I’m well aware guild banks aren’t being restored. This is exactly why i want the bank function back as well. But I don’t like running around with so much “cash”. Being able to place it back on a bank function would even give some incentive to save up for a nice skin or something; instead of just spending every copper you have.

Contact Arenanet support ASAP through the official website. Change your game password. Change your email password. Change all of your passwords. DO it as soon as possible and you won’t have anything to worry about.

If you gave them bank or credit card details then contact your bank ASAP and get their advice.

As people already said: its not enough to change passwords , scan your computer or better set it up new cause its not unlikely that it is compromised by< visiting this phishing website ( keylogger and so on)

I pre-ordered the extension yesterday, and thus given access to the core game, and I was unhappily surprised to see a number of core features locked for 4 days. 4 days of no Trading Post, no Mail to my fellow guildmates and friends and more.

I paid with good money access to the game, and still I feel like I’m considered like a unfamous gold-seller or possible scammer… This is a rude way to welcome new paying players.

the 4 days is cause of security reasons and this is fine.

its not a rude way its to protect all players and also people outside the game . 4 days are fine e.g to check for owners if the key was paid with his (stolen) credit card informations and so on. 4 days with this limits will kill noone but helps alot to secure ingame economy (dealer/ bought with stolen credit cards accounts as middlemans/gold laundering/gold selling …) and so on.

My Question is: There is also the Pact Tyria mastery track in the old areas. I am right that you need to own HoT to activate the Pac Tyria track or can you activate Fractal Attunement,Pact Commander, Legendary Precursor Crafting( excl three new ones) also without owning the exp?

Well they announced that there will be changes in drop rates to make really cheap mats have value and lower the price of more expensive mats by providing more reliable and player directed methods of attaining them. That’s causing some players to go into hoarding mode. So players are shotgunning the market. Buying a bit of everything.

Because random finisher button is randomized between all the finishers, which means the ones you have and ones you don’t have.

Set up a minimum of AP to join the outside trade, and lower the scam risk to zero or something like ( cause think nobody is gonna lose its account with high AP, for a 1000g scam ). AP needed should be like 12/15k for an instance.

1. From my experience the Overwolf apps specific to GW2 were eiher poorly optimized, buggy/just slapped together, and not as transparent (not in the literal sense) as Steam overlay

2. Its a huge selling point to modern aggregate gaming clients. Those who don’t take advantage of it are definitely missing out, and those that do have useful tools for running a gaming community

I absolutely find this to be the case among my circle of gaming friends. There’s a few reasons but the main two are:

1. Steam overlay has a low footprint and very quickly lets you play music or pull up webpages without ever alt tabbing out. Besides convenience it is always better to run a game full screen for performance as well (and GW2 needs all the help it can get)

2. Lets a group of gaming friends easily share content outside of the game, any time snywhere because Steam is accessible via cellphone on Android, iOS, and Windows. Many guilds atm use Facebook, but many people in general are anti Facebook

All a mana bar would do is religate classes out of the general game play. As some classes would be able to out fps them by virtue of not having one, like a warrior or engineer.

Warriors had an energy bar in GW1, and there’s no reason why Engineers could have one implemented as well. And even if they didn’t get one, it would be obvious that adding in an energy source for attacks would require them to be re balanced to adjust for it.
