I’d bet money melandru is untouched. Hell melandru + -CD food is kind of a long standing “nerf” to condition specs.

Every thief I come across is dagger/pistol anymore cause the zombies are getting better at seekers through the powder. Reguardless the only true chance you have is to go full aggressive and hope they arnt a above average player or you’re done for. To much stealth to much clearing and to much damage otherwise. Or break for the nearest tower /zerg/guards/mommy ASAP, in which case the good ones will still probably kill you.

Dagger/pistol is on its own playing field.

And people claiming to have played necro for a long time and/or win 1v2 or 1v3 are full of it. Contact me any time and ill have a standing offer of 20g for any single necro that can best me and a friend even once out of ten tries. Spvp or WvW setting.

This QQ train is crazy. Before the update my guildies and I had a game where we had to kill all the necro pets before we were allowed to attack the necro. Just to make it more interesting. Can’t say how many times before the fixes I’ve personally said “It’s just a necro” dismissing the class in general.

Now the necro has teeth and brings back the condition side of damage and the other side of strategy in game mechanics and it turns into “nerf nerf nerf”.

Tired of seeing lazy people cry for a reduction of class abilities. Here is a idea, maybe mob up and cry for character fixes and improvements instead.

All you original necros out there, God love y’all. Only a small few know the tough aggravation of being locked down constantly, the rest are just short sighted jabberjaw professional complainers.

Dang brother, I’m going to miss your GW content but I’ll be there waiting to see what you get into next. For someone I’ve maybe spoken 10 lines too or less you have definitely made a impact on my own personal play style and opened my eyes to new ways of thinking.

I’m sad I won’t be getting another Rematch next time we see SF, however I hope our paths cross again my friend.

Had a blast at fight night for the most part. There is always that point where for some reason people stop dueling. However there were plenty of yaks, moose, cats and God knows what else running around the shame ram for entertainment.

Also if you got spiked at fight club it was for a reason. There was a few jerk face moments but that always happens.

Still laughing about that General getting knocked and pulled around.

Serious question, because I remember we talked about it a lot in our last matchup with HoD, and now it is the discussion of the day again in VoIP…

To you people on HoD, does it seem like you have an inordinate amount of Rangers? Like I said we have noticed this both matchups, I have never seen so many Rangers on any server.

Not saying it like a bad thing, and definitely not trolling ya, just wondering what was the catalyst for so many of them? Do you guys have a couple of epic ones that made others create them?

I’ve only watched about 10 mins(all I could handle) of this a few weeks ago. However if you’ve never seen it you atleast need to watch afew minutes, pretty funny.

Phantasm would be right up my ally, however I’d love to see a new elite anything that’s not on a super long cooldown. As awesome as mass invis is, would ne nice to have other options.

I think the most annoying thing is getting caught in combat. In wvw there are plenty of mobs running around and sometimes as a Mesmer if I roll or do something stupid it puts me in combat with the wrong set of weapons. Sometimes happened with ambushes too. I just start apologizing in TS since my friends and I mostly roam in small numbers every person, every skill is very important. This is not only a Mesmer problem as many have already pointed out. Wish we had some other way to maintain swiftness which is by my opinion the true “out of combat speed”.

I do carry every weapon avalible and switch very often. I just wish I could focus on what weapons I need for the engagement and less about fiddling with getting there.

@ET I know there is no alliance with SF. I think every engagement I see ETs they are vigorously trading paint with SF. I can’t speak for all of HoD, but I do know a lot of us do have respect for y’all. Now I’m not saying you wont see me attacking ET stuff or engaging your forces. What I’m saying is if you see a white Charr all up in your face remember I’m probably going after the SF on your flank first.

Kitten, being on a T8 server I guess it doesn’t much matter who we get. I’m sure ET and FC have similar feelings. Hell put us up vs T1 for all I care anymore. I just pretend we are the last dieing humans fighting off skynet.

Wading through all the smack talking jabber jaws, I actually had a good time vs SF the last time because I could always find some PvP in my PvP section of the game. One can only man mode(HoDmode) doors so many times before you fall asleep in the chair.

(Unfortunately) I must agree with you – staff is just too useful to be without.

Why unfortunate: because my two favourite weapons are GS and focus, but staff has become such a crutch defensive weapon I just have to have it equipped, so I can’t use GS and focus at the same time.

Give me MHfocus with a phase retreat copy and bouncing (spinning fan) attack and I’ll be over the moon!

I support any off hand to main hand changes. I personally would like a main hand pistol, but anything that could tighten the capability our weapons seem to lack.

When my Mesmer gets a new nerf I just play my thief for a few days to feel OP(and save money for new gear).

From a programmer’s perspective, I will be curious to see how they will fix this ressing-mesmer-inside-enemy-gate business….obviously, I don’t know how the game is written lol, just hope it doesn’t open up a whole other can of worms for them.

GW2 seems to have a large community of entitled, immature psychopaths, who would report someone for $FABRICATED_REASON because they don’t like something they’ve said or done….

This is also the reason I haven’t joined a guild. I want nothing to do with such a poisonous community. I’m more comfortable with the worst of EVE Online’s sociopaths than I am with GW2’s pants-on-head insane psycho children.
