Thread Necro.
Have you switched to Dire yet?
Rofl, this guy thinks he is big ballin’. Just what are you trying to prove rather than a forum trolling ego? I have not seen you try to make any points without some kind of sarcastic attitude that gets you nowhere (except in your head, lul).
Keep on shining, JQ. Keep on shining.
Is any of that english?
Thanks for the nice example of my point. Put on your reading glasses.
I like reading your posts Vash, its a perfect example of BG as a whole. You perfectly represent the BG Nike Warriors, the running from smaller numbers, the utter lack of understanding the PPT is about coverage, the chest thumping, and now the utter failure to even produce good forum trolling.
You should make the Blackgate recruitment slogan “Come to BG we’ll show you how to fail at everything.”
Now quick like the bunny you are report my post.
Why would I report your post when it further proves my point of your mentality? You are trying way to hard at this “NO U” game and it’s so amusing to watch. Wherever you are grabbing this “chest thumping” accusation must have been from your own deluded forum trolling attempts. It’s almost like you have a book of troll responses in hopes that you offend someone. I try to make a point that you think you’re a big shot and then you try to make the same point back at me. How cliche.
Thank you for including your server in your signature.
NO YOU!
btw, no one in JQ asked NS or Agg to move to JQ. We moved here because T3 was getting boring and we wanted to farm SoR and BG. JQ had the least NA guilds so it wouldn’t make sense for us to move anywhere but JQ. And JQ getting a few guilds didn’t make this match up unbalanced, if anything its more balanced now. Look that the score. So stop crying about JQ over stacking and work on your own guild/server cuz you guys are disappointing in skill wise vs t2-t3.
I for one am glad you’re there. The [Agg] and [NS] open fields were fun last night.

8 is for you.
We’re done here.
Also if you pay attention almost all of the JQ that post in this forum have been in our server since launch. Can you say the same? Quit while you are not ahead really
Which means what exactly? Oh that’s right. Absolutely nothing.
Oh yeah, I started on JQ at launch, and left after a month. You know what that means? Nothing aside from the fact I got sick of the queues.
SoR has worse queues than JQ lol. Your core guilds have even told me that themselves. Once again quit while you are not ahead
Since I’m not on JQ now I couldn’t speak to that. I left JQ because of the queues. I seldom have to wait in a queue now unless for some reason we are running on EB. I guess you must be running 2 accounts to know SoR’s queues for a fact. Or, word of mouth….yeah.
I love these statements as fact that can’t be verified by any source.
I’m the best Engi NA BTW.
No sir, I can indeed say you are wrong here since I am best Engi NA.
^^ This guy gets it :-)

JQ has been in T1 longer than any server and has had the fewest guilds transfer to our server between the 3 of us. That is the definition of a strong community.

I can make the long list of guilds that have came to your server to show that is a fact. Almost all of the guilds in SoR have transferred there. “fact”
Then do it. And make that same list for all the JQ guilds that have transferred in and out, and the same for BG. Cite your sources for accuracy.

There are jumping puzzles?
Livestreaming havoc and general roaming’s!
Really Ascii? Super adventure box?
Whichever you like most. I doubt you’ll be using any racial skills.
It can sometimes be fun to run an all Asura group and have everyone run PowerSuit for the lulz. :-)
I can get between 15-20 stacks on bad players who don’t block/dodge/stabo etc.. They are becoming less powerful now that many players are expecting the interrupts. There might still be a case where you could spread confusion in a zerg with AoE interupts and a Necro plaguing. The novelty has pretty much worn off for me in small man though.
I will say that since I’ve been doing some PvE for the dragonite, they are pretty powerful against AI.
I’m not at home, but it’s a named exotic (Errol’s maybe?).
Filter on the TP and you’ll find it.
Maskaganda has some great P/P builds.
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/members/Maskaganda-2043/showposts
… But throw elixir b for stability? what the? A ground target skill with high casttime and travel time?
We need some instant-cast stunbreaker+stability skill, even if its elite.
Most elixir builds I’ve seen, and the way I play, they are thrown at the feet with a cast of ~1 second.
Serious question – does ANY class have a Stunbreaker and Stabo instacast ability?
Edit – NM Stand Your Ground does (which I should probably know since my only alt is a Shout Guardian.)
Edit to the Edit – actually it looks like Engi, Thief and Ranger are the only classes that don’t have a Stun Break/Stabo ability. The warrior ability is massive.

Any servers who continue to run one giant zerg without dedicated small mans will find themselves at a significant disadvantage. It may not be an immediate impact, but it will take hold eventually.
I know at least one server has been prepping for it for weeks now.
More small man roaming for point defense and capture.
I use Perplexity runes on a full Rabid set and on a full Dire set. Rabid was before Dire. I almost never use anything but Dire in WvW (all I play) now. Fully buffed I sit at 26K Hp and 3K armor.
With the new WvW meta coming tomorrow, I will also do a full Apothecary build.
TC y u no wana karma train?!?!
WvW is serious business bro.
Sacrx is right. Some servers give a crap about PPT and seige defense etc…
The rest of us just want giant open world death match.
…the guy I was initially replying to said that. Who is not reading what now?
Then learn to quote properly, because you quoted me.
TIL Tyaen.5148 is Masamoon.3864
Looking for fights in lower tiers is just not viable unless you count farming pugs, some people are into that cough Agg cough RG cough. The skill difference even between just most guild in T1 and T2 NA is huge, its not even funny.
You’re right, the skill difference is pretty huge…T2 is way better than T1
I will be quite interested in seeing the outcome of Choo vs EP GvG.
Back to school for you, you didn’t learn correct information.
Probably because if TC tries to press SoR they get an immediate response, where as if they press SoS they are successful.
What happens to your armor with ~20 stacks of vulnerability? Maybe that’s where your 7K hits are coming from.
I did not quote anything improperly. You made a comment about how my reply to someone else was “hilarious” and I simply pointed out that I was responding to other initial hilarity. I’m not sure why this conversation is even happening.

Umm, choosing one of the best GvG guilds in all of NA as representative of the entire server is hilarious.
EP is very good.
Making blanket statements about how T1 is vastly superior to everyone else: also hilarious
Where did I say that? I said EP is very good, and that they aren’t representative of the entire server they are on. Where did I say T1 is vastly superior to everyone else? Not only didn’t I say it, I didn’t even imply it. You on the other hand are pretentious enough to flat out say “T2 is way better than T1”
Reading comprehension FTW.

Anyone have the skin for Mathilde’s Revolver yet?
Engineers have access to all kinds of confusion sources. With or without the runes.
Dodge, block, condition cleanse, lemon grass, melandru, etc, etc, etc,…
Dodge and block an interrupt, which is being fired when you’re actively using a skill?
Back to gameplay 101 school for you.
This is off the top of my head, but Engi’s have one unblockable AoE interrupt. It can still be dodged. If you actually watch what your opponent is doing you can bock and dodge the attempts at interrupt.
I’m positive it’s not not me that needs to go to game play school.
Had a great time on EBG tonight. Thanks to TW, WARD, and others for all the fights and challenging play. :-)
You guys are the best I’ve seen yet open field. Too bad the lag spoiled it for me.
7 IRON wipes a 20man ish SoS group in tc bl bay just now :/
You want a cookie or something?
You’ll be just fine running HgH Rabid. I use perplexity.
I run a couple of other builds and gear sets as well for zerg running now. I had a lot of fun last week running full power based rifle toting PVT Vuln stacking gadget build.
Some great fights last night oceanic on EB. SoR used some fine hammer team tactics and I hope all three servers enjoyed the battles.
Good to see a variety of tactics and I personally enjoy playing SoR and TC though I would prefer to draw them one at a time!
See you on the battlefield!
The current melee Meta game. :-)
I already told Kelo once in a previous thread look me up for a 1v1, I won’t run.
I heard the following in return -
crickets
Come at me bro, find me, fight me, die.
rolls eyes
I ran a rifle power vuln stacking build for about 4 days this week that worked really well in support of large group play.
can i got a respond from anyone of KH?
Are you guys moanign about the fatc we use things like the windmill in a gvg?(its just a question i wanna know what you guys say we doing to cheat?)I seriously lol’d when I heard about this. It is a guild vs guild fight. If you consider those tactics legit, then you’re saying it’s legit to tuck your tail and run to safety when you think you’re gonna go down. Honestly, if the other guild has your members to where they are DYING and have to run away… then they win. Running away to recuperate and hide is some lame stuff.
Also, I don’t care if this conversation ended yesterday.
Resetting is a legitimate tactic. If you have a problem with it, maybe you should learn how to keep your target in combat.
Maybe legitimate in any fight besides a guild vs guild showdown. I think what needs to be “learned” is how to properly survive and win. My target in a gvg should be staying in combat with his guild without me having to chase him down and finish what was already done. If you’re dying, then you’re losing.
Wrong. Resetting is a legitimate tactic. Maybe you should learn to keep your target in combat.
Err… in a duel it’s considered an automatic forfeit… same with 1v1 tournies… but this is WvW/GvG…
Under who’s rules?
I wouldn’t accept a rule set that said “If you’re getting killed you must stand there and take it.”
If you’re good a pressing 1, good for you. I prefer to learn and adapt.
Bro, we are talking about GvG here. I don’t care about your zerg tactics or your 1v1 views. “Learn and adapt” to staying alive and defeating your opponent in a more honorable and worthy manner of victory. Or just keep running away to reset your health every time your strategies fail you.
“…but this is WvW/GvG…”
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I put in bold the important part that some seemed to have missed… despite it only being slightly over one line of text >.>
And I responded.
Nice Bit of Eyefinity From Tc we have here :O
Oh I’ve seen that! It’s not Eyefinity. There is one spot you can place the AC where you can look through the gap between the gate and wall, and if someone has higher range on the AC, they can hit the treb. It doesn’t involve Eyefinity, just knowing where to place the AC and using the camera (not in a weird window mode or anything) to look between the gate and wall.
A TC person claimed something similar in garrison one time was Eyefininty, and then I showed them the AC position and where to look.
(Though I wasn’t there…stuck at work…but just looking from your pics thats what it looks like since they’re hitting the front side of the supply depot)
I was going to say the same. That looks legit.

Same applies to a GvG. Did you set in the rules that leaving combat was forbidden? Sometimes you can’t even control that. So far the only consistent rule I’ve seen is no stacks.
Even that makes little sense to me. When was the last time you ran into an organized guild running open field where the majority of the players didn’t have stacks?

Wow, so all those thieves have been forfeiting to me?? Cool!!
~~Goes from worst 1v1 player to “undefeated NA” in 0.2 seconds~~
If they fully break combat in a duel/1v1 tournie then yea… if it’s just they stealthed and regened hp then no. In Duels/1v1 tournies you’re supposed to show respect to your opponent… not run away. Surprised this is news to you o.O
The ignorant view – resetting = running away.

Apparently all the BG posters complaining about resetting as a tactic received their tactical training as moles in a Whack a Mole game.
And you learned battle tactics from the French.
Beautifully myopic view of history.
Then again, when you run on coverage for so long what can you expect?

It’s equally hard, if not harder, to find TC roamers during the past few days as well. Half of them just run away when I wave, while the other half either die too soon or run into structures half-way through battle.
I guess roamers are now a rare species across all servers.
I blame the blob mentality SoR has:
1. Created in the T1 NA wvw meta game
2. Championed for more than half a year
..etc..Fixed that for you..
Some people just want to see the world burn
ANet created the blob mentality and only strengthened its stranglehold with every subsequent patch. It was never one server championing the idea of it. Hopefully the new BLs will alleviate some of this play style…
I share your hope that one day the blobbing will end but let’s not try to re-write history here…
SoR created this tactic to stay competitive in T1 before the IRON/KISS EU transfers.
SoR continued this tactic once they had a large influx of players across multiple time zones and continue to map blob even now.
Every other server has had to do the same to compete and now the lag is pretty much unbearable.
Umm. Tactics much?

I think TC has been spending too much time with Maguma. They are starting to imitate one another.
The problem is, any match-up with SoR brings out the worst on the forums. BG/JQ have learned to tune out the SoR trolls after enduring more than half a year of their noise.
From my experience having faced both SoR/TC, TC are superior WvWers and has superior skill with lower numbers.
SoR (The fathers of the Full Map Zerg meta in the North American bracket) are superior is zerging, causing ability lag/mass disconnects/DDoS TS and other underhanded tactics to win their match-ups.
Seems you just described BG
You are clearly from SoR and your bias is showing
Most BG/JQ game threads excluding SoR are pretty civil. Also, the biggest exploit/griefing guild in the NA bracket resides on SoR
No. You are clearly describing Blackgate.
Someone’s jimmies are under duress -
No duress. Just a statement of fact.
And, as Burl said, what’s the sudden fascination with SoR’s jimmies?
