I want to know what skins I should start collecting for the new weapons! Guessing what the ele, for example, will get is just plain lame.

I crafted a full set of Celestial Armour as soon as it was physically possible, and I still think the timegate needs to go. There is absolutely no reason for it. Especially seeing as how Celestial armour (not the pvp amulet) is so weak.

This is much, much better than having people get their dailies in actual PvP games.

The first batch will be 4 greatswords.

The option does not exist because Anet never wanted to acknowledge hacking existed in WvW. It drove away customers.

Confirmed, Revs are all Kormir. Rytlock and Kormir had a thing for each other in the Mists.

There will be a Kormir stance for the Revenant.

Legendary Kormir Stance: invoke the power of the Legendary Goddess Kormir.
When invoked, you are blinded. Any time one of your allies finishes a event, you get credit for completing it instead. Whenever a condition hits you, you steal all boons, mats, and gold from all party members. If party members ask you for help, you will remind them that you are blind and can’t help them any more.

If you have a storage character or a personal guild bank, you can store it in their too. But after a while, you’ll eventually want to consider just deleting a couple stacks. I passed that point a long time ago. =p

Yeah, I have about 50 stacks of Dragonite. Anet need to fix their crafting system.

And yet no one uses the focus outside of crazy builds.

Dungeon is all staff.
PvP is all Dagger/Dagger.
WvW is a mix of both, but mainly staff for the zerg.

Focus has a few great skills among a lot of bad ones. But seeing as you think Flamewall is good, I doubt you will understand.

They know, but that won’t stop complaint. I have no doubts that giving them a weapon swap would still be viewed as no enough.

Many eles would welcome a specialisation which halved the number of skills, but gave each skill the power of other profession’s skills.

What you are describing is not a bug with the camera.

They just need to match their animations. Having an attack that is twice as wide as it looks is pretty lame.

90% of the time even the community doesnt know what it wants, therefore there is no “good thing.” literaly ever. we wanted a nerf for adrenaline on the warrior and so we got one, then people went kittening and moaning about it all. we wanted a nerf to certain classes and then people went and kittened about it, i’d leave it up to the devs what they put in the game and thats that at this point.

What an incredibly shortsighted and ridiculous response. Emotes are a part of the game, and even NPCs use them. Having to turn them off because some people spam a million a second is NOT a viable option, and should not be suggested.

While I’ve been harassed by emote spammers a lot, because apparently annoying roleplayers is something entertaining for them (last time was yesterday, actually), I really hope Arenanet doesn’t ban people for “emote abuse”.

If you say so, dear. Last time I checked, CasualWars2 was the game branded as being “no grind” and “the game you can play with a job/career/human needs.”.

I think I might just switch mains to a light or heavy character, because they take ~a third less Damask to make their armour sets, so that might be a bit closer to the realm of reality.

this post right here highlights a problem with uneven vertical progression.
I dont think its arenanets intent that you switch characters in order to progress.
Leveling a charachter to 80, and leveling leatherworker to 500 is actually less work for many players than spending an extra 100 gold, and 10 days.

Except that it’s highlighting the fact that the progression is uneven in a way to discourage people that don’t need it. If anything that’s a big flashing red light warning that if you don’t NEED ascended armor, you should really think hard about committing to making it. Anet is not at fault if players can’t ‘take a hint’.

Anyways, that’s not the point of this thread. It’s some other 20 page thread out there that people got bored of.

Silk is expensive because of its uses. Otherwise it would be like leather. So yes, it IS the high cost of Damask and its use that is doing it.

Ontop of that, if we look at so called “facts” they never re-released the shattered holographic dragon wings nor the Sunless wings. He didn’t say they were never going to work on templates. He said they aren’t working on it now because the expansion comes first. He also mentioned it was an awesome system in GW1 and acknowledged there was a demand for it in GW2.

It’s possible they will work on bringing build templates to GW2 some time after the expansion releases. It takes time for them to bring us stuff based on player feedback due to their priorities on what they need to get done first.

So just be patient. Hopefully we’ll get build templates by the end of the year.

Look in LFG for Bandit Chest train.
Open Bandit Chests.

Do this for a bit and you will have more ascended mats than you will ever need.
