I’m pretty sure they’re not both intended; they just haven’t bothered to take out the one without the “newer” dialogue with Magnus.
Note that the countdown is 2 weeks of LOGGED IN real time (not a constantly running 2 week clock).
No, it’s 2 weeks real time from when you first remove it from your mail.
Did you target Aerin before trying to use the sun crystal skill? If I try to hit him without him being targeted beforehand, the attack will miss.
And yeah, you HAVE to type in a title to submit a bug report.
You CAN get a level 80 masterwork quality breather from Gaveborn Landing in Cursed Shore (for karma). There’s also a rare quality level 80 breather that drops from Tequatl; you can buy it on the trading post.
You can have 64 character slots on an account. Expansions are available in the gem store.
I personally wouldn’t opt for celestial for any class in pve.
And how much money did your company rake in during the short time it was available for sale even though KNOWN issues had been clearly brought up on the forum in the past? It’s not like these bugs are new, Gaile.
I was in-game starting right when the patch went in, and I never even saw the item on the store. Shortly after the patch went in, the entire TP (including the gem store) stopped working, too. So, I doubt they made much money (if they made anything).
When I read this thread’s title, I thought it said “boning”. The contents of this thread have left me disappointed.
You are hereby forgiven.
I just noticed over a 100 gold was missing. Discovered the problem was the issue where you click sell instantly, and instead it lists your item for some random, way too high, amount. Yeah, 2 torn garments for 1,111 gold……. so yeah, my missing gold went to the listing fee for an item I never listed for an insane price that I would never list it for. GG
You would have had to have at least hovered your cursor over the price field and pressed 1 at least a couple of times to sell them for that much.
Claw Island, only reachable by doing the Personal Story.
I would say once every 20-30 minutes, if you stay in the same map.
The forums didn’t fully go down, but they were pretty slow and having errors every few seconds for about 45 minutes after the patch earlier.
It’s never opened my inventory. Or if it did, it’s been so long since that happened that I’ve forgotten.
Yeah, the poodle mushroom cloud is the worst thing I’ve ever seen.
Yup, definitely new NPCs with dialogue I haven’t seen before.
Nvm, see the screenshot now. I’m not sure if I remember them or not. I’ll go take a peek.
Do you mean the two lionguard who patrol the city, one of them being an extremely racist asura?
It’s not in the game yet, and it probably wasn’t meant to be added today.
waypoint is just a game mechanics, I want to enjoy the views and scenery while riding my mount.. also im new to the game :p
Not gonna happen. Want to see some neat views? Go to vistas. Climb up the borders and high areas (experimental rifles and engi rifle are useful for this). Plus, in the new map(s) for the expansion, there will be gliders to kind of do this (just not for a lengthy period of time). Mounts as they are in other games, especially flying ones, won’t ever be a thing, though.
its not about the speed issue, its abt a sense of owning something.. doesn’t it feels good to have a beautiful mount along with u ?
You have mini pets if you want to collect pretty/cute things.
Nope. Buy a magic carpet or the witch costume if you want a mount.
It’s most definitely an exploit. As with any exploits, you need to be careful if you chose to use them.
Have they rolled you char to far back too?

None of us know if, why, or how they chose to roll back your account. It’d be better to continue your support ticket (assuming you put in a ticket and needed a rollback) and ask them about it.
Already did, but i was mostly wondering if people had roll backs this big
I’d imagine some have. I’d also imagine that the length of the rollback is based on the first sign of suspicious activity on the account, which is probably why they would do a rollback that goes that far.

Yes, they’re aware. Simply report the message, and then block the sender.
Guardian is definitely a good class, and it’s not a bad one to start out with, either. It’s pretty easy to learn to play, and it’s also a class that’s useful in every mode of the game (wvw, spvp, and pve).
It’s good that you’re reporting the bug. But you can bypass that whole annoying thing by going to the tower where the gate is. Once you get to the gate, go up one more level, to where there’s a platform right above where the gate is. Use a speed boost and jump from the ramp next to the platform and aim for the area past the gate. Then you’ll be able to finish the normal route to the vista.
Everything you said would fit a warrior. High damage, good mobility, wanted/useful in dungeons, has a banner that can rez your downed party members (as well as other banners that provide party-wide buffs), has one of the highest base health pools in the game, and so easy you could be asleep and still play alright.
There’s actually two.

And they are not the only non-human wearing human cultural armor.
You don’t see that for the other races, though.
Ah ok, I didn’t notice their shoulders and gloves before.
But still, there are npcs that wear heavy armor and wield a sword and a pistol. And there are npcs that mix medium and light armor pieces. I mean, just because an npc can do it doesn’t mean we’ll ever be able to.
I also still play, so nope, I don’t miss it.
Nope, there’s no trinity here. So, there’s no real need for a dedicated tank. You can make any class built to survive, or you can make them built for damage (or a combination).
Race makes no difference in playing, other than racial skills (which are mostly useless).
Highest DPS classes would be elementalist, warrior, and thief. However, as I said above, any class can be set up for DPS. So, it’s really just up to what you like. I’d recommend picking a class or two and trying them out to see how you like them.
Funny thing, but I thought that a guild bank required actually gaining enough influence to get it..like, 2.5k Influence. That is a currency that is gained over a few days in a populated guild at bare minimum. But to purchase Influence via gold strictly as a stash sounds fishy, thus the restriction (to prevent gold farmers/sellers, and hackers from making temp stashes to shift merchandise between groups of other ilk accounts).
Well, I got 1k influence when I upgraded my account, and then I got 5k influence (one 1k consumable and one 4k consumable) from getting a second account. So, yeah. Getting the influence to make the vault isn’t hard at all, nor does it take a lot of time.
(edited by RoseofGilead.8907)
Yeah, it takes 16 hours to research architecture level 1 and then 32 hours to research level 2. And then it takes 2 days to build the vault itself. You sure spent a lot of gold to get that built that fast, OP.
The kill stealing applies if the stealer gets the killing blow, which takes away credit for the slayer and the weapon master achievements.
I suppose that’s true for weapon master, but it’s not true for the various Mob Slayer achievements.
Mh, the arcane cousel is wearing human t3, looks pretty good on them, really bothers me that my ele cant wear it
Who on the Arcane Council is wearing human t3? Because I see only Shadow Garb and various other armor pieces that aren’t Human exclusive.

This thread is over a year old, so there’s no real reason to address the OP . . .
But welcome to you, Sean.
For every mob a player comes in and helps you on, there will be at least one other mob that you’ll end up killing alone. Having someone help out every once in a while won’t impede your ability to learn your class, so I don’t think there’s much of a reason to worry about “kill stealing” when it comes to that.
The only real time “kill stealing” is an actual issue in this game is when level 80s are blowing through lower level zone events for dailies. Since there will be so many higher level players in the zones on those days, it can be very, very hard for a character of the same level as the zone to get credit on kills. But I don’t know if that could really even be called “kill stealing” as, at least most of the time, it’s just the mob mentality of tagging everything they can without realizing the lower level players don’t have a chance to get a hit in because the enemies are melting that fast.
Yeah, it would be nice to have items like Sun Beads come in bulk, like the cooking mats do. Or have a “buy 10” option similar to the Icy Runestones and obi shards.
If they say it once, I report for gold selling. If they say it again, I report them for spamming. Then, I block them.
The OP made this thread almost a year ago . . .
It doesn’t; it’s just letting you buy the game. You provide your email during purchase simply so they have somewhere to send the email with the proof of purchase and key. Once you forward the mail to your friend or send them the code, they’ll set up their account using the link and info in the email.
You’ll receive an email with the CD key; the email contains the link to Register their new account, the amount paid, order number, date of sale, and the CD key You can just forward that email to them (they’ll need that info if they ever have to prove they own the account, anyway).
I believe you simply buy it, and you then send the key to the person you want to send it to. They can then set up their own account.
I’ve seen the event three times in the past month (once for each time I was doing map completion in Malchor’s Leap). You’re probably just catching it when the event is on cooldown.
You can only get dungeon rewards once per day per account. So, if you’ve done any of those paths already since reset last night, you won’t get rewards again.
As a side note, you don’t get tokens from the big chests anymore.
There’s no need for it. Cultural armor should remain tied to its respective race. And I’d also love to see profession-specific armor added to GW2, too.
Nice . . .
