There are 2 types of players ones that want a challenge and others that want easy wins. both scenarios do not exist in lower tiers. There are not challenging fights and there are no easy wins. Thus the players that want to be challenged leave to fight better players, and the players that want easy wins leave to go someplace where they can blob.

Don’t try to bring up that well SBI would give challenging fights to me becasue as a player on Mag I will tell you they don’kittens just that your server has no one.

I hate to bring up the DH history of when it was the latest bandwagon server that had the population to go to t3 but got steam rolled by mag. when you never have to fight anyone good in lower tiers you dont get better as players and a server. then you pair that with players that just bandwagon on DH from lower tiers so they could get easy wins ktraining T4-T6 you get an implosion.

Anything will owrk in PVE when u get better as a player you will understand there are better options and this is not the best.

Its quite amazing in wvw. Use signet of might, then flaming flurry in middle of enemy zerg.

It’s really not that amazing, The interaction between triggering king of fires in a zerg is much better the skil itself only triggers it. and LB F1 is much better as an AOE skill.

I like how this skill functions, however I find it mostly useless on power and for a 900 range skill or whatever it is it only works in 130 range. That and the burning duration is really low.

How I would change it is, make the fireballs go faster, and have less deviance as to how they fan out. Increase the base duration for each fireball by .5 seconds. And quadruple the power damage it does.

I ran Full zerk and used signet of might to Counter all of the Bunker mes. I didn’t have any issue becasue they did no damage.

S2 I think I was runiing mostly Gunflame builds.

S3 I ran Condi.

S4 i haven’t even played becasue I already have my wings and I have no one to play with.

Na man I ran that build with signet of might and headbutt during Season 1, you were till running rampage back then. Lol skil for skill trait for trait i was gunning this S1 lol and got to ruby on it. It’s been done.

Super or Special, whatever you feel like. It’ s usually used to rank things higher than A. And War has been S all season 3 and will be S all season 4 if Anet keeps on trolling pvp.

Lol thought its not higher than A, since its competing with other classes in A that bring much more the the table in terms of team support like Rev, Mes and even thief now with baseline venoms. Warrior brings nothing in terms of team support on their meta builds. So war is Low A if anything.

SoS will probably drop down. CD will go Up. CD and BI will hard focous YB. YB will go down SoS will go back up.

No matter what T4 will be bad becasue DH and SF are dead.

If they rest glicko than there will be lopsided matches for 6 months or longer forevery server and no one will want to play. The only tier that isnt balanced is T4 right now? Why would they reset the gliko of perfectly balanced tiers just becasue 2 servers are dead.

Yeah worker warrior is boring but maybe a PvP character shouldn’t be built like a Mack Truck and hit like one too? If you want the excitement of doing real damage then take some risks and trade something for it.

If you are full ascended, with the best min/max of stats. runes, and sigils it doesn’t matter what class you play you will trade very little damage to have sustain.

These kinda posts, and comments are often made by people who don’t have great gear, builds, and personal skill as players, who end up getting destroyed by somone on a “insert class” who has all of those things.

Anet is afraid to do any manual adjustments. So they artificially increase Glicko to give a “chance” to move up.

Anet for the next linkings you’ve gotta do something different. Given that your data can’t be perfect, and given that bandwaggoning occurs, and given that the fairweather effect is huge. You’ve got to make sure Glicko is close in the beginning of the linking period. Or throw in 1U1D for the first couple of weeks of the linking period.

The adjustment is good enough that if CD wants and trys to move up they will. ANd whoever drops to T4 will release glicko to the other 2 dead servers making a rotation possible for whatever dominant server is in T4.

It’s a pretty big shave off of a rune that doesn’t give boons that you wouldn’t otherwise have. Fury, 1 stack of might and switfness are boons that every group already has in permanent.

So to change it form 50% uptime to 33% up time only hurts soloers. This was a non sense change to a rune that wasn’t OP.

ANET keeps buffing condis while they make changes like this making condis more and more stronger all the time.

Thing is as a roamer thats a tough question to answer because a lot of builds, and even Gear Mix work for roaming.

Its always been like that. It’s not a bug it’s more like that’s how the skill works, and for it to work different would require the skill to be reprogrammed.

Thats not to say that its safe from Anets nerf bat, becasue they have re programed skills before to nerf classes, becasue they were unable to change the interaction of them otherwise.

Not exactly. If something is flat out better, than its better under all scenarios. Its not better in a DPS test. And the difference between 2700 armor and 2800 “100 toughness” is probably only measurable in a scientific study.

The only people that should even consider using Furious shatpening stones are players with 2500+ power 50%+ crit chance and Ferocity on every piece of gear. If thats not the case for your build than Furious isn’t even worth using.

If you are not 2500+ Power 50% Crit and Ferocity on every pieve of gear than you don’t meet the Criteria of being full Zerk or Zerk like.

4 things.
1. Do the glorious armor track like 2 times, and make sure you select mist core instead of armor. You need 4 of them. Get 5 Certificate of Support, it costs 25 tickets.

2. Complete all 4 metas to get all 4 gifts. And buy all 4 wings to make the pre.

3. Learn about wiki and how to use it becasue it’s better that you check it first before you ask questions that have already been answered.

There are no marauder stats available for trinkets. The closest you can get was Berserker+ Valkyrie. That was the point. This is the closest you can get at the moment. No one in GW2 history has ever complained about these runes. Strength Runes were still stronger before the change and much stronger after the change. Why the nerf its a nonessential change?

Because Perplexity was OP. That rune literally carried. They can break the stun and evade back wards while they got 12 stacks of confusion on them and like 5 other condis from skull grider + poisen. and melt. Didin’t matter. Perplexity was sooooooo Strong. You have no idea how broken it was.

The thing with my build is that you could kill someone fast. Before they new it they were dead. And if they didn’t die they would go into full panic mode and blow all Cool downs to try and live. That means blow every shout and stun break bro before the fight even starts.

Now I have to find a new rune or figure out a way to abuse the changes with what I got.

I don’t play a druid also. I play a warrior on maguuma.

Druid does have condi cleanse, but I think curing ! condi with a shout is pretty bad and thats why Warriors don’t run it, and warriors can cure 2 with shake it off and passive shake it off. So Warrior Shout condi is better than a rangers comparativly. If it was so great warriors would still run them.

The only really good condi clear that the ranger has is entering celestial avatar which is a condi wipe. Or if they trait for survival skills which I think cures 2 condis when they use a survival skill which is better condi cleanse than that shout build.

I feel OK about releasing my secret condi build now to the public now that it has been nerfed. But this build pretty much ate even good druids for breakfast. I am currently looking at changing the runes.

So basically I used the sword F1 skill to Block Projectiles and Keep up active healing. Then I would Rotate Shield block and mace Block in with Flaming Flury for more projectile hate.

I’m pretty sure the build I was talking about would wreck the build you’re talking about. You’d largely be forced to waste your burst on the pet to maintain AH because you’d be out-kited, and that means your damage output would be low too.

On the druid’s side, they have plenty of healing and condi removal, and the damage is good too. Honestly, I’m pretty sure you’d be a sitting duck in wvw because the ranger would have lots of room to keep you at bay.

Pvp is different because there the druid is compelled to fight you in a relatively confined space. That isn’t the case in wvw.

I was intentionally very vague on what builds I was talking about. You can speculate on which build I am talking about and draw up the worst case scenario, combine it with the worst possible player all you want in order to draw your predefined opinionated conclusions.

I’ll just say one thing. Choppy If you can’t beat a ranger then you are a bad warrior. Oh and I didn’t talk about A build I referred to 2 builds.

Condi, high sustain. All druid will do is kite and run. Dump a bunch of condi on them watch them run and die. If they try to heal interupt them and apply poison chain stun them while they are in astral. GG. They put signet of stone up doesn’t matter condi eat through it.

You could alos try your power defender, RR build , But remeber I told you 10minute duel. Thats one will no one will win. But if you are good and lucky with interrupting their heals than thats a duel you could win. Use Doom sigil on your defender RR setup.

Like I said you shouldn’t lose to a ranger, but that doesn’t necessarily mean u will kill one or he will kill you.

Warrior sustain is pretty good right now, If you do all things that give u sustain your not going to die to a tanky druid that doenst do a lot of damage besides pet damage.

PVP maybe differn’t than WvW. Most the time when I am fighitng rangers even good ones, you get them low and then they go in panic mode. Once the ranger goes in panic mode they wisp away, basically disengaging from the fight. At that point if you want you can just turn and run and the fight is over you are out of combat.

Thats when u later are roaming with a buddy u see the ranger and gank him for running a wack build that he can’t kill anyone on fast but bads. Then you throw siege on him and slash laugh, and make him rage quit and delete his ranger becasue its a bad class.

Let me tell you a story. I had somone ask me for a build. I gave them a mace shield build and told them to to Shield mastery.

Person wisper me days later saying they have problems with rangers. Builds wont fix bad players. Get better at the game so you can use the tools warrior has to defeat people.

Unless you are on a incredibly bad build, not good at warrior, that Warrior should

A. Beat a druid.
B. Get a druid low in which case he runs away.
C. Have a 5-10 minute long duel in which case you can beat the druid.

Good analysis 5dawgs. Defender rune is more imbalanced than than any other rune on warrior in wvw. It is OP. I personally don’t use it but I did try it and its OP. I feel the lack of Power stats from using a rune that gieves healing power makes it kinda weak offensively. If you want to get a little armor or somthing too than your going to have pretty low attack power with Defender like 2300. Which is kinda low.

reason I don’t use defender is because I don’t always use a shield or a shield mace. Sometimes I use Hammer, Other times I use Rifle. To me best rune or best build is one that works best is majority of situations. Thats why I disagree with Obino not that I do not see his point. Point is I don’t run with a Rev whenever I roam. And I think that even he will agree he doesn’t always run with a rev. I actually run with a Guard most the time or I am solo.

And personal choice for me I would chose to run with a guard over a Rev.

And why would I take 30% SWIFTNESS DURATION over 20% BOON DURATION. It’s kinda funny how u use Fatal Frenzy as an argument for pack rune, where it’s completely irrelevant whether u use pack rune or not, for it’s not required to have pack rune to function, nor does it enhance the trait. However durability rune will indeed enhance the trait. If anything it’s in favour of durability rune.

25% boon duration for bersi resistance, healing signet resistance, stability, regen… etc. toughness, free 1.2k health, protection on getting hit.. compared to 10% crit chance and 8% speed.. i’m ok if you say pack is good for offensive warrior – but if you cant see why durability is super strong (a lot of people me included would say OP) you are a fool…

Where are you getting 10% crit chance from? Pack gives berserker warriors a flat 6% and 75% uptime on Fury. Thats not 10%. Its more like 75% 75% of the time.

25% boon duration gives berserkers stance a total of 1.5 seconds total longer over the total of 3 pulses. so .5 secs longer per pulse. On a 60 sec CD Its not huge like you think. During that time you should be Clearing away condis with CI… Or clearing condis with CI and Brawlers anyways and not wasting zerkers stance.

if you are not fighting somone with condis than besides the 3.x seconds of protection and regen which you have no healing power to boost its totally worthless. And since that bonus just randomly procs it isn’t guaranteed to negate any bursts and could just proc from low damage attacks when u are full HP.

Where durability is good is in group comps of players who are all running them like 5 players all runing dura…With mesmers and Revs to supplement the resistance uptime.. But we are talking about roaming or solo roaming here on a warrior. Not running Boon share AIDS comp on classes that don’t have half the of the condi cleanse warrior has.

I had felt really upset when the adrenal health healing buff was introduced for Berserkers because it made them so so strong that my Reaper had no chance.

But I’ve since tuned my playstyle and managed to win more and more fights against Berserkers.

I did a video of a fight below against a BG server’s QQ guild berserker with the legendary division PvP season 2 title.

I just wanted to know if I did well enough during the fight to say that I have a decent playstyle against Berserkers or was the Berserker making too many mistakes? She isn’t bad I feel, she came back later and destroyed me.

If you want to duel a better warrior wisper me in game, if you lost to this warrior than GG that warrior is pretty bad.
