPvP it’s so confined that somebody else will probably finish the opponent before you do. So what I ask for is a flashy rank emote (like in Gw1) that we can activate WHERE EVER we want.

I don’t know, I mean, even if they are going to implement it I wouldn’t expect it until maybe the 1st expansion is released. Also, if they do implement dueling into this game, there will be a LOT of nerfs based off of it.

Never played Dark Souls, but I played Demons Souls and could finish it 10 times through without a death. Barely ever invaded though, since I live in NZ, anyway, if Dark Souls still has that cheap kitten backstab then it doesn’t really take skill.

I have a lot of fun in this game without legendaries, it’s funny though seeing them run around in Wv3 thinking they’re the best then they get killed by just an average looking player.

You should use black powder (or whatever No6 skill is) when they are downed. It’ll make their cc’s useless.

They should reward Ascended Tokens or something from newly implemented & interesting events in all other areas, giving an incentive to go back there and more ascended gear. The amount of tokens you receive will then scale depending on what level zone you’re in & what level you are or something. Then you exchange them for a piece of Ascended Gear. The higher the level of gear, the more tokens that are required.

So will I get banned if I salvage my rares from dungeon runs? or buying low priced 70-80 rares and getting a couple ectos from em?

Well, the Bone Skull facepaint is the necro starter head gear. Unsure of the outfit though, I don’t have any LA users.

WvW is where I spend 90% of my time in GW2, the other 10% is for Ori’s in Lost Shore because I hate running Orr ori’s now.

As title says, what’s the most gold you’ve had at one time? Don’t need to say how you got it, I just wanna see how poor I am compared to others, seeing as the most gold I’ve ever had at one point was 20ish gold.

Be glad you don’t get loot bags dropping in WvW then picking them up and they have nothing in it. This has happened to me dozens of times, not sure if intended or a bug.

If someone is really spending real life cash on gems to buy gold to buy a legendary off the trading post, then I feel bad for him.

As of right now the cheapest legendary weapon I see available is the bolt, for 3333 gold.

Currently 100 gems is 1 gold 75 silver. Let’s pretend there are no fees for selling gems (there are)

That means you need 190457 gems to get that much gold (rounded)

With the largest bulk option you get 4000 gems for $50.00

That means to buy the cheapest legendary on the trading post right now (bolt) you need $2,308.

When you add in trading post fees you’re probably looking at around $2,5000.

Do you REALLY think that someone out there is spending that much on a legendary weapon? I highly doubt it. And if there is someone spending that much on a legendary, I feel bad for him.

I know DOZENS of people who spend $1000+ on F2P games -.-

Are you in FA server? Because I just finished doing this LOL, btw, there’s a Revealed buff that doesn’t let the Thief go back into stealth. Now this only occurs if they open up with an attack, if they just let the stealth run out, they won’t get the debuff.

It’s the culling issue that is making us seem like when unload attacks, down you, then stealth again. But the culling issue is nothing we players can fix, it’s Anets problem.

It doesn’t even help, at least let us disable that pile of kitten.

To those who don’t know, Last Refuge is the trait you get for 5 in Shadow Arts, gain stealth when HP drops below 25%.

With the majority of them, I don’t deal enough damage to kill them with a CnD>Mug>Backstab and then they BOLT out so kitten fast I wouldn’t even be able to reach them if I tried to close the gap with Heartseeker (it’d use my initiative up too, trying to do that).

When I run conditions, it’s still no good because they purge before I can get a large stack on em. So any tips my fellow thieves?
