It’s not very hard to level a character to 20. If you choose a ranger, you can level a pet along with your own leveling. And if you play through most of the Cantha story, you can do a quest chain that lets you tame a black moa, which is a rare pet; turning in the black moa would get you 2 points (one for turning in a pet, and one for turning in a rare pet).

Canach is pretty clearly the new member. Laranthir is with the Pact, still. Canach is with the player character and DE 2.0 during the opening story for the HoT beta. He was also featured in several parts of LS2, being groomed by Anise to help us out and join us.

It’s highly unlikely a guild would know to report a person until theft had already happened. And Anet doesn’t get involved in guild problems, including guild bank things.
Did they change Troll’s End? Last time I did it was when the game was relatively new, way before the Living Story or anything. Back then, the only hard part I remember was seeing anything with larger character models.

But does not having 100% in those areas prevent me from getting my map completion? that hardly seems fair for me to have to go back and do more work for the same reward.
If you didn’t already have 100%, yes, you have to go get that tiny number of POIs, vistas, and/or hearts. You’re not doing a lot of work to get them.
Those of us who bought it for the full 2000 were refunded the gems discounted when we asked CS to do so. The price has dropped two or three times, in correspondence with black lion keys or other items (bank tab expansions) included in the pack individually getting discounts for the Anniversary Sale. The price goes back up once those sales end.
Take away the time limit and watch how easy Mad King tower becomes.
Yes, of course it’s not hard if you don’t have a time limit. But its (and Winter Wonderland’s, among a couple of others) gimmick is part of the puzzle and has to be included.
There is no logical reason, a videogame company needs to require sms/phone verification.
I dont know much about the winauth system, but the phone thing is simply too invasive. It really doesnt matter if they will sell the information or not, they have no reason to have it. Most people would be just as annoyed if anet required people to tell them thier salaries, or what underwear they are wearing.
Also, companies get hacked, or have security lapses, or kitten off employees and get data compromised. If they do not have your data, its less likely for you to have problems. Giving out personal data should always be optional.
And to be honest, the whole extra code thing is annoying. even when i have authenticator things, i tend to not use them, because they are more annoying than they are useful.

Before she gave him that sword, he didn’t use one. He was just a (very, very crappy) necromancer.

The crafted backs are only lvl 78 btw. so you can only put an lvl 60 exquisite jewel
into it.
They have better stats than a level 80 exotic back with a level 80 upgrade, though. So, there’s that.

That being said, I do think you are right that the level 80 exotic back pieces (the ones that share the same stat options, that is) are higher stats than the level 78s, as long as they have the best upgrade. They must have buffed the level 80 ones to +30 for the main stat; it used to be +22.
Also, I believe you CAN choose Cleric with the lucky great ram backpack.

I think he just either forgot to get me off his block list, or blocked me on purpose.
I don’t doubt that he blocked you to begin with; that’s how he got your player/account name to whisper you in the first place. But he didn’t whisper you while you were blocked (it’s impossible to do so). He took you off block to whisper you and stayed in Invisible mode (or played the block/unblock game) to keep you from being able to reply.
Also, the block function hasn’t changed in a long time (if it ever was changed at all), as far as I know.
Just that this guy had me on his blocklist while whispering me tirades of how I am a cheater and that he reported me and so on. I had no chance to tell him that he should’ve paid attention to my boons. And that is annoying – he will go on and report people cause I can’t tell him that he should learn to play

I’m fairly certain there’s no way to make pvp skins anymore. Making them required forging four items, including one (a rifle token) that could only be bought with Glory or by salvaging pvp rewards with a pvp salvage kit. Those tokens, salvage kits, and the Glory currency have had their uses removed from the game.
No more so than the Charr and Sylvari dance. The Asura one is just popping/The Robot. The Charr one is a haka, which is a traditional style of which there are many different versions of that. Sylvari get the Bhangra, which is also traditional with many variations. It’s just the Norn and Humans that are unoriginal.
Mad King’s Clocktower is definitely the “hardest” JP, in my opinion. Winter Wonderland has its difficulties, but it was always more forgiving than the Clocktower ever was. After those, it’s the Not So Secret one; that one took me so long to master.

Not gonna lie: I didn’t even notice there was an F2 during my beta warrior playing. It wasn’t until my husband was playing one and said “It’s dumb that the F2 is almost hidden by F1” that I realized it was even there.
And done, talking to my guild leader right now. And he wants to know on TS why I am “hiding in invisible” except I’m not hiding in invisible he is just blocked. Get over your nonsense.
The attached pics show what happens when you actually try to whisper someone who is blocked, both when you’re Invisible and when you’re Online. So, maybe you could try again for real, after actually blocking the person.

Please think and read before typing. The cases you’re thinking of are people who are either Invisible or are taking the person off block to whisper them. I extend to you the same invitation I extended to FOX; block me in-game, and then try to whisper me.

Well, beta characters aren’t meant to have guild access. So, it sounds like your game thinks your BW1 characters are “normal” characters. I’d contact support about it.
The mounted enemy is one model, not an actor riding another actor. They don’t have a mechanic in the game for it. All they did is add a new type of enemy, and IMHO it’s really cool. Don’t give negative feedback in an awesome new type of enemy design
Well, certain cavaliers (like the one in that first story instance for the beta) can be knocked off their mounts, leaving both the mount and the rider to attack. But yeah, the other ones stay mounted the whole time and are one unit.
