Speaking from experience, more than one guild leader never works, and only creates alot of guild drama. It is best to pick the most trustworthy person for the highest rank, and make new ranks for other members that need different permissions.
You are welcome to join our guild with 8-9-10 leaders. See how it works out without a single bit of drama. Or maybe we just don’t take ourself too serious.

Funny anet considered that as a bug while players thought it was a nice addition. Other things that are still bugged ( looking at your dbl garri corner walls ) are left alone.
I haven’t once checked how many <span class='FO_hovarable_search_text'><span class='FO_FirstWord'>tickets</span></span> I have. There was a time where I felt compelled to WvW as much as possible for things like server pride and the war effort and, looking back, it wasn’t worth it. So when I saw something else that suggested I put in extra hours, I didn’t think twice about turning it down.

Also can we ever get a kitten patch that adds more than updates to score and rewards? Anet can go around saying they spent so much time on WvW. But we’re still playing the same game as 2 years ago, only the numbers and blinking screen text has changed. Give us some kittening balance while you’re at it.

5 years into this game and people still blobfest and gankfest and afraid to roam with less than 5 – 10 people.The people made wvw a bore,not anet.Instead of making smaller groups to have fun fights,roam with less,dont rely on broken mechanics,dont rely on downed state to save your kitten.it could have been fun,but it hardly is lately.

If you need some safe practice, go to queensdale and near the swamp there are a few. I practice on those during late night so people don’t interfere with oakheart and my 1v1 duels.
I don’t think you understand the OP. It’s saying people rally off the VINES the oakheart is throwing on people, not dying to the oakheart itself……
It’s nice to have more points available then you can spend, that way you can pick the ones you want to complete instead of feeling forced to say, get all adventures on gold to obtain them.
These mastery points are just another currency that might flood your wallet without being able to spend em, like wvw rank points.
Can I get a show of hands from those who still played back in the day when you lost money in WvW instead of making it, by paying to upgrade objectives, repair armor and spending hours scouting objectives while they upgraded.
I’d still play WvW if it awarded nothing. It isn’t a job, I don’t do it to support something, I do it because I enjoy it, it’s stress relieving, it’s great for socializing.
Rewards are great and they should be there. It’s proper design to have all areas of the game giving adequate loot to sustain yourself. It’s more important for some people than others and that’s okay, everyone has fun in a different way. But for those who are more focused on the grind, remind yourself that when you reach your goal, you’ll probably leave WvW behind forever. Why should the devs cater to the people who are only there temporarily? The players who have stuck it out through thick and thin, or the new players who have discovered something they love, are the ones that deserve a long term goal and goodies on the journey for their troubles.
You deserve your cut as well even if you’re only there to suck the loot out of it. But don’t expect sympathy when that’s your only motivation. I’m not going to welcome someone to my party who’s only there for cake and beer.

With siege, does the timer reset at target destruction or hit? Haven’t really check this yet. If its a lower timer on hit than that makes sense that it shouldn’t be high since you might not be firing for effect anyway and its really easy for people to spoof the system with a keyboard macro and walk away, so you want that really low. Else we would end up with a bunch of afkers on siege firing non stop but not really there. If its on destruction and target hasn’t changed then yeah you are wasting time shooting at a target that’s not there so you are not contributing.
Do a mix of roaming, group, zerg surf, and active scouting. Haven’t seen an issue with decay unless just sitting in an objective, which even if you are reporting movement you really aren’t doing anything that swords on the map wouldn’t have already warned about to one level of degree or another except provide more detail. Active roamers should already be taking a peek anyway when that occurs. I can see the decay when first starting out in a WvW session but once you get going its a non issue unless you then afk for 5 mins, which then you will have to rebuild your contribution. Wasn’t seeing the hordes of AFKers previously but am also not seeing an issue with the decays, we either need to let them fine tune, players need adjust their play style or figure out if people want more afkers or shorter decays. I still like the new system and its adds more fun into a mode that was already fun to play but now its less of gold sink then it was.

Given how different the reports are, I suspect it’s behaving differently for different people.
I assume the people that struggle with it are pve players not knowing what they can achiev without a tag spoonfed them.
Perhaps you killed a player granting you 10min of no decay. People just over react about it. Been roaming as i always do and even checked participation and it never went down even when i afk at times.
You know things go in a wrong direction when counters getting a counter.
This thread is getting beyond ridicilous. If rewards is all you want you picked the most useless game mode for it. History proved it already.
It’s that, or being worried about some kittenty rewards you could get in pve much quicker. Since this pip patch its all about omg participation omg missing out on rewards. Kinda wish anet would take it out so people would play this game mode as they did for years.
Auric basin meta gives quite some good exp. It’s up every uneven hour.

No, but I don’t aim just for rewards for WvW. They are secondary and are earned through playing the game, so as long as I play the game mode, I would have never have given up because I know it is inevitable anyways. I mean there’s no practical value to it. Given that a lot of people turn down character quality in WvW due to performance, it’s likely most people won’t even know what you’re actually wearing. And legendaries themselves don’t really have any useful value more than “I grinded. A lot. Here.” so whether it comes tomorrow or next year is really the same kitten.
Honestly, if you’re not here to come in and out as quickly as possible, I don’t see a problem.
Oh btw, I’ve never finished the diamond chests. If you ask me, I do feel it’s a little steep, but I understand part of it is on me.

Kill a player during that event grants you 10min of no decay. You seem the type of player that only chips in wvw for the rewards, not the game mode itself….
Don’t know what you guys doing to lose participation in a blink of an eye. I can keep it up just fine with my slackplay.
I got full diamond rewards 3 weeks in a row, but i have to admit that it burned me out. I’m ok with the rewards being hard to get, but the grind can wear you down. Just not fun at this moment, so ive been playing less.
remember its not a grind if you abandon all logic!
If ya just played this mode before all this shiny additions you can get the tickets just fine by normal play.
But reading your posts it seems all you want is to have the shinies asap and kitten off to the next shiny stuff.

Tournament is a bit boring when the winner is determined by ANet via full-status and server-linking.
And winners are decided even before a "tournament"starts on top of it. Not much competition right.

Most achievements that give mastery points are just ones you get done by normal play. Like completing a chain event or whacking up some champ/legendary bosses.
Not bugged, just an insanely low drop rate. Took me 2 days and around 200 nodes i think to finally get it. Just keep going i’d say.
If the tag sets squad option to “allow members to invite” you could join by right click names/portraits of any member to get in. Or a /squadjoin name.
There’s a work around for this but it requires everyone NOT to kill chaks until the guy sets up his stuff and releases his beetles.
Want vet mobs all for yourself? Hop in the oasis in Desert Borderlands at wvw. I am sure barely anyone comes to interupt your training there.

If you really are that dissapointed about missing on loot, run some t4 fractals. One set of dailies will net you a full year of missed out loot.

Player imbalance is mainly driven by players jumping to the next fotm server. Only way to stop it is to change transfering with some kind of penalties but they make a good chunk of money of it, so i doubt anything will happen.
