NA servers have better coverage, EU have more people playing during prime time.
As for individual skill, It’s more or less the same. In NA it seemed more people ran the easy/cheap builds(PU mesmer, dire warrior, etc). During my last few days on BG, 95% of the roamers I ran into were theifs, very mediocre ones. This has not been the case in silver league EU.
In NA, servers care about being balanced while in EU servers care about having balanced fights. One example is, server A has strong NA and ocx and server B has strong EU and SEA. At the end of the day, scores are similar, but both servers spent all their time pvdooring. This, however, doesn’t apply during the leagues when the AP hunters vastly outnumber the wvw’rs during off hours.

Anet thinks things like the seasons and tournaments are update. They are not! During a season we don’t do anything different. It’s the only time we are actually rewarded, somewhat, for our efforts. Hence I gave up on playing for ppt or playing in any large scale combat.

Necros don’t need a new elite. Lich is way too good as it is. The would have to give us a skill “God Mode” to me get away from Lich form.

They didnt nerf power necro, they nerfed ALL pve drainbeads running the full zerker meta, which is a step in right direction.

They failed at the 1 trait for power necro though, only the condi ones seem interesting and theyre even further pushing condi necro into spite tree

Here is news for them – not everyone running high crit damage builds does their brain dead dungeons. Some of us roam in wvw. Why do they think wvw and pve is the same thing? Instead of putting a little more effort into the dungeon boss AI, which would include dodging at the right time or even moving 2m out of 100b, wvw’rs wouldn’t have to rework their roaming builds from scratch.

I made a necro to try out dhuumfire and then they decide to nerf it. These new traits are silly, I won’t be trying any of them out.

1) One of the higher skill requirement classes.
2) Most squishy class.
3) Wasted points in arcana and boon duration is a must. This leads to there being very few points available. Other classes have no problem crossing 2.5k armor and 3k attack mark, but eles do if you want to build for decent precision and crit damage.

Make 10 second recharge on attunements default, or no recharge at all with all attunement swapping buffs removed(or 10s cooldowns). Similar to engineer kits.

@devs, stop playing warriors and roll some eles, experiment with non arcana builds.

The idea that BG is tanking to get transfers is funny, as the server is “Full” and nobody can transfer either there or JQ.

Perhaps they are just taking a break before pushing hard during season 2?

Seriously you believe that? The “Full” status means nothing. BG used to regularly have WvW blackouts to get guilds onto their server. JQ does the same thing (I have played on both servers).

We all know BG is ‘Tanking For Transfers’ (trademark pending) just like they did during Season 1. I think it will work again – guilds are going to fall for the ploy – then BG’s WvW are going to return and those new guilds are going to be stuck in a 4-map queue for 3 hours. Once they get into the borderland they’ll find a 560 PPT tick with nothing to do.

All this irrational hate is so annoying to read. I don’t know how many more times this has to be said. BG cannot get into TC BL and doesn’t have TS. Anyone can imagine the toll this two things can have on a server’s score?

And BG doesn’t have any TS. commanders are struggling with giving out instructions and people are not motivated enough to enter a BL without TS.

TS problems since TC entered t1, now we can’t enter TCbl. something seems odd

SoR might not even break into a 6 digit score. Kudos, SoS recruiting. A shining beacon for balanced matchups.

Anyway, YES, I do want a new season/tournament, I don’t care that we will probably finish second or third last in europe, I had some exciting battles during Season 1. Which is all I want from WvW, battles.

i didn’t say they are not. But the servers are then more in control of the enemies score if they have to die to give their enemy a point. Between pvdooring and kills for points, which do you think is a better option?
