And at video already at least 3 large panoramas, which is not introduced in game yet.
Looking at the video and short little post I saw it kind of looks like its just more quests are coming instead of a new map, I was talking about something more like dry top or southsun cove being added

Hello. As follows from the title, I want to talk about the gathering tools. In recent months, I have encountered a dilemma about this. You see, when you have just typed them, they seemed to be something useful and convenient. Also, looked interesting. I am one of those people who like the story aspect of this game, so I have about two dozen characters, and I bought tools in reliance on an even greater number. Then you began to add new tools skins and I bought a few for those characters, they fit in style. However, does not matter how many characters you have, it is not the point. The fact that the course is higher and higher, and the majority of players who wanted to have it, purchased it long ago. I’ve already filled 2 bank tabs with this tools, and I realized that I absolutely do not want to pay 13-16$ or ~150 gold any more, for a thing that will not bring me any benefit.
I guess I’m not the only person who already has these tools, so not ready to spend money on just another of their skins. Despite the fact that some of them seem attractive to us.
So wanted to ask – could you add something like the exchange of these skins? Special vendor, or perhaps some MF recipes. It is not excluded that the possibility of a subsequent exchange, even spur some players to their purchase.
Well… On this topic clearly visible that A-net rapidly losing trust of community. I think they are trying to do something, but their teams and efforts, and therefore – goals – is scattered, it seems. Even very bad marketer will understand that after creating special discussion about something (RNG) and hearing only the negative reviews about this, the addition of such things (lottery and this miniature) can only be regarded as a clear spit in the face of community.
Personally I do not get out of this labyrinth from the start of Event. Opened about 10k bags. Nothing of value. As for me, I feel like went back for 10 years when all mmo were based only on the mindless grind. This is quite different from the promises they gave before the release, like “you will not have to repeat something over and over again to get something”. So I quite clearly understand the rage of people who write here.
I just do not really imagine a situation in which this restriction may be useful. But observe personally how it ruined my gaming session.

After the entry into 2-3 groups within a certain time (say 10 minutes), you should wait 30 minutes to join the next one.
The story is this – I’m joined taxi to the labyrinth, server was full. Poke for a few minutes, left, join another. Likewise. Tried the third – same. The fourth I could not join allready. As I unexpectedly discovered there is a limit on the number of “joins” at the time. Now I have to wait for “the moment” (which lasts about 10-15 minutes) after each unsuccessful taxi (which, in general, are all in a row). Evening – to put it mildly – spoiled. From here the question – why is this? Of course, I could be wrong. But is not it … donno… more harmfull than useful?

So far everything points to the fact that you.. how to put it mildly… a bit exaggeratingBuy 2 rows of 10 stacks, open, vendor yellow craftable, make cobs, save Balm & Cookies, delete rest, rinse & repeat for 3 days, the first few days were actually a profit for the resell value on cobs/zuzus/pillow cases/etc, i only started losing money the last day and a half.
But in the end i did end up in the negative by quite a bit gold wise.
The most time consuming thing especially doing this for 12h+ a day is deleting dragonite/fragments/food and especially the finishers since the names have to be typed in.
It really isn’t rocket science you know….
And how much time, approximately, takes one repeat of this “ritual”?

Looks good. And it was fun to look. But I agree about blood. Looks like dev-s have some kind of fixed idea to make us spent more money… not good. The game, even without it, transformed into grind. Need to balance the ingredients that we spend somehow. 500 of this blood, for example, needed for eye of Rodgort. Despite its relevance, this blood is already used in twice as much recipes than any other ingredients.
People complained about RNG too much. Get RNG x2. Enjoy. Now you will remember with nostalgia times when RNG was just an RNG. Bwahahahahaaa

As everyone knows, there is a bar at the bottom of the inventory, which displays the amount of gold and gems. On the right there is “+”, when you hover over that appears your wallet. Suggest to extend the functionality, that any desired currency could be displayed in this bar.
Click on the plus, chose any currency, it appeared in the bar. Something like that.

Simple request: give the options to remove from the screen ANY nameplates. Including the pet names (for necro, guard, mesmer and ranger) and names of party members. Let the player choose the information that he wants to see himself.
I have already asked this option a couple of times, but somehow ran into insurmountable walls of every kind of delirium, in the spirit of “then everyone will understand which one of mesmers is real”, or “you just do not understand how important it is to see pet nicknames” (some people do not know the meaning of the word “option”, I guess), or just “no need, good for me now”, so I apologize – a double.

Have to agree with OP. I can not call myself an elitist, because did not worry about even the most horrible groups in dungeons. However, I am constantly observe absolutely nonsense a lot of players doing. More than half of the people do not understand the mechanics of their own classes. Because of this, they just push everything that is not on CD. From here there are all kinds of rangers who push out of melee packs all that is possible, use hunter’s shot on Tequila and wait a few seconds before realize that they do not attack, and so…
Misunderstanding of mechanic and opacity of their efficiency generates attenuation interest to them. People think that the whole game is all about AA spam, simply because no one knows what they are only spamming AA and do not make them any remarks. From here comes the global sense of indifference to what they do. Like “I play whatever I like, because there is no difference, so anyone who is dissatisfied with it – just an elitist.” Such a body will lie in global bosses and wait till some1 res them ignoring all the comments in the chat.
Serious attitude to the mechanics – just what is missing in this game. Many people do not like it so much that they even refuse to play it. And recount is just powerful tool for straightening the arms and causing a sense of responsibility. Elitists will not go away as whatever. And this thing will make the game better.
But only damage count is not enough. Need to consider everything – absorbed damage, overdamage, healing, healing/damage with combo fields etc.. For comprehensive understanding of classes

I think you’re a bit exaggerating. Just enough to straighten what is already available. It is overstatement to expect from MMO super realistic facial animation and gestures 100% replicate the human (there IS a good facial animation and it is excellent already. Except the fact that it is not used almost anywhere except the dialog scenes in personal story which, for some reason, are not produced anymore). However, emotions of characters in MMO – is a necessary means of communication. Like smilies on the forum. No one is waiting for that smiley is exactly transmit emotions. However, it helps to transmit them better. And in a game with so much idle talk, strange to have such a buggy emotions.
I want to hear my character’s voice already. But it will not happen
Most of those mount-wanters just want to enjoy the epic view of they’r character riding around on a spectacular horse, rather than flying from one point to another with the speed of sound. Therefore, even this carpet – a joy to their eyes. For some reason, most of mount-haters simply do not want to understand it.
Personally, I would be delighted if the developers gave them unpretentious combat skills. Just for the sake of mounted combat sensation.
However, if all the mounts will simply sold in GS – it will be just not fun.

Dear developers, since you’re so thoroughly trying to create a dramatic impression of the events, environment, to convey the… nature of the characters and so on., please correct emotions animation. Against the background of the rest of beauty it looks ridiculous when at any gestures of the characters they’r weapons and backs just disappearing. By themselves many emotions not very eeer… realistic too. Ideally, it would be good to see a lot of new emotions. Extremely desirable, for instance, to animate character’s “\say” speech. Accompany with voicing some of commands, such as “hello” etc.
In general, it is time to do something with it. Roleplay, so far, is the weakest side in this game, although b4 the release it seemed to be just the opposite.
I think that the addition of badges and individual sellers of world boss thematic loot would dramatically raise their popularity as a whole. Currently, people normaly killing Tequila on just a few servers. And normally killing wurm… well…. nowhere. Here AFTER this addition, you can raise the difficulty of the bosses.

Well … Since some time ago we’ve crossed the some kind of one-year line, I’ve decided to whine a bit on this subject.
So. I’m killing Tequila almost every day throughout the year. Sometimes two times per day. Sometimes even 3. Guess if I have at least one skin?
But my friend, who visited after a six-month break, just got 2 for 2 nights. I would not say that I envy him. In this situation, I was irritated by the fact that nothing depend on me here. If u add something of value to loot, isn’t it necessary to add some way to get it? Well, badges for example. I think after hundreds of such topics on the forum it’s time to understand that the RNG enrages people and spoils the enjoyment of the game. Personally I, to put it mildly, have start to lose enthusiasm. I do not think I’m the only one. Sooner or later it all comes to the situation that peo ple like me will just stand afk near the boss (because every1 are sick of it) or just forget about it because of futility. All patience has a limit, you know…

Despite the fact that I strongly disagree about the approval that there is no game b4 80, I believe that such a thing would not hurt. But would not bring any benefit, as well. Therefore, it is simply useless. If u really want get 80lvl it can be done in 2-3 evenings. The game is oversaturated with all sorts of boosters and scrolls that simplify lvling several times. I have about 2.5 dozens of maxed characters, though I’m playing only 2-3 hours in the evenings. If you add the ability to lvl the characters without even logging on them, the game will turn into some kind of soulless grnid. And, what is worse, sink deeper into a completely armless comrades who absolutely do not understand their own profession and use everything that has no CD. Sure, you’ve seen these.
What really would be useful – some kind of account level, such as what on WvW now, but more… global. (like “Paragon”, you know where)

Not being a permanent reward is what makes them special. Miniatures are prestige objects.
Hm… It’s more like objects of a collecting. Overwhelming majority of the people do not care about them at all. That hardly makes minis prestigious. But collectors, who are not able to… well… collect, can be very disappointed.
To put it simply, they took a lot of the flavor out of many of the starter zones that made them unique and interesting in order to make it “less confusing”. While I’m not sure how picking up a stack of hay and giving it to a cow could be difficult or mind-blowing, I sure do hope A-net knows what they’re doing.
New players are introduced to these new areas and if they are bland, boring, and monotonous from the very start, they’ll leave and spread the word about how GW2 “is just like every other MMO”.
Oh I am sure they removed the cow feed because it was an easy source of a speed buff for some players in that area. Example I would use it for a quick run to the bandit cave when I did farm keys. I’m pretty much sure a lot of these changes were done to slow down key farming/gold generating/transmute charges farming like another above said. Not that I am against that at all, I think it is a wise move on their part.

Ah… Starting zones now such easy and simple… And, well… 3 Mordrem dogs in iron marches, meanwhile, destroy a pack of several ascended guys in a seconds, without being even a veterans. Tentacles on Gravelash converted the whole area into a solid AoE zone from which no one could escape alive (not to mention the opportunity to kill it in the allotted time)… Champion Mordrem kills in range per second without the possibility to even roll out… In general, beginners will feel comfortable. Yap… Keep it up. Keep it up..

Long before the release there were books in the game and a collection tabs for it. Perhaps now, with the addition of collectible achievements, it’s time to think about their return. This is a good way to introduce lore within the game. And, well… it will be just interesting to collect them.
The questionis perhaps to the developers: any plans to repeat the sale of Christmas miniatures from the first of Christmas of Event (Festive Golem, Snowman, Infinirarium and MF of them into Foostivoo)? Until now this is the only miniatures, whose sale has never been repeated.
It was something like “maybe someday in the future we will add something like alternative way to get it but we donno yet”.

Even a game that I will not name here, with it’s clumsy, ugly and wretched HeroEngine (bweh…) has a cloth physics. I would never believe that handy A-net with they’r epochal (compared with the “HE” at least) engine will not be able to do something like that.
They just do not take the problem seriously.
For two years it was possible to screw adequate tissue physics to the game. If , of course, someone actually was engaged

Well, not so long ago I’ve explore and, you know, do different things at dredgehoud by yet another character. As you know, at the weekend all trying to do the guild quests. People completing rush non-stop. The sound of the fireworks, which can be heard when someone runs up to the chest can be heard everywhere. God! it sounds just not stopping. In the second hour I hated it and turned off the sound at all. Please remove it or make more local at least.
In my opinion, it’s not very convenient that to switch between the tabs you need to press the reverse link. Perhaps dev-s should make that all 3 links to tabs were visible and accessible at the same time from any tab?
You know, that thing with charm, dignity and ferocity.. Will it return? Actually, it was quite interesting. Yes, it wasn’t necessary. But, still, was interesting. Miss it.

Once I even left my warrior in a dungeon inside the tower of nightmares. When I returned half an hour later, four mobs were kicking me (one of them was a veteran) but my HP does not even fall below a quarter. Plus, the warrior has more opportunities to inflict damage and support, everyone always want him in the dungeons (which is actually not very… right) and it’s just simplyer. More interesting, due to the large number of opportunities and specs. All useful (really useful) traits of the ranger (which were not a lot, and they are inferior to many other classes) are scattered in complete chaos in different lines. As a result, the ranger can create only a 2-3 really good builds.
Shorter: ranger is still raw
