Good joke. That item is only useful on your first playthrough when you learn the trap positions, if you did it 1-2 times you should die a lot less and finish it in an hour or so.

PvP tracks are mindless grind. I got r80 and champion title with all classes so I am not exactly new to pvp.
I say no way to this unless its restriced to team arena wins to progress it and takes 5x longer as other tracks.

For people who dont know, Storm Wizard weapons are from completing SAB world 2 in tribulation mode.

Think we’re still looking for context here. Why do you believe they may be offered outside of SAB? Is there some data mined indication we are mising?

It doesnt make sense in the existing reward structure of SAB. You had to get 1 item from all 3 zones of a world to craft a tribulation weapon. Even if it would be a random drop inside SAB it would devalue the weapons, since they are proof of you beating that world in tribulation mode.

This turned out to be a brilliant money sink, and kept people logging in over the entire Halloween event with no added content whatsoever.

I didn’t bite fortunately. In total I only farmed and opened about 2,5k bags, and I got myself an endless batwing tonic. Haven’t logged in since Thursday.

Despite being a miniature collector I didnt even open 1k ToT bags in total if I had to guess. I am not going to gamble away thousands of gold for a slim chance on an account bound mini. I will just vote with my wallet and dont buy the gemstore minis anymore.

A whole ticket would be way too much. A ticket every 5k would be fine, but that’s essentially a less flexible way of doing 1 ticket every 500.

A scrap is worth more like 10g anyway, which is a big deal compared to what you currently get.

Also, these rewards would also have to be retroactive, to avoid screwing over everyone who has already opened AP reward chests.

Nope. 5g every 500 points is a joke. Id rather get nothing than more of these insulting rewards. And show me which 1 ticket weapon is worth 100g. Buy orders for 1 ticket weapons are usually 50-65g.

After 23000 AP even a whole ticket would feel insulting for the effort.

Very bad decision on Anets said. It shouldnt matter why someone wants to kill something. Preventing people to “farm” something is very legit in my opinion, since its good for the economy.

I am all for better UI scaling. Playing at 4k on a 23.5" screen is impossible with the current scaling. Everything becomes very hard to read.

Wrong. Lack of people is different from lack of defense. You can have a handful of players in a map and still be able to hold your side or could before this, non sense, update.

Everyone’s been using the white swords as a crutch to aid in defense. In order to counter the white sword defense you either had to drop enough siege to quickly knock down a wall/door before white swords popped, send a “tagger” to pop white swords on the other side of the map, have a “blocking” group to prevent defenders from getting in the keep. All of these required having a much larger attacking force than defenders.

There was no way to ninja a keep as a small team because the white swords and the fact that you had to go through two walls/gates meant that you’d get attacked before you could even get to the second wall/gate. So even if you had equal but small numbers on a map you were severely handicapped by the white sword mechanic.

Is that the type of balance you want?

Why should you be able to ninja something? Thats PvD
For small groups you can take camps; towers and keeps should need large forces

It was the first tonic I saw drop in many 100s of fractal runs, but tbh I would delete it if I would find one. Tonics are a waste of bank space.

I think there are more Mini Karka than Gwynefyrdds if you include the ones added to wardrobe. They costed 20g at the beginning (sure a lot of gold back then, but still). I think most of them are just on accounts who quit the game long ago. It was not a terribly rare mini.

You dont need a GPU of the 900 series, even the 400 series support the feature with the newest driver update.

This entitlement to exlusive items seriously annoys me… there has to be no exclusive items, there has to be just only items, that have to be earned by the player.
Once a player has fulfilled everything that is required to earn something in the game, its somewhat of s*** peep regardless, when you fulfilled that requirement for earning what you want , be it 2012, 2013, 2014 or in the year 3000!! It plays no role!!

Its not going to get hacked, I dont even know my own password. So even if you would hold a pistol against my head I couldnt tell you. Not saying its completly impossible to hack it, but noone will spend the effort for a GW2 account.

I will never go scout until there are rewards for it.
Its boring. Its mindnumbing. Its unrewarding and doesnt help with my achievements. So why do it.

The listed weapons are much rarer than other of those named exotics. Like the 2 karka ones have a very rare chance to drop from Karka champion bags only.

Thats because pvp had easy access to some of the expensive skins (such as the 2 dwayna bows). They now have to go the hard route, too.

Its not about being exclusive, but making them more than 10x easier to get. I fully expected them to come back, but with the same requirements.

Taking your latest example, should all of us who bought the game at launch be up in arms that the game is being sold at a discount now? We got our value for the higher price, we were first! Expecting more than that just seems selfish to me. And I am not trying to call you selfish just saying it feels that way “to me”.

Well the game is worse than at release. 2 years have passed and the player base is much smaller than at release now. Especially noticeable in WvW, where even the top EU servers dont much queues anymore.
So you could argue that the game degraded and is worth less now.

There are usually 2 reasons why the recording might be choppy: Either the HDD you use for recording is too slow or you are using the same HDD for something else (Windows, GW2 etc) at the same time. Best to use a dedicated HDD with at least 100MB/s writespeed for recording in FullHD.

This is senseless, because minis already have their own collection achievements …
before it gave any collection achievements at all.

i am not talking about the mini pack collection but the other minis. Our mini collectors keep buying minis from gem store and trying to get hard-to-get minis such as karka, lluma etc, I think it would be rewarded.

I am not sure if this a good idea, since most of the special minis are straight up bought with gems

If you get credit for all 3 def events and do some dmg on tequatl you should get all chests.

I like these suggestions as long as the effects are disabled in pvp

Even atmospheric noise is not random. It only cosists of a very high (insanely high, lets say (10^25)! (! = faculty) possibilities in a m³) number of variables.
Currently scientist believe that quantum computers would offer true randomness, but only time will tell if they are correct or if there are hidden laws behind that, too.
