Yeah, but you are a bad player using a bad build. That makes you bad even if you want to play how you are playing. My build makes me good, and it’s proof that Celestial gear is the best in the game. The AH heal and DPS is massive, not to mention I have more Toughness and Vitality so I hold perfect aggro.

It’s situational. Good luck predicting that dodge when someone targets you from a blob of players. Same can be applied to perplex chars. Dodge, stability, stunbreaks, keeping distance, condi reduction, not being glass in condi meta etc. Plus it’s mostly solo roamer with very limited use and offers next to nothing to a group play that actually matters something. It’s a huge sacrifice for a gimmick.

If you stop to channel it in a blob fight, you’re rally bait.

Just finished with a PYRO/VR run on FA BL. I think we had probably 60ish. I guess FA probably had around the same, maybe a few more. It was literally unplayable. Why on earth anyone would want to do this on a regular basis is beyond me.

We had about 30 APS and then VK responded when Pyro started bringing the pain to garri… TC had 3 large guild mobs though was a lot of fun and learned from tonight:D

Marathon runner here, apparently. RE asking for the bad-mouthing guilds to put their money where their mouth is. We are available for Official GvGs, 15v15. I mean everytime we face each other, I send out official challenges via gvg.com and no one accepts. I send PMs and in-game mails and either receive no reply or some reason that the guild cannot do an “official” gvg. Then when I see said guild on the forum trying to buff their lil ego’s, its sort of hilarious. We love to fight. Other night I was running a whopping 12 of us after our prime time into a zerg of 30ish [VR], who were so proud of their accomplishment of defeating us they spam laugh after they spent the entire night running from our primetime group that had equal #s. I guess they redeemed their hurt pride.

It’s slows down the server time so that the server and people’s clients have more time to do the calculations. It means that everyone’s inputs will be registered correctly and you don’t have the “am I alive?” moments because you’ve been frozen out.

It’s less of a lag than putting things into slowmo.

GW2 is not a deterministic serious of events. If I cast lava font you are warned and able to move out of it. If we slowed things down to the sense of being queued up it would quickly gum up what GW2 combat is.

I tested it yesterday night, that sigil is amazing. In dual i cast aoe chill every 9 seconds. I jump on someone (GS3 or Sword2) swap weapons and chill him for 3 seconds.

Chill is too powerful in this game. More for a guardian with lack of soft CC to keep enemies in melee range.

Unless you’re running it on both weapon sets and swapping every 9 second with the 5 second trait, you’re doing it every 10 seconds at most.

Guys they can’t time dilate because of the point tick… you could just lock the enemy zerg in place by throwing players at them and slowing them waaaaaaaay down while you keep ticking in points at regular time.

Well I assume part of it is soloing Lupi and some of the other bosses. Some requirements that mean the title says something about you and not something about you being carried through 3mannable content.

It’s not an economy if you can’t sell it. According to all the info, these Refined Ectos are Account Bound upon creation. They’re also the only thing that’s Time Gated.

What you make with them is not account bound. This item can then be bought/sold but your ability to produce it is time gated due to the refined ectos.

I just realized this reset ONLY benefits those who have already mastered the crafting classes in question. For new players, or old ones who simply haven’t got down to crafting yet, they can still use discoveries to make 400 easily, but after that, they wont have anything to get to 500… it would have been far more beneficial to simply add new recipes.

What you just said makes no sense. Nobody used discovery of lvl 400 crafting recipes to get to lvl 400, for obvious reasons.

So, as 30/25/0/0/15 warrior it is always better to go full berserker. In a group setting it’s better by 2.5-3.06% (accuracy stacks, 100 prec/10% crit food) than using 1-3 assassin pieces (with bloodlust stacks, 100 power or 100 prec food, stays roughly same).
-> Full Berserker is always better.

Too sleepy to actually write out the math, but at first glance how could the benefit of running zerker instead be lower when you’re expecting higher uptime on critchance buffs which would lower the value of additional precision?

I have to disagree. Things like turrets can be set-forget. What’s the point of even having boss encounters if I can just throw out a swarm of invincible turrets and leave the room?

No, if you are out of range they cannot path to where they can auto attack, therefore they reset. If your minion is invuln it can be targeted, it can be pathed to, it can be attacked at, it just doesn’t take damage. If invuln broke aggro then invuln skills would be game breaking.

I like how they have to name theirs “Official” because they’re kitten about being closed last time.

Your condition removal is pretty bad. You’re gonna be made into a commander epi target which is ideal for the other team (we already do this to kalkz on your server as his build seems to have 0 condition management). Tanky targets that can’t remove their conditions = punching bag for stacking condis on then epidemic to the people who will melt in seconds under the same pressure. It’s essentially the same thing we do to people who stand near siegeraiser so don’t command like that.

When you load into a map, you don’t load the entire map. This is why, when you enter into a map that has a massive zerg war going on, you don’t automatically bog down even when facing the direction the zerg battle is at.

That has even less to do with skill lag than making a 5th map. Stay on topic? You can have 3s of skill lag at 100+fps.

Do I need to explain WvW mechanics to you? You center your AC shot, you do not pick the point of each and every volley. The attacks from an AC and the circles they generate drift each tick. I can also get a ground target with my bow over the lip of that staircase in that screenshot by aiming at the lip that runs along the edge of the stairs.

Go home kalkz zerg, your commander lets us stack 25 bleed/25 vuln/burn and epi him.

I was there at 11:08pm, dueled one guardian. The fight would’ve went on forever so we called a draw. Then we just left because we didn’t see anyone.
