i would call it the Triforge sigil
can i suggest to tone it down, to a max of 30% and totally remove it in the stats in armors, and will only be available if you traited your character to do crit damage.
in my humble opinion, this is the source of too much over the top damage of different classes.
instead of clamoring that this skill, and that trait, and whatsoever damage will be nerfed, it will be the crit damage modifier that should be toned down,
and to compensate all the armors and weapon and dungeon counterparts, they will refund the mats and tokens invested in the said armors and weapons containing crit damage modifiers

Even if you were to arrive after the fight was over, that’s the best scenario, worse scenario is that one of the guys lagged and died and you would then have to pick up the slack.
Would you still waste the groups time by laying there dead as the guy that just got killed ran back? Make the effort every time, not for you but for your team.

This is not possible as far as my experience goes, since if they invited a new player, they would go to another separate dungeon instance,
because, one time my friend invited me to the last boss in AC because they are lacking one player(the player left for a particular real life event) but when i entered the dungeon its a new dungeon instance, and the others are on the other dungeon instance as well
I made a support for this suggestion in one of the suggestion post, but the thieves bashed it with thei great might and superiority ahahhaha,
what my suggestion went is, give our shouts the ability to detect stealth, so whenever we use shout the pet would cast an aura around itself for 1 sec 1200 radius to detect hiddden enemies
the suggestion is a trait ability in the beastmastery trait line
i hope that reaper of grenth should grant stability also,

and fire and air is fine when in land, but it doesnt trigger its effect on water,

the point of this thread is, when we (thieves) kill them in less than 3 secs they complain

as far as i experienced about sigil,
no two runes with the same property,(passive, active, on crit, on kill, etc etc)cannot go together
all runes have internal cooldowns,
eg if you use rage sigil(cooldwon 45 sec) + air rune (5 secs)
if rage procs, you should wait for 45 secs for the next possible air rune to proc
so my best combination i had with me, on crit + stacking rune
eg earth + corruption
or the other class can override this one?
cause im trying to chase an elementalist, with perma swiftness duration, and i cant seem to get them.

i think, in my opinion, its to counter balance things?
like in ranger traps that deals condition damage, but the trap mastery and expertise is on the crtical and precision tree,
make the respawn of dragons randomly appear in different maps across tyria
dragons as of now is just a camping site, and every player will just wait for the respawn time.
however, by making the dragons appear in diferent locations in tyria, players will try to hunt it and look for it across all maps in tyria. so that there will be a sense to REVISIT low level maps after map completion.
eg. the dragon will invade Queensdale.
one more suggestion, if a dragon invades a map, a total one random debuff across that invaded map will be implemented like -33% healing reduction etc etc., and all waypoints in that area will be contested for added degree of difficulty
and after defeating the said dragon, increase the incentive given by the treasure box.

this is the only game that i played that my thief moves faster in stealth with the trait line.
i remember the last game that i played they have movement speed penalty whenever they stealth themselves. at max they can only move 60 % of their max speed

Thief looks sooooo overpowered, Just because the other classes have UNFIXED traits and not working properly,
i bet, like Mesmers, if their phantasms deal an ample amount of damage (because their trait line is bugged/not useful, increase damage to your clones that only deals 30 damage?)
like rangers, that all arrows misses and obstructed for no apparent reason…
etc etc..
generally, again and again, all bugged traits should be fixed before balancing issuues should pugh through.
it is tedious to the game developers, and time consuming, but worth the wait, instead of hotfixing everything.

they deserved to be fixed in my opinion, before bashing and giving nerf to one class or the other
see, ashanor does not consider thief as imba as others perceived it to be,
my thoughts about nerfing the thief:
they should buff and fix the other classes first,
because if they nerf thief first, and later on buff the other classes, we will be in a state like what Anet did to Rangers.
after Anet and the community determined that all traits and skills are working properly, that is the only time we can proceed to balancing issues
