Almost all I do is aimlessly walk around the open world. I don’t know what you people are talking about. The only stupid pirate ships I see are for the balloon chest event.

Before the game world felt like it was only in dimensions. These last few updates are change that. By adding action in the sky. The game will have much more of 3d feel.

Future updated will should more complicated things in the air.

But is that what you are talking about…the pirate ship that shows up for the balloon chest event?

…or did they add something else that I am just not seeing?

This means Anet can make all kinds of events in the air in future updates. The skies after this update will no longer be empty. And they will be able to interact with ground objects.

I see the balloon/sky ship events as the beginning of the new sky’s of Tyria.

Anet should also add some high altitude ships to the sky. They don’t need to be to detailed. But if you see them going in one direction. You know a event is going to happen in another zone.

Also let have ship vs ship battles. Where the downed ship crashes killing everyone on the ground in the way.

I think there should be a NPC to rezz players. The NPC can walk around in a circle on the platform.

Because as the event goes on. There will be fewer players in the gauntlet.

The only part about it i didn’t like. Was the air ships not being able to shoot a balloon down. Other then that, I want see more stuff like this in the sky. Not necessarily always a air ship.

Expand holiday events like Halloween, Wintersday, and Dragon Bash to other cities. With fully decorated areas and new things to do.

Also expand these events from two week events to a month. With expansions on their themes. Ex. Halloween would also have harvist included in it. Wintersday would include a new year like event. Dragon Bash with more nord like activities in Hoelbrak.

The event will repeat but with different celebrations. So I think Anet is taking their time to fix it right. For when the Crown Pavilion opens up for other events.

Imagine a projection of the Mad King from LA in the Crown Pavilion.

I love seeing the Sky Pirates ships flying over head attacking the balloons. It makes the shy in the open world feel more alive.

Can we have more but rare spontaneous permanent events like this everywhere. Events with hard champions that take place like once a week. That could span an entire zone at times. But don’t put them on a predictable timer (RNG timer).

If anyone here has any other ideas for the Crown Pavilion. After the Queen’s Jubilee is over. Post them here.

Anet should make this a dual use area. With other activities then recurring mini zone and Queen’s Gauntlet.

Another idea:
*Holograms inside the top of the Crown Pavilion for events. Asuran projector would be located at the very bottom. To project image upward. Holograms could be anything related to a event.
*Add more useful NPC merchants.
*Open up Royal Terrace for free. You’re not going to make much off it anyways.
*Food vendors with a buff you can’t get anywhere else.
*Some performers to entertain people.

The Crown Pavilion looks great but it is not a arena yet on the top. There no reason for players to visit to Crown Pavilion’s top levels. All they can see is a hole in the ground and LS ceremonies.

I would like the Crown Pavilion to have more uses. Other than the mini zone and Queen’s Gauntlet. So players will still have reasons to visit it.

I also want to suggest some changes to the Crown Pavilion.
*First the entrance to the mini zone. It’s in the wrong place. Because most players are not even in the Crown Pavilion district when waiting for people to enter the mini zone. Put the entrance on the main viewing level inside the Crown Pavilion (see image).

*Remove the Queen’s Gauntlet domes. They just ruin the view of anyone observing their friends fight.

*Give players access to the bottom level in the image.

*Below the bottom viewing platform in the image. Add a retractable glass roof. So when the event is over players can have a flat big space to do things.

*Add a waypoint to the top main level inside the Crown Pavilion on the image.

*In image add instance areas through doorways. Dungeon, Hall of Champions, etc.

*Crown Pavilion could be used for airship parking in future events.

*Holiday event themes for the Crown Pavilion. Redecorate mini zone and outside of the Crown Pavilion.

I don’t think that 1 quick item a day for 3 days over the course of an entire month constitutes a “grind”… by any definition.

Not to mention that IMHO this particular update’s achievements have been way less grindy than others, considering that you can just ignore if you want any achievement that you might feel is grindy and still get the meta just by doing the dailies, something we couldn’t do in previous updates.

I completed EVERYTHING but all the dailies. There is no option ignoring any of it.

I have all the achievements Queen’s Jubilee. But still no Watchknight mini. I’ve read that players need to get some of the dailies too. Even though in the achievement for the mini says to complete “Queen’s Jubilee achievements OR Queen’s dailies”.

Just how many dailies do I need for this mini? Why do we have to complete everything? And what if I miss a few dailies?

Players can link a waypoint to the chat box. For people to click on.

I suggest that Anet makes it so we can link a Enemy or a NPC to the chat box too. So we can have a Champs name followed by the waypoint. Without having to type the name of the enemy or NPC.

I Anet wants use to change our builds on a regular bases. Than there should be NO FEE for changing traits. This can be limited to certain areas (like in GW).

And a way to save and load trait builds would be helpful.

Isn’t champion loot in dungeons too. Maybe to many of you are doing speed runs still?

The Final Rest is still one of the best looking weapons in the game. But it does not have a unique icon to distinguish it’s self from over stakitten , in the players inventory.

Also how about making the Final Rest a little darker and some chaos particle effects.

It’s the same exact concept as the +50% experience booster. It’s just that – a booster. Instead of boosting your stat, it gives you a convenience. It’s not Freemium, and you don’t need it!

They make free stuff all the time. I see no problem with them asking for money for VIP access to a convenience area.

I see a HUGGGGGE kittening problem with the capital city in the game. Not having basic things the player needs to make it their home.

You don’t have to pay a dime. Not at all. You have the option of doing so in a more exclusive place than the merchants district in L.A. Me? I’ll be sticking in L.A. personally. It’s comfortable and I like it. But if someone chooses to use the Terrace instead, more power to them and may they find the relative peace worth the investment.

Now… here’s something you didn’t think about. Actually I’m the only person outside ArenaNet to think of this. (Prior statement cannot be verified, so hush.) When culling is removed L.A. is going to be chaotic. You’re going to see EVERYONE. I think, in that case, it may be worth considering a more quite place to chill, craft a bit, get things done, for some at least. When culling is gone in L.A. it may very well be worth spending the gold (or cash) for the gems for a little elbow room.
