Need i remind u guys a GS/hammer warrior can keep up with me while im using a firey gs? And manage to stop me in my tracks with this CC and gs cripple. The only way to outrun this overpowered power house is if i get a good headstart first.

healing signet by itself,is not OP,but when you add in 15 trait points into toughness line,u get the adrenal passive healing at 360hp.
Add the 400hp from signet and 360hp from adrenal,u get nearly 800hp passive regen,

Old skullcrack works just fine. 2-3 stuns from MH mace usually enough to burn his stunbreak cooldowns and finish the job. Protip – berserker stance very helpful, you can just step inside smoke circle and literally kitten him.

Lol. Gank squads that ruled the puzzle during its heyday are going to have a field day with all of the gvg heroes and “duel me” bros.
As was stated, fight club etiquette should suffice, but trolls are going to troll, unofficial rules be kitten ed.
Implying those gank squads is something serious. Any worthwhile gvg guild can wipe em out in one charge.

I use commander tag when i waiting for wvw queue in mists (it helps with priority) and because of that some of my sPvP matches (waiting is boring, so i go to hotjoin from time to time) occurs with tag on. Nothing personal.

I play a banner regen war in PvP and I think banners are awesome. Maybe this is more for WvW, since banners are extremely god like in PvE as well.
You will get /gkick from any serious WvW guild with your “awesome banners”. Just sayin.

As to who’d be a Khan-Ur… by tradition, only one of the first (and only true) Khan-Ur’s descendants can be Imperators and, by extension, the Primus Imperator (aka Khan-Ur). Unless Rytlock has a heritage we don’t know about, or he breaks from the old traditions (something Smodur wouldn’t disapprove of by all indications), he cannot be Khan-Ur.
We have zero information about Rytlock heritage, but given charr reproductive habits (litters and multiple pregnancies during lifetime) and social traditions (your heritage means almost nothing in terms of career) i don’t think that Khan-Ur blood is rare among charr.

That’s why there should be guides IN GAME to teach new player. Jumping into hotjoin to get zerged is in no way able to teach you the basics of how to play.
Still no real reason to have a game full of bunkerish builds.
We need more reliable anti-bunker options and builds, not total bunker nerfs across the board, and definitely not switch back to total zerker domination.

Of course it turns off PvErs, there’s a reason why they play PvE.
The game should atract PvPers first of all, PvEers should come as a side effect.
PvP game should have skill pyramid and smooth learning curve. It shall be friendly for beginners, easy to understand basics, if you want to see any decent population ever. If newbie gets instagibbed in his first matches – he will quit. I already see pleas on forum to “force people to play soloQ and tPvP”, lol. If you can’t cater your beginners properly, you’ll never get decent numbers of middle and high-skilled players.

TTK is way too high in this game as it is.. they need to curb the extremes.. nerf bunkers a little and remove one shot builds from the game.
Shall i remind that reign of low TTK (aka glass mesmers/thieves and in less extent – wars) was a period that started the rapid decline in the sPvP population? It’s literally killed interest in majority of PvErs to even try to begin sPvP, bias that holds even nowadays. “Lol n00bs, l2dodge shatter, l2dodge backstab combo, l2dodge bullrush+frenzy+HB… oh wait, why nobody wants to play with us anymore?”

Full PVT, melandru runes, GS+1h sword+warhorn, lemongrass food. Talents – minimum 15 to defense (for dogged march and adrenal health), minimum 20 to tactics (for traited warhorn), minimum 15 to discipline for warrior sprint and fast hands (20 for mobile strikes will be good too). Heal signet, signet of rage, shake it off and balanced stance/doly signet. Last utility pick for yourself.
You unlikely will be able to kill anyone (unless he is horrible or have like 5-10% hp and no heal/def cd), but no single man will be able to catch you 1 on 1, and 95% of small roaming groups too.

Orr temple events, “fun” mechanic with sudden explosions. In attached image – one of examples, Lyssa event, damage on necro in full dire (condi-vit-toughness) set.

You can have fire and earth staff skills , just trade it for your high toughness/ high vitality/high passive heals

Try casting Meteor Shower or Churning Earth as an elementalist and then see if 100b is still such a bad skill. You know, since that has the same issues as your 100b, except the recharge is much higher and the caster’s defense much, much lower…

Finishing PvE mobs in current implementation is complete BS. Their heal don’t have CD and really hard to interrupt with damage (conditions are ignored completely). Make it PvP-like, or remove completely. Right now it’s only annoyance, especially when you trying to solo event.

WvW isn’t even PvP and I don’t understand how you people can actually think it is…. You are hitting doors or walls over 90% of the time. It is a giant mob attacking a keep while another giant mob tries to keep the keep. It is a joke.
It doesn’t take much skill to roll a group of 20 when you have 50+.

Ranger. At least thieves are excellent scouts, tappers, supply disruptors and have very useful blast ability, engi can shine in small-scale roaming squads. Rangers are underperforming everywhere, sadly

You can proc Fire from 1200 range, Geomancy require very close distance. And Fire is instant damage, cannot be cleansed like bleeding stack.

Only spammy ones, with close to 100% uptime. We hardly can get such, because you need to have traited warhorn and HEAVY investment into boon duration to get even close to such thing.

Blast finisher on autoattack not gonna happen. I would like to see it added on hammer 2, along with changed animation, so it will be like guardian hammer 2, very short jump forward. So it will be little harder to hit enemy with that ability but in exchange you got more utility with it.
